Great Teacher of transfiguration.

Scary prof who you do not want to cross. Never favors gryffindors! But still, nice woman! OH, and she is the deputy headmistress of Hogwarts!

Prof McG is pretty hard, but fair. She's normally accessible for office hours but doesn't always give the full answers. She's sometimes a bit catty, and hates a mousy answer. You have to be fairly brave of heart and courageous to take her classes, but its definitely worth it.

Her class is hard but she's an amazing witch and she'll do everything in her power to help you succeed.

I barely got an O in her class, along with Hermione Granger, but she's bloody brilliant. I struggled so hard, reading the texts and practicing the spells in my dormitory. She's absolutely brilliant, only a tad strict, make sure your shirts are tucked in, and you're wearing the right shoes.

She is a brilliant. You learn a ton. Just remember to practice your spell work outside of class. She will help you if you need it, but speak out of turn and you will get a detention.

Minerva McGonagall sparked my interest in Transfiguration. She was always available to help a student. Very hard class but so rewarding!

mcgonagall was the best teacher i had at hogie...i was lucky to be one of her favorites (she digs you if you like cats/ are a prefect/ on the quidditch team)... her class is super useful too so it's pretty interesting...study and ask a lot of questions.

Let's be honest, I am as good as transfiguration as I am with herbology. However, Prof McGonagall won't let me fail. She believes in me, so I believe in me. She doesn't show favoritism and she doesn't care what house you're in--So even if you're a Gryffindor, you'll get the same treatment as a Slytherin. Pay attention in class, it'll pay off.

I have had Prof. McGonagall as as guest lecturer on multiple occasions. She is an amazing Headmistress, and she really knows her stuff. Her work as an Animagus is phenomenal. Professor McGonagall is one of the best professors I've ever had! If you don't do well with strict teachers and classes, then her TRANS 101 class isn't for you. Professor McGonagall is WONDERFUL. This class is not an easy O. Read, study, practice. This class will put you out of your comfort zone, but an Outstanding is not unaccomplishable. What can I say about good ol' Minerva? First of all, don't ever call her Minerva in class or you'll find yourself in about a weeks worth of detentions. She acts real tough, but is a sweetheart really! Got a "E" in her class. I swear I would have got an "O" if I didn't accidentally transfigure Mooney's hair that time. She is an inspiration ;)
