She copies from her note on the board. She teaches most of the time black history instead of math. she doesn't give homework and she gave us the final exam three times. She must have some mental problem. Idon't know what, ask your phychology prof. We had to read the book "Rich dad Poor dad" in her math class and watch a move about a black doctor.

I'm taking her now... she's just crazy!!! Gives quiz every class, writes too much on the board, and if u ask her a question be careful... she'll probably kill u! Don't take her!!! For your own sake!

I took this class as a non-degree to student to prepare for a MBA course and I was very disappointed. She brings her personal issues to class such as her divorce, children, her many jobs she has lost, her investments in the "Freedom Rocks" informercial investment group, and much more. Try Prof Roman. He is tough but he will work with you.

SO UNCLEAR AND impossibly picky. one her test I solved an equation which used the term for f(x) and I solved for f(x). She gave me no credit because she said I was supposed to solve for y. She also said in class that f(x) and y were the same thing. She is impossible to satisfy

She is the worst professor ever!!I don't know why the cunny system hires people like her and btw she can't get fired because she has more than 10 years teaching, therefore there is nothing that we can do, however we pay her 125 per hour to not teach anything. So she can do whatever she wants pretty much.

To make the long story short - i went to her class stayed there for 20 min, walked out and went sraight to change my section! SHE IS CRAZY! and i didnt need to wait the whole semester to figure it out!

she just copys from her book to blackboard. Never explain and teach. If you have questions, go to math lab. I ended in her class b/c I wanted credit, but I lost my GPA. Although you have time complex, don't take her. Taking her class is my most regreted thing.

She cursed at me for asking a question would you believe it. Now I have to take this class again after she piled dozens of notes on me that were useless.

I'm a math major who loved math until I took this horrible lady. She is overly sarcastic & refuses to answer questions. Doesn't give you her office hours and whenever you ask she tells you to go to the matlab for tutoring. I got a C in her class and it messed up my GPA. I took MAT 301 the semester afterward (with a different professor) & got an A

wondering why she's still teaching?(I mean writting notes on the board).

Part 2 I noticed that she has been using the same useless notes since she has started teaching. She rushes the class. We write more English than we compute math. Do not even try asking a question. She looks down on you as if you are stupid, she says, and I quote again: ?I WONDER HOW SOME OF YOU GOT INTO COLLEGE?

Part 3 She doesn?t prepare you for her test and expects you to write a story for each problem you do. Her method of test grading is completely wrong and she assigns class captains after every test who don?t even know the material she teaches. If she hates you, she fails you. I am looking at my transcript now and finding that out the hard way.

Part 4 Don?t waste your time and money taking this professor. If you are not a favorite, you will fail. If you ask a question you will fail. If you challenge her math you will fail. If you us another method of math on a test she will fail you and say stick to the method I thought you in class. I just think she doesn?t know math. TAKE SOME1 ELSE.

I took her class three years ago and she stands out as the worst teacher I've ever had. She once told the class "don't try to understand how it works, just memorize the steps and you'll be fine". Real Math teachers use the exact opposite approach and try to get you to understand the methods being used so you can derive them yourself. She's awful.

This professor is so strict, you need to memmorize every step and you forget something, the grade is going down,also with the attendance she is so strict, you need to go every day and no latenesses, to pass her class you need to do a big effort.

I cannot believe she still teaches here. There is a 10 year policy even if the professor is as bad as her they can't kick her out. However we are paying her to tell us about her life and to be a really bad teacher,don't take her if you really want to learn run away from her and take Peskoff.He is awesome

I took her summer 13 and I can say only one person out of the entire class of 12 students got an A. She is very specific and takes points away for even a missing comma. She will not allow you to correct her or ask questions. There's also her "get an A on the final get an A in the class" trick that well, if you're having a lot of trouble wont work.

Got A in physics and B+ in statistics. I took her class 'cuz I thought students here were being spoiled, WRONG! "Word for Word" she always says that if you don't do it like that you don't get points. The only reason why I took her is cuz I'm changing my major to science and I need cal but she doesn't know how to teach! it's all memorizing to her

She doesn't teach! she just copies from her notes to the board. She DOES NOT answer any question, if you ask she will tell you to look in the notebook and that if you copy from the board yowl know. She makes you memorize definitions and write them in a test WORD FOR WORD and if you miss one word you lose all the points.

So I signed up for this class by mistake because I was exempt from remedial math. However for the couple of weeks I was there this woman was horrible. You couldn't ask her questions and she wanted you to understand like if it was 2 plus 2.

She's one of the worst professors I've had. She does not go over how to do the examples in an understandable way and when you ask a question she acts like you were suppose to know this before coming to class. Do not take her class! I already dropped and I've never dropped a class until I had her class.

The teacher is VERY rude! she talks about unnecessary stuff that has nothing to do with math, she talks about her lonely life stories for about half an hour. I'm taking her class now And I hate it she makes it seems like your stupid and you should now everything she also makes up new rules about math so be ready to learn math a whole new way.
