I really liked Dr. Hanna & found his lectures interesting. It takes a half a class or so to get used to his accent. Do what is assigned & study the guides he gives, you should get an A. You don't need the text book. The only negative thing I'll say is he wasn't always clear when things were due, but he was flexible if there was a misunderstanding
I took Dr. Hanna at SJR State before he transferred schools. He was an excellent professor and I would gladly take again. He ensure that you understand the material and offers any sources available for extra assistance if needed. For the bone and muscle practicals he even hosted extra sessions for those who needed a little extra study time.
He is tough to understand at first, but you will get used to it. The study guides he gives you are the same as the tests. If you study you will do well. He is understanding and will come in on Saturday mornings if you need more help.
Dr. Hanna is an excellent professor. He ensure that you understand the material and offers any sources available for extra assistance that you might need. He is very helpful and flexible.
Dr. Hanna is a great teacher! He prepares you for all quizzes and tests with his QBANKS and homework assignments. I took him for both A&PI and A&PII. He's a fair/easy grader and provides many opportunities for extra credit. Be sure to always come to class and you'll be just fine.
Prof. Hanna was a great professor. He gives good lectures, and prepares you very well for tests with his Qbanks, he will also come in on the weekends to do a review before big tests. Beware. He does have an accent, but this will not be a problem as long as you understand the concepts. Overall, he was a great professor. Rate 4.4 - 5
He gives power points for you to read as he goes through his lectures with them . He's hard to understand but he is willing to help meet up on the weekends to review . Not much homework but when he gives them .. Do it n study it for the lecture exams. There a big part of your grade . Other than that he's a cool guy n he's willing to help.
Great teacher, Clear Lectures, comes in on weekends to review. TAKE HIM!
Good teacher, tells you exactly what you need to study.
great teacher
Dr. Mina Hanna has great personality, he explains the lecture in details ;in addition, he repeats many times. So helpful , the assignments are so easy , his exams are easy if you study the slides and assignments. I am taking anatomy 1 with him , and I am going to take anatomy 2 with him. I recommend him for future anatomy classes.
He is great I was worried about taking him because someone mentioned he has a accent but its not that bad you can understand him. He has a good personality and explains things in detail. He offers any assistance that is needed and comes in on weekends to review for big test. I plan on taking him for A&P 2. If you can take him do so you wont regret
Professor Hanna was amazing! I loved his class. He is very intelligent and is clearly passionate about the material. He gives extra credit and is clear from day 1 what he expects from you and how you can succeed in his class. He also came in on Saturdays to hold study sessions before a big exam. Take him for Anatomy you won't regret it!
TAKE DR. HANNA! I was worried A&PII would be difficult (loads of material) but he was not only helpful but clear on what he expected and VERY clear during lectures. He had difficult concepts seem like a breeze. Homeworks are KEY to passing. Study them and it's an easy A. Great class/professor. Anyone who says otherwise clearly didn't lift a pen.
I took Dr Hanna's classes on both A&P I and II. Most of his lectures are still stuck in my head as he tries to do tedious lectures twice or even tries for the sake of everybody's clear understanding. His study guides are similar to his lecture exams so if you read and understand your handouts, you will surely get an A.
Easy grade A. You won't regret. Nice lecture, easy homework, easy exams, understand the lecture, friendly, helpful. You won't regret.
Hands down, the best professor to take in Anatomy and Physiology! This has been such a wonderful experience and plan to take him again for A&P 2. Very helpful and cares about your success. However this class has a lot of memorization, so ensure studying outside of class is mandatory.
The key to passing this class is attendance and the homework assignments. He doesn't reiterate it, but simply coming to class and staying for the whole class MATTERS even if you do not participate. Anatomy is hard in general, but as long as you turn in your homework, take the time to study, you will pass his class! Very nice and smart guy!
Took the summer course for A&P2 and it was pretty intense. We had Labs & Exams together same day. Hw is MUST, easy grade. They help with quizzes. Lectures are vital, class requires tons of memorization. He definitely knows his stuff . Cool guy, firm teacher. You get what you earned.
Professor was good. He really tried to transmit the information in a way that was easy to comprehend. He does not give feedback on papers. He often gives false information concerning dates. The first day of class he gives you a schedule and tells you the dates are incorrect. So it was somewhat difficult to keep track of assignment and test dates.
