Mr. Lipitz is the man child loves his students, class is easy and he is the cuttest man ever!! We love him he moves slightly fast but it still doesn't make him any less perfect- TAKE HIM!!

this guy is the man!i'd take him again.gives homework EVERYNIGHT like your in high school and checks it.tests are not easy.i got all 70's on the test and ended up with a B+ in the end. he also gives an extra credit assignment and a project thats really easy.its a good class.can be broing sometimes but this is college,you should be able to handle it

this professor is great, he's fast but once u catch up u find him to be clear and the material interesting. you learn alot from him. being on time is very important to him. you get hw everyday which he checks but its like 3 questions. no real midterm just a couple of tests and 1 term paper (easy) and extra credit term paper

He test are kinda ruff, but he has a curve. Checks homework hate lateness. Just pay attention should get at least a B if u put forth a slight effort of some kind. I got a C but i aint put no effort

Really Good Teacher...he knows what he is talking about... keep good attendance...class is on a curve so that helps in the end...you need the textbook and you have to bring it to class everyday or the section being covered...he gives hw everyday(4-7 questions)- real easy though. not to hard to get an A if you do what you are suppose to

He loves when you participate, you'll get a high grade for that. Don't use your cell in class he'll go crazy and don't be late.

good teacher, pretty funny too. reads out of the textbook for lectures. take notes, you'll need them. tests are hard though, but i got an A- because of the easy term paper.

Cool Teacher, tells a lot of stories of personal experiences while in class. Gets really upset if you come to class late. Overall it was an easy A though.

Tests are hard, but straight out of the textbook. strict on attendance and being late but he'll let you make up all the homeworks whenever. dont fall asleep in class, he calls on everyone

He tries to be funny but is mostly corny. There's a lot of hw assignments and you need to be prepared for class. Tests are kind of hard, most of people I know failed many times but he still ended up passing them. If your late often he has the tendency to ask you to stay after class or will pull you aside in the beginning minutes of class to talk.

He's an ok guy. kinda funny, and makes class interesting. The only downside is that he gives out homework every single class and its a MWF schedule!!! Most people had trouble keeping up with them but he is lenient to an extent.

Not a bad teacher. A lot of information and true life examples. Tries to keep you interested by joking with jokes that are not so funny. Work is easy not much to it.

He's pretty fair. Gives about 3 to 4 homework questions after each class and quickly goes over them. The test are challenging, but the work is light. Attendance is important. Not a bad class to take.

He is sweet and funny. He gives a ridiculous amount of help from extra credit, to test review to optional papers. The homework takes arounf 10 minutes to complete. TAKE THIS CLASS! It is a break if you have a sucky schedule

Encourages participation in fact he will randomly try to call on everyone at least once a class Gives alot of extra credit opportunities and is willing to talk if you need Tests are fair he practically gives you the questions before hand while reviewing. Attendance is mandatory, overall great teacher!

He gives hw every night, but it's easy and short. This way, you actually open the book since you don't have to come to class having to read something before.

Overall quality of learning the course is excellent. He teaches too much like a HS teacher. Homework is given everyday and he will personally check it, mark it down and then go over it. He will keep you until the last possible second. Very enthusiastic but annoying at the same time. He will make you late if you walk in late. Not walk in the park.

Lipitz is a LEGEND. Never have I met a professor who cares so much about how each individual student does. 3 tests, 1 term paper, and 2 easy optional papers that boost your grade a lot. I got a 64 and a 68 on the first 2 tests and pulled an A- in his class. HW every class but it takes 3 mins to do. You'll learn a lot with him

Great professor. Assigns homework almost every class but it's only four questions and it's clear in the textbook or in his notes. He gives out a term paper and two optional extra credit papers that can increase your grade by two letters. He calls on people but he also really likes participation. He is one of the best professors I had. Take him!!

I loved how organized everything about this class was. The hw's really simple, there's 3 big tests, and some extra credit & a case study. The tests are pretty tough, but he gives you all the information you need to study the day before. Show up, participate, do the work, and you'll do great!

Though I wasn't all that interested in the topic, he cares very very much about each student getting a good grade and gives lots of opportunities for extra credit and other grade improvement. He keeps his lectures interesting and throws in lots of stories and jokes.

One of the best professors you will ever take!!! He is very passionate about the subject matter and truly makes it come to life. He likes relating the material to his life and it usually ends up being funny stories. Gives Extra credit!!!!! so if you r not a good test taker u do not have to worry need i say more take him.

