Dr. Rezac was a wonderful teacher. He wrote everything we needed to know on the board. He was always willing to help students. He gave handouts that were absolutely spectacular - everything you needed to know for the test was in there. Easy labs. Easy grades. The only drawback is he can get pretty crabby sometimes. Overall I would recommend him.

Loooooove the accent! He's a great teacher as long as you understand what he's saying! Very nice and funny, too.

i had rezac over the summer and he was such an awesome teacher. he really cares about how his students do in his class and is always willing to help them out. i had a bad weekend once and it showed on a test and he took the time to make sure that everything was okay with me

Gives out great handouts and worksheets that really help the student out!

He is always very prepared for class. Not just a Part-time professor. He has alot of handouts and study guides, etc that are helpful for practice. Explains everything in an understandable manner. Wish I could have had him for all of my sciences.

Dr. Rezac is very goofy and his laugh is great! I thought chemistry was going to be a very difficult subject, but he made it understandable and easy. Also, he gives out a lot of great worksheets that will help you out for tests and quizzes. As long as you study those and attend class, you'll be sure to get a good grade. took the entry level class with him and found the math components to be very difficult to understand. If your profecient at math and have an interest in Chem, youll have a great time. Rezac will give you help after class if you need, really cares about the students, nice guy. He's a lot of fun too

Great teacher,HARD class!Prof. Rezac is very fun and interesting but he expects a lot. You need to study for the frequent quizzes he gives and exams. Also, the 3rd and 4th exams are the hardest so be prepared. He gives good hand-outs, but you still need to take notes. Be prepared to put alot of time into this class.

If you're a Chemistry major I would recommend a different teacher because Rezac's course was very easy. In fact, I think sophomore chemistry (in hs) was significantly more difficult than this class.

Great Teacher. VERY fair grader!! You can get the wrong answer and he'll still give partial credit as long as you show work and are close to the answer. Gives extra problems w/ answers for extra practice. Gives plenty of examples in class. Drops lowest exam grade but I'm bad at chem. and I'm still getting an A. I would highly recommend him.

He's a great teacher! He gives clear examples which pretty much self-explain the topic he is teaching the class. If you have to take chemistry, take this professor. He is professional and even has a sense of humor. He takes an entire class day to review the day before an exam and even the final, which pretty much helps you get a good grade.

This professor is very knowledgable and passionate about chemistry. He makes jokes almost every class too. If you try on the homework, you get full credit. You can get answers wrong on tests and you still get most of the points if you showed your work. If chemistry is tough for you like it is for me, take him!

The man can teach. His best is when he uses James Bond analogies to explain the content covered. So funny, and awesome!

He's awesome, you can tell he has a passion for teaching. He's not gonna spoon feed you and expects you to apply yourself but he does make it easy to. He gave use plenty of worksheets and went though problems in class so we were able to not only know facts but be able to apply the knowledge. I can't say enough good things.

Dr. Rezac is the funniest, most hilarious teacher ever. But he's also so incredibly intelligent and sharp. He doesn't miss a beat and he is defensive over his students- peoe passing in the hallway, if you're too loud, beware. Fair grader, his worksheets are helpful. He does exam review- which is huge. I dreaded this class but Dr. Rezac not only made it bearable, he made it fun. He presents material in an easy to understand format and provides ample study guides, homework, and reviews. If in doubt, head to the chemistry tutor. Dr. Rezac is funny, and entertaining but can be abrupt. Not mean, just quirky. Very compassionate but intense.

This class was very easy and I ended it with a high A. Considering I had a lot of trouble with chemistry in high school, this should show how great of a teacher he is! He give out homework and practice problems that really help you to learn the material, and he's always super clear about what's on his tests. It's honestly a very easy class!

I took his general chemistry class over the summer. He was a good teacher and funny in his own way. Mostly everyone passed with an A or a B. Just don't skip class because the material can get confusing. Also, don't buy the textbook, only the lab book.

I hated chemistry in high school, but I LOVED taking his class! Very straight forward, clear expectations, and if you take good notes and study them, you'll definitely do well on the test. There's no tricks on the exams. Great guy, understanding, full of humor and jokes. DEFINITELY take him!

Professor Rezac is the best Chemistry professor I've had. Lectures are long but everything he writes is useful. His grading is fair. As long as you attend class to take notes, take some time to study, and attend fairly easy lab days you should pass with an A easily.

Awesome professor. Would drop whatever he's doing to help. Assigns WAY more points to assignments than he should, so you'll have ample opportunity to fix a failing grade. Great lecturer, too--occasionally, he'll make things a bit more convoluted than they should be, but he's probably trying to spell things out for the less-than-stellar students.