Dr. Hanna is a great professor. Very straightforward, not many grades so each thing counts. Lecture heavy to insure you know everything you need to but will answer any questions you have. Pay attention in class and study and you'll do fine! Nice guy and extremely knowledgeable.
Dr. Hanna is great, and it's obvious he loves teaching. After you take your first Lab Exam and Lecture Exam, they're all alike, so you'll know exactly what to study for. His lectures were boring, and he is flaky about dates and deadlines. He does let you make up tests if you miss class, without a penalty. I wish I could take him for A&P2! Take him!
I've taken this professor for anatomy 1, 2 and Medical Terminology. He gives you everything you need to succeed. If you get a poor grade, you earned it. I wish he was teaching other classes I need to take.
Dr. Hanna is freaking amazing, he makes anatomy seem very black and white and constantly reviews during lecture. Make sure to study everything he hands you and be prepared to be tossed a few curve balls with the lab practical's. Such an amazing professor and is hilarious in his own way, wish he taught everything regarding science.
A REAL GEM! I was nervous about the course but he breaks it down and reviews constantly to make sure it sticks.
Dr. Hanna is by far the best professor I have ever taken. He is very knowledgeable and precise in what he expects you to do. He breaks the subject down so that everybody can understands it. He also gives strategies on how to study, he is very caring for his students. Follow what he tells you, study what he gives you in class and you will do great.
He is a great professor! He teaches A&P 2 very well and it is a good course. Just do the homework and all the assignments. If you study the homework you did, you will do great on the exams
Loved Dr. Hanna! He is caring, understanding, and a great professor who really does love what he does. I am just finishing his class and will hopefully have an A, B as my worst case scenario. You will learn a lot. He made me fall in love with anatomy. He does have an accent which is hard to follow but he's worth it. A real gem!
He is an excellent teacher, very passionate about the Human body. Attendance isn't mandatory, but missing one class is crucial. 4 Lecture exams, with Lab exams on the same day, however super easy if you do lecture assignments, it is the same exact format. He goes over the topic a lot in class so you can retain the information. But you need to study
Basically, if you want to pass his class, do the online assignments and his chapter Q&A banks, because all of his lecture exams are built based off of those two components.
OMG!!! He is amazing and sooooo sooooo smart! I will be taking him again for A&P 2. The best professor ever. I just cant get over how smart he is. well he is a doctor so he should be smart, right?! Anyway take him he is the best and doesn't give you too much work.
TAKE THIS PROFESSOR. A & P is a hard course for most people but Mina makes its straight forward and you actually learn. Best lectures, just listen and be active. He gives you everything you need to study and if you got a bad grade, its on you. Best professor for a & p! Taking him again for a&p 2!!
Dr. Hanna is literally the best, He explains everything very well ! Study, Study, Study ! Deff Taking him for A&&P II !!
Stop reading, and enroll for his class NOW. You won't regret it. Clearly, I would rank him higher if I could because his lectures were great, and he provided great study guides for the test.
His lectures are very straightforward and gives you PowerPoint slides. They are very helpful for your lecture and lab test. He tells you mostly everything what's going to be on the test. His tests and labs are really easy. He has (pop) quizess but if you do the lecture assignments, you'll be fine. He provides extra credits.
I was afraid of the unknown because i am not a science person. I got an A. As long as you complete all the mastering you get full credit. The study guides for exams are helpfull. Use them. Show up to class and say a few words. He tries to make it fun and gives extra credit. Lab exams might be a bit difficult but still passable.
Dr. Hanna wants his students to succeed. He provides everything you need to pass with flying colors. This class does not require more than 2 hours of studying per exam (exams on every chapter). Do the lecture assignments, review them, and you will pass. Lab assignments are self explanatory and if you attend class there is little extra effort.
Dr. Hanna is an amazing professor! He is pretty lecture heavy, but all of his powerpoint slides are posted on blackboard for you to review later. I definitely suggest studying as much as you can because he offers extra credit on most tests. Also, do the assignments! They will help you for the exams! I can't wait to take Dr. Hanna again for A&P 2.
I have to say Dr. Hanna is an amazing professor. The material was explained more the once so you can memorize it. Great study guides. The lectures are long but very interesting. He really care for his students and provides you with everything you need to succeed. I would definitely take him again.
