Very easy to talk too. Research Methods was not my favorite class to begin with but she has made the class so interesting and easy to understand that I now like researching stuff much more than I used to. She is very helpful and goes out of her way to help you understand the concepts.

At first, i don't like her and i was such a **** giving her negative evaluation. But I made progress in her class as time permits. Dr. Misty is awesomely great professor because i have learned that dropping her psychology class is not an option.

Dr. Kolchakian is a GREAT teacher! the class is interesting itself but the way she lectures makes it even better. She grades fair, gives out extra credit. Just study for ur tests and you should be fine. Start well and you'll end well

She is awsome. You can tell she really cares about her students and about teaching. She is fun, and the group projects ended up being fun even though we were nervous about them at the beginning of the semester. Overall, great teacher! And she's cute too!

Easy class. All you have to do is to turn in the pre-test reviews that you do online and you're pretty much set. 1 presentation, 4 hw assig. and 4 test dropping the lowest i think total of 1000 oint but 300 points is from the hw and then 100 points of just being there the rest is history

Misty is a GREAT teacher; she's funny and beautiful. In the last year she has gone through a lot, but she never let it affect how she taught the class, or how much she taught us. Her tests were relatively easy if you studied, but the project was a LOT of work. Don't take the class if you aren't prepared to do a whole reserach study from scratch.

Misty is a very good teacher. She lectures and uses PowerPoints but also encourages class participation. She's very down to Earth and has funny jokes. She also has a great sense of style. Tests are not easy though. Make sure you study what she covers, even if it's just a quick glance over your notes before you take the test.

Although she does give you alot of work...her class is still pretty much easy..you have to major assignments that you have almost all semester to work on them...you also have a alot of computer assignments to do but they are esay to do...also make sure you read the book cuz the powerpoints alone wont help you...lol

although there is one big project, she grades easily! not a hard grader. but u really have to study exams

by the time you are done with the class you will know how to write a research paper. Easy grader. Everything is easy. Just pick good group members. easy test. EASY A

Very helpful when you have questions. Does tend to rush a bit during lecture, which is good, because there is so much material. Did not require you to read, however, most of the test do come from the book & lecture. Gives a lot of extra credit opportunities. Pretty lenient grader. She checks this site too!

Misty is a super great teacher. She knows her stuff. The project she makes you do is sort of a pain, but she goes through each step, and you basically work on it the whole semester. GREAT TEACHER!

She is the best college professor I had! She was the only teacher that kept me lively and awake the whole semester. If only I could take her class all over again, I would definitely do it again! Her lectures are funny.I recommended her to all my friends. So I would really recommend her to you!

great teacher. she might not be teaching the funnest class but she does what she can. great teacher and very helpful. she makes the class environment fun and is able to connect with all her students so that she doesn't make you feel that shes just your teacher, but her friend also.

She's very nice and friendly. She relates a lot of the materials to our everyday lives. This class was only once a week (3 hour class), but she kept us interested. She's also passionate about the subject.

Honestly, you will not fail her class if you listen to her lectures, and do all the assignments. Her assignments are easy, but very helpful. All the test are all in the lecture and assignment. I took her online class. tests are quite hard, it might be due to i didn't have lecture but she curved. she is very nice. not a hard grader. i like her class even it's online. many homework though maybe its winter session.

Very nice and funny professor. Loves research, so knows the field. Lectures well. Provides lecture handouts, study guides, and study session before exam. Though the most difficult thing is the... research project. She's very helpful. Just be sure you pick the right people to group up with, like no slackers. Reason for my interest in psych research.

Prof. Kolchakian is great! She's really funny & puts humor in her lectures that it makes you love psych! It was never boring & she relates psych to our daily lives. We have fun activities & games. She made psych so interesting that it even made me thinking of majoring in it. She has study guides. Her test are easy. Highly recom. One of my faves!

I took her for Fall semester, the morning class. Even early in the morning she's full of energy and keeps the class awake with her stories. We rarely used the book. She mostly refers to her PPs and the tests are fair without studying. I would rec. her if you're taking psych!

Before I started going to Mt. Sac, I had no interest in anything like psychology, philosophy, or sociology. But then I took Ms. Kolchakian's class, and I was hooked. Because of her, I now want to major in psychology. She does so well at relating psychology to everyday life, and really making the student understand. I loved her! Highly recommended!