One of the best professors I have ever had. As long as you put in the effort you will pass with an A or B. You definitely cant slack though. He explains things in a way that every type of student can understand and learn. He cracks jokes that keep the mood lightened but stays on task. I wish I could take him for every science class.

I would definitely recommend coming to every single class; however, if you do have to miss a class he will not hound you for it. If you have homework due that class, email him and he will straighten things out. Very fair and lectures are interesting. Would definitely recommend.

He's a great professor, but the only thing I didn't like about him was that he was rude during lab time. People would be working & having conversations with others & he would get mad or when someone had a question in class he would get annoyed sometimes. But, other than that he's super easy, take notes, study, & pass with a B with minimal effort.

I have never taken a CHM class before and taking Rezac was the best choice I have ever made. He moves at a slower pace and is open to questions. He is a nice grader and gives homework and study guides that are very helpful. Take notes and you will understand NO PROBLEM! The lectures are 2.5 hours long but he made them interesting and they flew by.

Profesor Rezac is very easy going, friendly, and understanding. For example, on tests if you make a decimal mistake, but you show that you understand the concept and the process of how to find how many grams a mole of a molecule weighs, he will give you credit.

He shows you his way of doing things which makes it easy to know what is expected on you for assignments, quizzes, and tests. Never thought I was great at chemistry but I still did not struggle in his class at all. Definitely have to be a fast learner because he kind of got annoyed if you questioned him or asked to re-explain. But he does give many examples and at the beginning of every class he did one problem from the previous lecture. He's humorous and I would retake.

Dr Rezac has the most amazing lectures and tries to connect concepts to everyday life. His homework helps you prep for the exams greatly. He includes the formulas on his tests so you can focus more on concepts than memorization. His jokes are adorable and make class fun. No extra credit is offered, but if you do the work, an A or B should be easy.

I had Professor Rezac for Prep Chem spring 18. He's a wonderful instructor, very organized and clear expectations. Slight accent, but perfectly understandable. He loves making dorky chemistry jokes. He's pretty easy on grading and will try to not dock points unless it's clear you had no idea what you were doing. Includes most formulas on tests.

He was an amazing chemistry teacher. The class was very basic and easy. He gives you a lot of resources, practice sets, and packets to help you be successful. He doesn't use D2l but he does use google drive to update grades all all. He was very funny and always seemed to be in a great mood no matter what. Overall he was a great teacher.

I originally took this class with another professor and didn't even make it past midterm. Dr. Rezac's teaching style rewards effort and inspired me. I was dealing with a tough situation at home and he went above and beyond to help me, not just in class, but with my personal situation. The most caring and considerate professor/teacher I've ever had.

I took this class before at another college and barely learned anything. That may be why it was easier for me, but the professor was so good at explaining the topic. All of his notes helped me with the homework and the tests. He was really nice and tried to make sure we understood how and why something was the way it was, that was it would stick.

He's a great teacher, however he is pretty rude if you ask him questions. So if you have any questions just ask the tutoring center. He drops one exam at the end of the semester and gives good study guides. Make sure to look over the homework he gives back too, not everything will be on the study guides.

Dr. Rezac is a really good professor! I took his summer class, and if you have the opportunity to take his summer class, do it! The classes were long (4.5 hours), but the labs were super awesome and the exams are pretty easy! If you are not taking his summer class, still take him, he is a really good professor!

Prof. Rezac was so fun to be around, both in campus and while listening to his powerpoint lectures. Not sure what someone else was saying, but his ppts are very organized and they are all voiced over. He loves to crack jokes and is very understanding and lenient. HW/quizzes are not easy and not hard; right in the middle. 10/10 would recommend!

Before each test, he gives a review packet. Do this packet. Every question on it mirrors what will be on the exams. He is a lovely teacher and makes a long three hour lecture feel tolerable. He does not teach from the textbook; I have not even opened it once. His PPTs are enough. If you miss a lecture, it's going to be hard to catch up.

He is an engaging professor that truly cares to help each student succeed. He loves to make jokes throughout the lectures too. Even though Chen can be a long class, it feels quick. Very easy to succeed.

He demonstrates the lab briefly. Like of equipment we have to use for the labs. He is very helpful, and if you show him your lab or ask him a question he will let you know if you are on the right track as well.

Rezac is really funny and I liked his teaching style in the sense that he would ask a lot of questions for us to understand. He isn't a big fan of office hours but I didn't need them so it wasn't a problem. The only thing I would say is that the way he does his notes is a but confusing so find a way to take notes that fits your style of learning.