I can not express enough that people should take him for a&p1 and A&p2! He was very clear about the grading criteria & I understood every topic he taught. These classes are lecture heavy and do require studying for tests and quizzes but, it's anatomy so I would expect work no matter what. He also gives you material to study from that is useful.
I cant express, how I feel grateful to Dr. Hanna. Today I received my TEAS scores, I did great on the science portion of the test, thanks to him. I figured out how important to take Anatomy and physiology with a teacher who cares that you learn. Because you will definitely need it for your career. I highly recommend him. He is the best.
Easy going in the same time kind of a strict professor, he is always worried about your success. To be honest, I didnt realize how caring is he until I attended classes with other professors who seem careless about you. He gives everything for you to succeed notes, PowerPoints, study guides and extra credits. Just follow what he says and itsan A
I am taking him for A&P 1 right now, there is A LOT to study but he tells you exactly what you need to know. I wanted to get A&P 2 out of the way this summer but he isn't teaching it so I'm waiting until fall so I can take his class again. He is strict on attendance but it's really just for your own benefit. Extra credit offered on every test!
Professor Hanna is awesome. Im taking him for A&P 1 and I have an A. Waiting to take him for A&P2 in the fall since he is not teaching it this summer. Do your work, come to class, study and you will be fine. He gives you every opportunity to succeed. Lots of extra credit!
Professor Mina is a wonderful teacher. He teaches you everything you need to know to be successful in your career. I would recommend anyone that is going into the health care field to take his class. Very clear and understanding. TAKE TAKE TAKE THIS MAN!!!
Dr. Hanna is an amazing professor. He truly cares about whether or not the students in the class are actually understanding the information. I regretted not buying the textbook, but I was able to get away without using it. We did use the lab manual. He prints out his powerpoint lectures. Take him! He is awesome!! Would take him agin for sure! 10/10
YOU HAVE TO TAKE THIS PROFESSOR!!! IF NOT THEN GOOD LUCK WITH OTHER ONES. It's AN EASY A CLASS. ALL YOU GOTTA DO IS SHOW UP, STUDY HARD AND SMART. AND YOU PASS. IVE PASSED ALL OF MY LECTURE AND LAB EXAMS FROM A&P 1 AND 2. HE EVEN TELLS YOU HOW TO AND WHAT TO STUDY. YOU GONNA LOVE THIS PROFESSOR. HE IS VERY CARING. HE IS FRIGGIN AWESOME.
Anatomy is hard, but he make it easy to understand. He always give good examples to explain the contents. He also has a wonderful compassion in teaching. Love him.
YOOOOO!!! Take this professor he is really good at teaching he breaks things down to the atoms for you to understand by giving great examples. The only con (which is not that bad) is he will take the whole class take to teach you what you need to know which makes sense because there is a alot of information you need to soak in. I will take again
I would suggest you definitely take him he is so good at explaining all the material since he is a physician himself. Also is very sweet and kind. Make sure to do all the out of class assignments
Very detailed orientated. If you like heavy lectures with tons of information, take him. Overall had a great experience being in his class. I need AP2 over the summer, but he is taking summer off...i most likely will wait for his fall class. That's how good he is if i am considering postponing my science schedule just to take him again for AP2.
Great professor, you will learn and prepare you for A&P 2. Would highly recommend!
Great professor. You will learn and be ready for A&P 2! Highly recommend!
Easy class as long as you pay attention and study like he says youll be fine. 4 major test including final & lecture assignments that go along with the power points he presents in lectures( are very helpful for studying) .
If you do the work you get the A. He said that our class was his favorite by far. The lecture assignments were the same on test. Study those and pass the tests. Room for extra credit too!
Professor Mina was very consistent and efficient in getting all of his information across. I would definitely take him again. Hes funny and helps when needed. Very accessible and if you study what youre supposed to, you will get an easy A.
Professor Hanna is a very respectful and caring individual. He wants all of his students to succeed. That being said, you must put forth the effort and study. It's an easy A if you read the material and do the lecture assignments.
He is a great teacher. He will help you out if you ask. All about extra credit. Taken anatomy 3 times and only passed with him. Just show up and take notes. Lecture assignments are just like the exams. Dissections were gross but helped with understanding if you are hands on. Makes relations to real life things so its easier to comprehend.
Professor Hanna is a really caring and intelligent person. You will get everything you need out of this class as long as you really study to learn it. All you need to do is show up to class, take notes during lectures, read the material, and do all of the lecture assignments. I would defintely take his class again.