She s wonderful teacher and person. she actually cares, i called her on her phone and she always returned my calls politily. her class was definetly not easy but if you study you can pull off the A. shes awesome!!!!!!!

Dr. Kolchakian was extremely helpful. I took her online class, and she always responded promptly to my emails. She gives many extra credit opprotunities, making it very possible to get an A in her class. I would definitely reccomend her. She is such a wonderful teacher!!

Dr. K is a great teacher. This class is A LOT of work. But she helped us every step of the way. She doesn't take herself too seriously, yet she really knows her stuff. She makes a class in research as fun as it could be. I would recommend her!

Misty is an excellent professor. Psychology is a hard subject to learn, so you are responsible for taking the time to learn it. She always made class time fun and interesting. I would recomend her to everyone. You must be willing to do the work and follow the guidelines and then you can get an A. I was very satisfied with her teaching style.

This instructor really cares about her students, i recently took her for winter 2010, and i loved the class. Though i took it for online,it was difficult. But she helps you when you email her, i learned so much too. And the class discussions we do every week, makes students come closer. Overall wonderful class!! You should take her! GREat!~

She's a fun teacher that knows her stuff. Print out the slideshows and follow along in class. There are 3 essays you have to write, but you should be okay. Plus she's got tons of extra credit opportunities just in case you slack off!

Dr. K is really cool. Her online class is very easy if you put time to do the requirements. It's also cool that she prepares great powerpoint presentation for the lectures. She is very very helpful if you have questions or you need clarification. Just do all the requirements on time and extra credit work and you'll be fine. Easy A and she's cute to

I had her for PSYC1A and PSYC3. I find her fabulous. She's also an advisor for psych club. She was the reason I became a psych major! She's really fun and offers you a lot of help! She's straight to the point, and doesn't beat around the bush! Misty is an awesome professor! Her class is easy and she offers study guides so u can't complain!

I took the online course, and the majority of the points for the class were from discussion posts and homework assignments. The exams are curved so most people should be good to go. The professor also offers extra credit throughout the semester. This should be an easy A if you put some effort into it.

This class is very fun, but the workload is a bit difficult. All of the due dates are on the syllabus but she does not remind you about the assignments. She also never explains an assignment and expects it to be turned in. But overall it's a fun a class and it's not extremely difficult.

Prof. Kolchakian is a challenging teacher. Actual class lectures are easy-going, very informative, and overall fun :) However, her grading style on her tests and assignments is somewhat tough. She doesn't remind you of assignments that are due, and each test requires usually 6 online tests to be turned in at the same time. Worth it though

I took professor Kolchakian for research methods. The material was boring, however, Dr. Kolchakian made it as interesting as she could. Class time felt shorter than 3 hours and it is very possible to get a good grade if you study your notes.

I really like Professor K. I am taking her online class and she is pretty easy. So far so good. But in school tests are HARD! But she does curve the grade to help out as much as possible. Just make sure you do all your work and extra credit, you will be good to go!

took her psych honors class for fall 2010, and i'd have to say that her class was pretty easy AS LONG AS YOU DO THE WORK. There isn't much hw aside from taking online tests, so as long as you listen to her lectures and go over her study guides prior to taking tests, you'll get an A. Gives out a good amount of extra credit, so take advantage of it!

I only took this class because it was a prerequisite for my major. If you do the required assignments and look over the study guides you should be good.

Professor Kolchakian made this class a lot more interesting than you would expect it to be. Somewhat harsh with grading, but fair for the most part. Project is a lot of work, but easy if you manage your time well. Make sure to do the extra credit too.

This class was actually more fun than I thought it would be. Learned so much (more than any other class) that I'm already using at my transfer school. Dr. K knows her stuff, and doesn't take herself too serious. Good sense of humor! Love her! Take her if you care about learning. She really cares! Oh, and she dresses well :-)

She is a great teacher + a mentor. She makes lecture very interestnig. Open to any questions that streches beyond the class. Psych 3 class was not a requiremet, but I can't stress enough that it is one of the best class I have taken. It prepares you for research planning, executing, and analyzing; expected processes in prof. research institutes.

Dr. K. is one of the most sincere teachers. Take her psychology for effective living course. It's better than the sexuality course, has a great deal of fun and easy extra credit ops and all lectures were powerpoint on blackboard. This was a well organized course and an easily earned A. She keeps your attention with her engaging personality!