Professor Lipitz is by far one of the best in this field. His lectures are great and he keeps everyone involved throughout the class. Must stay on top of homework, but tests are really easy. He gives you all the answers to the project so it's very easy to get an A on those. Gives extra credit at the end of the term. I would take again!

One of the most entertaining professor's I've ever had! He's super nice and respected, he has an honesty policy where he trusts you when asking if you've done the homework (which he gives for every class) he calls on random people to participate but it's such a great environment you'll never get nervous, great stories, excellent teacher!

Awesome professor! He is by far my favorite one this semester. He is passionate about his topic and explains each concept in complete depth. I highly recommend this class. The tests are curved and there are 2 optional papers at the end to raise your grade. Take his class!!

He is an awesome storyteller and he does his own notes, he believes whatever is in the textbook is overrated but he does go through everything for any test. He'll literally take the test ask you questions from the test to make sure you'll understand and when the test comes you remember he asked this lol pay attention to him he is excellent

I love him. He's really enthusiastic and likes to tell (related) stories about him being a high school principal and about his wife. He tries to get everyone to participate every class and takes attendance. Tests are based around lectures and he reviews before every test. Very example based and very helpful

Prof Lipitz genuinely cares about his students. He is funny and makes a fairly boring subject engaging. The tests are not super easy, but they're all multiple choice and you can do well if you study a lot. The homework is often short and based on relevant material. He even gives extra credit. I truly believe that I got the best education in MGMT.

Professor Lipitz made management one of my favorite classes at SJU. He's extremely nice and funny, and encourages students to come out of their shells by having everyone participate. This class was very fun and all of the material was taught at a good pace. If you study and come to class, you will do well. Great person; great professor. Take him!!

He's mad nosey. He's always like why are you late? (when you literally arrive 1 min late) Like my dude, you're lucky I came. Another annoying aspect is hes always talking about Mrs. Lipitz someone I'm sure is in his imagination. He's not a bad teacher, he's nice. There's homework after every class, but he talks about most of the answers in class and you just have to read a little from the textbook. Lipitz is easy - you just gotta take good notes and study. Is it hard? yeah, there's a lot of material. I never wanted to skip his class because he made learning the material interesting, even at 9 in the morning

I did't get the best grade in his class but that wasn't his fault. Just make sure to not be late, pay attention and take good notes and you'll be fine. Also study from your notes and NOT the textbook (it's good for looking up definitions but that's about it). Other than that Lipitz is a v good prof. he's funny and very understanding. Pickk him!

Had him during Corona. In-class you learn a lot. HW after each class but its not too hard just defining/explaining things. 3 pprs+midterm+final was a ppr bc of corona. Online: He gives you all the work at once which is overwhelming. Easy grader for everything, if you did it you probably got an A - maybe just bc of corona. In-person midterm was hard

PLEASE take this mans class. If you see that hes "tough", its because he cares. Hes not afraid to call you out on being lazy and if you fail this class, its because of you, not him. Tests are his lectures (so take notes!) and he gives you questions from the test on review day. No extra credit but you wont need any if you show up to class & listen.

Professor Lipitz truly made marketing interesting. There is no reason you should not pass his courses. If he feels you are not doing your best he will call you out but will help you; not just leave you hanging. He really does care about his students and it shows. He tries to keep things light and funny. Take him, you won't regret it!

Very clear on what he's asking from you. His class is really easy if you pay attention to the lectures and his tests reflect that. He allocates time at the beginning of each class to go over homework so don't miss any. That's okay because his homework is only 4 questions or less. I would take him again.

Very nice dude. He cares about your grade and will annoy you (in a nice way) until you submit your work. There's weekly homework (takes like an hour to do). One of the best! I enjoyed MGMT 1001 because of Professor Lipitz. Deadlines are important, the tests are basically applying concepts and participation is important because the lectures are important.

A tough professor but honestly cares a lot about his students. He wants you to do well. Simple 4 question homework assignments for each class and one paper due. 3 tests throughout the semester. Was a high school principal so he will randomly call on you and expect you to get the answer right.

Prof. Lipitz's classes are extremely easy. As long as you are on time, do your homework, take notes, and pay attention, you'll have a good grade. The material itself is very easy, and he cares about your grade (even if he is annoying about it) You get homework every class but he rarely even checks it. He is always looking out for you and ways to help you. He is more on the old-school side, writing his notes on the chalkboard, so no slides, and all tests are on paper. Highly Recommend! :))