He is awesome, that's really the only thing you need to know!
Stop reading now! This instructor is the answer to your prayers. The course was broken down in such a strategic way it's almost impossible to fail!! Do the work, study, complete with an A. It's really just that simple :)
Was very intimidated with taking anatomy but professor Mina will break everything down. Do what is asked and you should will pass. Studying is required. He is very respectful and understanding and will help you to understand the material.
If you want to learn in easy way then take him. he breaks down everything into small pieces and explain in details to make sure you get it. If you study what he told you then you will get at least a B. all lecture exams come from lecture assignment. Def recommend him!
Best anatomy teacher ever !!! If you want to pass with an A in anatomy he is the teacher to take
Best Human Anatomy and Physiology professor at FSCJ A&P part 1 B and A&P part 2 A my major is business administration, but I want to change it to health care administration because of the interest in health care and nursing now.
Great Professor... I would tell anyone to take him for AP 1 & AP 2. very understanding and loves what he does. Show up study the work packets and you will pass.
I took prof. Hanna last Spring and he is truly the BEST professor ever. Like ever!!!! Cannot express enough how caring he is for the success of his students! He gives extra credit and his lectures are very enjoyable. Please take him! you will never regret it.
I LOVE him!!! I didn't even realize how much I actually learned and would remember from his class until I Got into nursing school. He truly makes A and P not miserable. No matter what it is hard but, I enjoyed his class. TAKE HIM!! STUDY!!!!
Being in class really matters since he mostly lectures, but understands if you talk to him ahead of time. He makes it really easy to learn by repeating things multiple times in different ways. Even gives ways to remember. Lab exams are the hardest part mostly memorization. Lecture exams have mock tests on BB so study those. Will take for A&P II.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hanna. Not only is he clear about what he expects, but he also gives you the material to study and does not stray. He keeps lectures interesting with a bit of humor but really repeats everything you will need to know in the future. I have to say he is my most favorite professor so far.
Dr. Hanna is definitely the best professor for A&P, He really cares about each student success. He is the most humble professor I have ever met, he is always available to help. If you only care about passing the class with a good grade without putting the effort, He is not the professor for you. But if you care about learning HE IS THE ONE.
He is very accessible and really cares. He is very upfront about his expectations, He really is very knowledgeable than most, When you have a lecture it 's not in anyway a professor that is unprepared. He wants the class to participate. I think he is an asset for my future requirements for testing because of his style of teaching.
Anyone going to medical school I highly suggest taking him. He will prepare you well
This guy is fantastic!! I will be taking him for AP2! He cares. He gives you extra credit on each test. You have to study though. A great teacher for sure!
The class itself is a little difficult but he trys to break everything down. If you pay attention, an is fully focused you will pass! I wouldve definitely taken him again if his class didnt fill up so quickly.
Very clear about his grading. His lectures are so understanding. I passed A&P 1 and now I am taking him again for A&P 2. The best professor!!
impossible to get good grade on his exams he make them harder than it is and takes big junk of your grades for small mistakes. Good guy and very passionate but don't understand the reality of why people come to school no need to make it more hard on students.
Good lectures, tests are difficult if you don't study.
The best, can't describe him by any other words. He explains everything for you to be prepared for the programs you are applying for. He really wants everybody to succeed in his course, but yo need to keep in mind that you need to study what he asks you to. He is the best professor in FSCJ I have sen so far.
I am done with my final exam today, and ready to my AP II class with Dr. Hanna, that I could hardly get in as his classes fill up fast. The key to get an A in this course is to follow the instructions, he says in class. The Qbanks he uses are similar to the lecture exam, the lab exams need lots of memorization. I wish Dr. Mina is teaching chemistry
Professor Hanna is an Awesome teacher. Nothing in life is free, you will work for your grade and make sure you study. Pay attention to everything he tells you. He is always willing to stay and go over things you may need extra help with. Best Professor AP1 and AP2!!! Take him if you really wanna succeed in your career.
Great lectures, just long. You will learn a lot in this course so just make sure your study and review often.
Honestly,Hannah was such a great professor. Hes difficult in the sense that theres a lot of material, but his lectures are so detailed and usually interesting. He can be difficult because he likes to see if you really know what youre doing, but he made it easy if you apply yourself. STUDY QBANKS!!!! Keep up with the homework.