Dr.K is a knowledgeable instructor. She was always full of energy at 8am every morning and ready to lecture. Attendance to her class is mandatory and with good reason. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to take her Effective living course otherwise I would. Highly recommended for any Psychology Majors out there.

I took her online class and it was fairly easy. Just make sure you read the text and you'll be fine. Very clear on what she wants and if you took ap psych in high school then this should be a breeze ;)

She's "cool" but young and is now the Department Chair so beware. *It's almost like she has somthing to prove. Stressful semester because of her grading. She knocks off points from the essays if she doesn't like a word you picked. Bit of a stickler... but her lectures are entertaining. She kept my attention. Full load = do not take.

Honestly, I expected her class to be "yet another boring Psych class" because I had taken it during high school, but Professor K made the class so fun that I always expected a good laugh during every class meetings. She knows her stuff and lectures based on power points and videos. Although she gives out study guides, you still must read the book!

She is very funny and knows how to keep her students engaged in the class. It's kind of a lot of work, but her lectures are really interesting and clear that I didn't have to worry about the tests at all and still got A's on every single test. As long you do all the work, do some extra credit, and PAY ATTENTION in class, you will be more than fine.

Discussion board every week, 4 computer assignments,read every chapter, one midterm, one final, taken at LAC.I would recommend this class for full time students who have time to read, but if you have other priorities like children or a job I do not recommend it. She might believe this is the only class or priority students have.

Took online course.Weekly dicussion board, 5 computer assignments,and offers some Extra credit. She is very clear on her instructions, responds quicly to any questions/concerns, and is always on top of grading assignments. Easy class and long as you actually try. Very resonable. compared to my other online class, Dr. K is actually very helpful and communicates with students quickly via email. The course work is reasonable. If you put in efforts, you should pass with an A (she curves alot for midterm and final)

Very helpful but can come off kinda rude. Her tests can be hard but if you study you should be fine. Lots of extra credit and the project can be tough but meet deadlines and just work with your group and it should go smooth. She's funny and makes the class go by fast. She's super enthusiastic and interactive with the class. She consistently emails. Grades available immediately. Grades on a curve. LOVE HER! She's so helpful!

Dr.K was really cool and super nice. You can tell that she really loves her job. I had her so psych of effective living and that class was amazing and fun, there was never a boring moment. You can pass the class even if you dont do so well on the tests because she gives alot of extra credit that you must earn but definitely take the class!!!

I took M. Kolchakian for PSYC 1A online. It was AMAZING. She is very sympathetic towards the final grades and curves the tests. She has great assignments relevant to the course and easy to execute. Anyone can pass this class as long as you study the textbook and absorb all the chapters because she really uses them! TAKE HER ASAP.

You WILL get your moneys worth and a quality introduction to Psychology with Dr. K. She is enthusiastic, upbeat, and always makes lecture fun and engaging. Took her for a summer online course and I was skeptic at first about online classes but she definitely made it easy and personable. Do the assignments and go over her PowerPoints and you'll pass no problem!

Take the online class, the rubric makes the class easy. Discussion board every week, easy free online tests (basically complete them for free points), study well for the midterm and final (worth 100 points each, out of 1000), essay is fun: chose a movie with a character with a psychological disorder. Apply yourself and you will get an A

Took Dr. K for online course. I've taken several different online courses before, and Dr. K is so much more available than my other instructors were. She responds to emails really fast. She always answers your questions and is really there for you and wants you to do well. U definitely have to do the work though. Take her, U won't regret it!

Dr.k is my favorite teacher. She has a very funny yet dry sense of humor. We were required to work in groups throughout the semester, and we became really close. She gives many extra credit opportunities. Her tests are a bit difficult but if you study, you can get a good grade. Just Awesome

I took Dr.K for her online course. Her guidelines are very simple and straight to the point. The course consists of discussion boards every week, computer assignments ( simple online tests), a written paper about a movie and Midterm/Finals. As long as you complete every assignment and study for the test, you will past with an A. TAKE HER!

Dr. K is really sweet, funny, and knowledgable. I really enjoyed her class! It's a good intro to psych, but hardly scratches the surface. I do wish she went a little more in depth, but I'm still enjoy it. There are several projects/papers/research assignments throughout, as well as multiple tests and quizzes, but it's totally manageable.