Professor Hanna is the best professor Fscj has. He is very caring. He goes out of his way to explain and simplify the material. I would highly recommend him.
Professor Mina Hanna is the best professor ever. I took him two semesters in a row, it was an amazing experience. This Is not an easy class, but you have to study a lot. You should study q banks, and sometimes he decided not to bring anything from q banks, so beware and study the lecture slides too. He stays after class hours to help his students.
Best professor I've had at FSCJ. Honestly, take him!
Mina Hanna was the most difficult professor I had for human Antony 2. He sits in front of the class and lectures all day and I must say they were the most boring lectures. He gets mad if you dont pay attention to him. He definitely doesnt make learning easy.
Dr. Hanna has always been not only a great professor who has great teaching skills and talent to simplify complicated topics, but also a great a wonderful mentor who guided me choosing between nursing programs.
I have learned in my AP 2 class, more than I have ever learned in my 2 years of college. Dr. Hanna really cares about the success of his students. He is by far the best A&P Professor. You will get the grade that you want but you really need to work for it. I am really enjoying the class.
Hard professor but you learn a lot from his class
The material is difficult but he gives you all the tools to be successful. Studying is a must!
Must come to class to pass Is very clear on how he wants things to be done and is a very understanding professor.
He really takes the time to explain the material to make sure you understand what you are learning. Very specific on what you need to know and study for the lab exams and test.
Hes honestly the best teacher Ive ever had. He explains his lectures well & studying is basically the Q-Banks that he gives you. A&P 2 was so much better with him than the other professor I had for A&P 1. Highly recommend. Youd be better off taking Hanna than any other professor, knowledge & grade wise, in my opinion.
Dr Hanna is one of the best professors at this college. This class isn't the easiest but study hard, pay attention to the lectures & attend class. He gives you all the information you need for your tests & goes over it thoroughly. Dr. Hanna a very educated man but makes it easy for everyone to learn. He cares about his students& we love him for it!
He's an awesome professor. He explains his lectures in class very thorough, informative, and detailed in his lectures. He does not give a lot of homework and gives several opportunities for extra credit. He gives the tools that is needed to prepare for class as well as exams. I would highly recommend that you take his class.
Dr Mina is a great professor, his lecture are clear, fun, and you can ask question when you are confuse. He makes anatomy easy when we all know is not. He also give extra credit on the exam. I would recommend him if you're going into nursing because he want you to known what to expect and prepare you for the future.
Dr. Hanna is one of the best professors I have had so far. He cares about you actually understanding what he is teaching. His lectures are amazing. He's a visual teacher, and he draws as he is teaching, which is one of my favorite things about him. His class isn't easy, but he gives you all the tools necessary to be successful. Highly recommend.
Dr. Hanna is the best teacher I have ever had. He really cares about his students. His lectures are amazing and teach you the material better than the book could. If you pay attention in class and do your homework and actually study then you'll do very well. I ended up having an A the entire semester.
Very knowledgeable. Enjoyed his lectures. He works hard to make sure that students learn the material. Would definitely recommend his AP I and AP II classes.
Probably the best professor I've ever had. this guy is very good at explaining various biological processes/systems with numerous examples and is very talented at drawing diagrams of various organ systems or really anything. If you are interested in learning the subject matter of anatomy thoroughly this is your guy. his A+P 2 classes fill FAST
Professor Hanna is by far the best teacher that I've ever had. He will not continue until he knows that everyone understands. Very clear lectures and expectations. Pay attention, do the required work, study and you'll make an A.
Dr. Hanna is the best professor I've ever had, he really knows his material because he went to medschool. If you're going in to medicine, please listen to me and take him, you will forever be glad. He is also very charming because he is so intelligent. I've never learned so much in one class.
he is the best!!
He is the best!
Such a caring professor! Genuinely cares about the success of his students and makes sure you understand. He does not mind going over something until everyone understands the material. His lectures are very long and a lot is covered in every single one. Do the work he assigns and attend each class and you will be fine
Highly recommend Dr. Hanna especially if youre taking this class for credit. Study Q-Banks & Visible Body Courseware and you will pass his class. His lectures are amazing. You will have a true understanding of anatomy with him!
Dr. Hanna is really the best professor I have ever attended a class for in college. He is so smart, and knows exactly how to explain the material. When we shifted from face to face to online setting because of the Pandemic, he rapidly created a well organized system and insured that everyone do well in the course. I have learned so much from him.