I loved this teacher. Her class was fun and each lecture ended up with some sort of activity that all the students had to get involved in. It is clear that she legitimately cares for her students and she has a way of teaching that makes the criteria easy to comprehend

I took her online PYSC 5 class at Mt. Sac. Although she was like... former Department Chair I think, I thought it was going to be like super tough but it ended up ok. She has excellent power point lectures for online courses and she is a easy grader though she may not sound like one. To my surprise, I did enjoy her course very much.

she is kinda moody/lazy at times, but she is honestly such a sweetheart, and truly cares for her students. a lot reading and quizzing (but the most u can miss is like 3, not toobad) invest in study guides and make sure u have a solid table group. she is very intelligent and quirky and cute. do extra credit. it adds up and saves ur grade. stay

Insane amount of reading/reading assignments (but it was a 6-week class). Weekly discussion boards were pretty thought-invoking (post once and reply to classmate once). Tests were pretty straight-forward/easy (go over ppts and study guide). Paper wasn't too bad (just get started early). Extra credit is offered as well.

Dr K was one of my fave professors at mtsac. You can tell she really cares about her students. you do have to read and there are several big assignments but she is always there to help. The assignments were creative too and some were actually fun. Very friendly and inspiring in class and when I've gone to office hours. Take her!

I took an online class for Psych 1A and it was the first online one that I did. Misty was very helpful getting me started and the directions she had for her assignments were always clear. I highly recommend taking her online class for anyone that's intrested in working on their education from home.

Was initially scared of this class bc I didn't think i enjoyed research, but she made the class really fun and now i love it!! We all really bonded, and I made lasting friendships! Oh, and i learned more than I have in any other class ever. She's down to earth despite being very knowledgeable, and she was my fave prof during all my time at mt sac.

This was my first online class and at first I was a little skeptical about taking an online class but Professor Dr. K made it very clear in what she wanted us to do and she is very organized in her lectures. Please take her!

Nice professor with interesting lectures that will keep you involved, but the amount of work she assigns is ridiculous, even for an honors class. I've had more work in her class than all of my other honors courses combined, so be ready to stay home on weekends doing her assignments. If you take her 8am class you won't get any sleep all semester.

Dr. K is AMAZING. I learned so much in her class. She even gave me a new way to study that I will be using going forward. I actually enjoyed writing the paper in class (which I never say)! She always wrote back right away so I never felt lost. Very available to you and super organized which is importnat for an online class. Totally recommend!!

Dr. K is not only an amazing teacher but caring about her students as well. She goes the extra mile to make sure students understand the material. She also is great at giving feedback on papers and even provides more than enough time to complete assignments. She also has tons of opportunities for extra credit. Dr. Kolchakian made my online class experience fantastic. She responds to emails very quickly. There are only two tests in this class which are midterm & final. (Study guides provided) One research paper. Reading assignments are based off the book. She gives feedback so you know what to improve on. Lots of interesting discussion boards. Very easy!

Best professor at Mt. SAC by far! I learned so much in this class, SPSS and about research methods in general. We created our own experiment and it was so much fun. I've became close with a lot of my peers, and the professor too. This class is challenging but it's so enjoyable that it's hardly 'work.' I 100% recommend this class!

The professor is honestly the best professor that I have had at Mt. SAC. Since it was an honors course there was a much more personal connection in the class, which made it a great experience. I recommend her for PSYCH 3, over any other professor.

I took this in the spring and I ABSOLUTELY ADORED the class. This professors is very understanding about your grade so dont be afraid to ask questions! She was never late because she genuinely cares about her students. She provides real life examples of psychology from her experience as a therapist. The class is a free and safe environment.

I took her class as an online 8 week course. You cant do your work without the book. You write about 6-8 pages every single week. Theres a discussion board every week & one written paper. Its actually not a lot of work for being an 8 week class. The class is fair & she offers so much extra credit! She provides feedback and she grades fast.

Dr.K is a good professor and really wants you to do good in her class. Theres a lot of reading assignments for hw but its easy to do. I took her online class and it was fun. Easy A if you study and dont miss anything

Misty is the best professor I have ever taken. Was a bit nervous taking PSYCH but she made it the most fun I have had in a class. Even with an online course, she was there for you as well as the other students. Reading assignments are a must, midterm, written paper and final. TAKE HER SHES AMAZING! She is so sweet and caring.

Took Psych1A online w/ prof. Kolchakian. Best professor I have had here for my 1st year at mtsac. The class should be an easy A ONLY if you work for it! Yes, it is alot of work, but if you do it correctly, then you should be fine! Very caring professor and gives good feedback on all assignments. Make sure to keep track of duedates b/c no late work!

By far the best online class I've taken so far! If you do the assignments & DB, you will EASILY pass. There are two tests (midterm & final) but extra credit brings up your grade very easily. I highly recommend taking this class, Professor Kolchakian is caring, passionate, and accommodating!

Mrs.K cares a lot for her students and clearly loves the subject of psychology. As long as you use the study guides she gives, you will do good on the tests. The chapter homework it very tedious and time-consuming, so you can ask to do flash cards because it will save you lots of time! As long as you show up and do the work, you'll do solid!

This prof was great! Almost every time I emailed her she got back within literally 5 minutes and if not 5 then at least the hour! Super helpful! You do need to read the book though so dont try to take this class without doing that. Also only one paper the whole semester which was great

Dr K was awesome during this pandemic. It was obvious she did her best to adapt to going online mid-semester. Tough semester overall (obviously) but Dr K made it bearable and I learned a ton. She really cares and always replies quickly to emails. Great professor!

One of the best profs I've had at Mt Sac! Very clear with assignments and deadlines, very fast grader, and replies to email super fast. We had to go online halfway through, and i was nervous, but she was always there to support us. She's funny too! You can get an A but you do have to work for it!

Every student in Psyc 3 got a passing grade during the cv19 transition to online class, and nobody dropped. She was super available for questions, and the lectures were recorded so you could watch them whenever you wanted. Lot of group work made things easier and there was a lot of extra credit. You could pass without the book, take good notes.

I respectfully disagree with my spring 2020 Psyc3 classmates' review. Dr. K was outstanding during the covid-crisis w/ fair standards during the transition to online learning. I took this class during COVID pandemic. Smooth transition and really cared for our well-being. A discussion once a week, about 4 tests, and one research paper & powerpoint. you'll need the textbook for certain assignments and sometimes tests. this was the most interactive online class I've ever taken and I highly recommend taking her!

Dr. K is very hands off for this class. she posts audio lectures/powerpoints but thats about it. mostly u will read & submit ur notes then take test/quizzes & post on the discussion boards. easy if u keep up, but theres lots of work for reading assignments. lots of EC opportunities so do all of them!! no live lecture, easy class overall

Dr. K is a fantastic professor, in my opinion. She answers your emails quickly and is so sweet and thoughtful. Her expectations for her students are high but reasonable. Her comments were insightful and made me think more. Take her for your online class!

Dr. K was one of the best professors I have ever met. She interacted with students regularly on the discussions and I feel like I got to know her and my classmates even better than in some of my in person classes. What surprises me most is how fast she replies to emails. This is so helpful in an online class.

Great professor and alot better at being involved online than my other professors. Responded fast to emails and very organized. Assignments were very fitting for the class and I actually enjoyed them. Grading was fair and fast. Feedback we got was helpful bc we got to see what we did wrong and correct it in the future assignments. Highly recommend!

Dr. K is one of the absolute best professors I have ever had! COVID-19 was not an easy transition, & Dr. K was by far my most prepared professor. This class was extremely fun, interesting, and prepared me for my upper division psych classes. When you need her, she is there to guide & support within the best of her abilities. Dr. K, you are a gem!

I took psych 1A honors over summer 2020 online and it was a really great class. There was 2 hw assignments, one paper, a final video project, 2 exams, and weekly discussions. Make sure that you read the grading rubric before doing the assignments, prof K is very specific about what she looks for. Overall pretty easy class and I learned a lot.

She is fun and kind. A lot of discussion that is mostly about your own opinion and few papers to write. Easy A.

I had Dr. Kolchakian for Psychology 1A and she was absolutely amazing. As I read some of the pockets of negative comments, it puzzles me that someone could write something that is so far from the truth. She is very clear on what the expectations are for the course and gave us a lot of extra credit! She genuinely does care for her students.

This is a solid choice of a professor, very easy grader. The only thing I'll warn others about is that there is a lot of reading that you have to do and so much notes. Only reason I wouldn't take her again is because of the reading, but if you can bear with it like I did, you can definitely get an A.

Great class. Involves a group research project that 15+ pages. Offers extra credit. Multiple choice exams arent hard, but the written portion is kinda tough. Gotta work hard in this class. Its a very interactive class. Shes a great professor.