Dr. Hanna is one of the best professors at FSCJ. Thankfully he takes the time to explain the material we need to learn. Any questions I had he answered them without an attitude. He's not only knowledgeable in the subject but he shows that he cares about his students. You can tell that he's not in it for the money but he's there to help.
Professor Hanna is one of the best professors I have ever had hands down. He not only explains things throughly but he draws diagrams & goes over it until you understand the concept. The visible body course work is so helpful and made his tests easier. The class is quizzes, tests and lecture homework. Study, participate & take notes. You will pass!
He sucks, he always has an attitude and never responds to emails.
I am writing this review, as I have noticed that students in my class were not following the class rules and decided to attack Dr. Hanna. In my opinion, he is the best professor ever, He really cares about his students' success and those who claim otherwise are simply not willing to do the work.
An amazing professor, I am so grateful to be in his class. I have learned in his course more than any other course I have ever attended. Class participation matters and in my opinion if you are planning to learn. This is not an easy A class, you need to follow Dr. Hanna's instructions and ask questions during the lecture if you have any.
Professor Hanna was absolutely knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was talking about. His class was very organized and he is clear with his instructions. Make sure to take notes during his lectures and he is open to any questions. Study hard, follow instructions, participate and you'll pass for sure. I'm taking his anatomy ll class this semester
This class required attendance every week and we had to check in with the professor once a week as well. Lab work can be long, but the quizzes aren't to bad. If you study for the test and participate in class everyone should be able to get a passing grade.
Great professor, Dr. Hanna explains every topic really well. He takes his time going over the material, and makes sure you understand before moving on. Lectures are mandatory and participation is required. As long as you study and put in the work, it's easy to pass. I would definitely take his class again.
He's my favorite professor so far! Recorded lectures are long but he explains everything well so you can actually understand the material. Attendance is mandatory. 4 lecture exams,4 proctored lab exams, with an optional final, quizzes every chapter and visible body course assignments. study his qbanks and you will pass. My average was 99. take him!
Extremely unclear. Very difficult to follow. LOTS of work for beginners. I have zero understanding of science, nothing that is relevant to what the tests are on is explained. I think because he is a Dr. he doesnt understand stuff that is easy for him is HARD for newbies. HES TOO SMART. Lecture videos are difficult to follow. TAKE ANOTHER PROFESSOR.
I would recommend this professor, because his teaching techniques helped me to remember A&P easily, and currently it is comfortable for me in taking radiology anatomy class.
Dr Mina Is a great professor, he gives you all the tools you ned to be successful in his class and he is continuously making sure he goes over everything twice in case you missed some information. Attendance is important and you must study and go over the resources and practice test and you'll be prepared. I was hoping I could take him for A&PII
clear lectures, extra credit built into the course, outlined grading very thoroughly in logical way, concise with words but still explained in understandable way
Professor Mina is an outstanding professor. It is very important to attend all of the lectures or watch all of the virtual recordings. Ive honestly learned so much and found that anatomy felt more as an activity than a class. I really enjoyed this class, I highly recommend!
Professor Hanna is a great professor, and taught me a lot of information that i will use in the future. It is test heavy, as are most college classes, but as long as you study the material you should be fine. He goes over the diagrams that are most important for the test. Anatomy 2 is a hard class, but he is there to answer any questions.
Great professor!! Lots of video lectures and notes, but he repeats himself a lot so it is hard to forget the material. Stay on track!! Easy to fall behind hard to catch back up, workload does help because you will have the material memorized before you know it!
I'm not sure how this professor has a good rating. Didn't announce how the class worked until right before 1st exam, 4 weeks into the semester starting. Never responded to my messages. Just an overall mess of a class. Easy A though. Wouldn't take again.
This professor is a mess, do not take him. Very hard to get a hold of and just overall not a good professor in my opinion. Nothing in the class matches to online work just all over a hot mess.
I took this teacher in person. His tests are multiple choice/short answer and I loved them! He was very clear about what would be on all the tests and I never got a bad grade. Only negative is that he never responds to any messages outside of class. Would take again.
Dr. Hanna is my favorite professor throughout my college so far, he really gives you all that you need to succeed in his class. You need to follow the weekly agenda that he provides in the syllabus for you to stay on top of the material. it was a great class and I have learnt a lot.
Hardly ever replies to emails. I took the hybrid course and regret it, He uses Visible Body which has 7 extra quizzes that are very lengthy and weren't on Canvas so it's easy to forget about them. In addition to that, plus all the quizzes and exams, you also have to find time to watch several youtube videos and answer all the questions in them.
If you are a visual learner this is the professor for you. Will tell you exactly what you need to study for on a test, wants you to succeed. Professor Hanna will literally draw out everything for you to understand so you can see the process of things taking place, and he doesn't read from a textbook. Has his own power points that you have access.
I loved this class! His lectures are crystal clear! I would recommend bringing a coffee to class, three hour lectures can be hard to pay attention too. He goes over 4 modules, each module has four chapters. You get about 3 weeks to complete the assigned activities for each module. Manage your time properly and you'll do great in this class!!
He gives detailed lectures that are very repetitive, which is helpful. He is very clear about what to study for the exams. There is a lab and lecture exam with an essay question. He does not really assign any homework, just quizzes. Don't take this online or hybrid, otherwise, he assigns mandatory lecture videos that can be longer than class.
Dr. Hanna is a great professor. I took him for AP I and II. He is very clear about assignments and splits everything into four modules. He is very repetitive in his lecture which helps to memorize the information. There are quizzes for each chapter and 4 exams and an optional final exam. He also offers some extra credit throughout the course.
Dr. Hanna really knows his stuff for AP 2! His lectures are engaging and help you understand complex topics. He is straight forward with what will be covered on exams. There are a few projects as well as options for extra credit. Show up for class, participate and you will leave with a good grasp of the material and a good grade!
an amazing teacher. Repeats information during his lectures to ensure you are understanding the material.
So easy. 4 chapters per section. ( 4 sections). Quiz for each chapter (16 quizzes not proctored). Non proctored exam for each section. Then in class exam for each section so 4 lab exams. Each section has 1 or 2 chapters toward the lab exam which is really all u need to pay attention to. Very clear on what's gonna be on exams. super easy to study.
Best a&p professor. The 4 "regular"/lecture exams are not proctored. Although the 4 lab exams are but they're extremely easy if you study the diagrams he tells you exactly what to study. I took hybrid and his lectures were long but extremely well done. You will have to watch about 2-4, usually one hour videos a week on your own time. Take him!!
Professor Hanna is a great lecturer, they're easy to follow. Be prepared for a LOT of videos to watch at home if you're taking the class fully online, he assigns between 2-5 per week and they're each 1+ hours long. There are questions in the videos that are at random times that he collects as a homework assignment. It's time consuming, but not hard
Professor Hanna is amazing. His lectures are very clear and he made the material very understandable. His class and his assignments are pretty clear! As long as you stay caught up you should have no trouble with this class.
I can't stress how much I enjoyed taking his class. He explained tough concepts in a way that made sense, and he set us up for success with every test. If I could take another class with him I absolutely would!
I've been in this course for about a month and right off the bat it is very expensive to pay for when taking it online. If you don't own the VB course, you need to pay $50 for it. If you're taking proctored exams online it'll cost you around $20 per exam. There are about 4 proctored exams to take. $150 out of pocket is insane.
Professor Hanna's BSC2085C class is well-structured and engaging. His lectures are clear, and the course is manageable if you stay on top of the material. Unstuck study was a helpful study tool alongside the provided resources.
Professor Hanna is great! He's good at breaking down complex topics into clear, understandable concepts. Pay attention in class and dedicate the necessary time to complete assignments/review. While there is a lot to learn, his ability to convey information clearly and his organized approach make the workload manageable for those who are committed.
This professor gives you plenty of opportunities to earn a higher grade. I would definitely recommend
I took Dr. Hanna for AP1 and loved him, so I took him for AP2 as well. He is clearly passionate about the subject, and I learned so much from both of these classes. Keep up with his recommended schedule and you will be successful.
Apparently this professor is highly respected. I don't doubt that. His syllabus was easy to understand, his assignments were clear and concise. However, make sure you have a back up plan in case he drops you from his class for a reason that has no bearing. Especially if you have proof to dispute what he would call "fact".
I was pursuing a BSN at the time and needed this as a pre-req. He had a great rating, so I chose him. He mentioned at the start that, "if you struggle with this class, you won't succeed in the health field". This instantly made a lot of us want to change majors. The workload was no joke and goes way beyond the scope of a RN. I got an A, but tough.