Dr. K is amazing! She finds the perfect balance of being friendly and supportive while challenging you (in a good way). She kept me engaged during a 3 hr zoom lecture which is shocking since i usually can't handle an hour in other classes. Great sense of humor! Take her!

What can I say dr. k rocks! She was very clear on what she wanted, and I was never lost which is rare online. Very interactive with us, and you can tell she loves teaching. She created videos on life topics (e.g., gratitude, life purpose, memory) and they legit changed my life! I even made my friend watch them. Glad I took her!

Professor K was so understanding especially with this whole pandemic. Overall her class was fun and very interesting

A lot of homework, but exams and quizzes are pretty easy and straightforward if you watch her audio powerpoints. There is also a lot of group work, so make sure you find a good group to work with on the 20 page paper. Most of the paper is done on your own, but two sections are written with group members. Easy A as long as you do your work!

5 reading assignments, 1 mid-term, 1 final, 1 research paper, weekly discussion boards (min 400 words + 200 reply). Overall, it is pretty content-heavy if it is your first time studying psyc, put in the effort, do the reading assignments, read the textbook and the ppt/audio ppts she provides, it will be easy A. Lots of extra credit options :)

Great professor and very organized! As long as you participate in discussions and finish assignments on time this course will be a breeze. Professor Kolchakian is very understanding and she does care for her students. She gives good feedback and she checks in on you half way through the course. Would really recommend taking this course!

Dr. K is a reasonable and responsible prof. Her canvas page is organized. She also cares about her students, and therefore she gives good feedback. For those who can connect psychology to life events, this class will be a breeze. Be prepared to make a presentation with visual aids, 5 discussions (intersessions), 3 papers, 1 mid-term, and 1 final.

This class is PSYC 5. Professor is very nice. However the online class in general was not cool. I had many late nights and many breakdowns while trying to do her work. Discussions boards are 400 words and 200 words. A lot of reading and notes, called reading assignments. The class is depended on a project (week 1- the end of the semester).

Dr. K is so caring! The only prof who took time to email us individually to let us know where we stood in the course, asking how she could help. She inspired me to keep going & do my best! Very interactive, inclusive, fun, & I felt connected to the material. Loved the big project which helped me improve an area of my life! Great class and prof!

She is a very humorous professor and cares a lot about her students. The assignments are a bit much, but you can get high grades if you follow the requirements. There are a midterm exam and a final exam, I got perfect grade for final exam. My total grade is 100.67%. We need to write a paper and do an audio-visual presentation.

Dr. K has to be one of the most caring, sweet, and well-educated professors I have come across in my entire life. I took this course throughout the summer. Her class consisted of weekly discussion boards, a multiple-choice mid-term, written paper, final multiple choice, and a course evaluation. Several extra credit options as well!

overall she's a great professor. lots of really good feedback. there were quite a few papers to write; i found the disorders paper personally really fun. there's also weekly discussion post and audio-visual presentation. there's a good amount of extra credit at the end of semester

this was a really easy course and prof. kolchakian is really sweet. there's discussions every week and a minimum word count, she has one late pass that you can use on quizzes. her tests and quizzes are really simple and honestly, this class is an easy A if you turn in all the work on time

Dr. K is seriously one of the best! She truly cares and it shows. She participates in the discussion boards along with students and writes us messages. Her assignments are actually interesting and fun to complete and some are even inspiring. Take her, you won't regret it!

Professor Kolchakian was very kind and respectful. I took her Psych 5 class and I thoroughly enjoyed the online class. Great at uploading assignments on Monday! There are weekly discussions with 400 words and then a 200-word count on the reply to a peer. I also did a semester-long self-change class that I feel was good for my mental health.

If p is .05 or less, reject the null hypothesis! She is an incredibly caring and sweet soul. She does the most to ensure that her students succeed and learn. That being said, research psyc is not for the faint for heart! She will guide you through it, but you must be willing to put in the work. Thank you, Dr. K, 10 academic chili peppers for you :)

She is such a great and caring professor. Her lectures are very interesting. She answers emails really quickly so it's easy to get a hold of her. There's a discussion board every week, and she provides her own lectures to help you understand the material from the textbook. You will have to take a lot of notes but if you do the work, you'll be fine.

Dr. K is a wonderful professor who genuinely cares about her students' success. The class is challenging but engaging, and Unstuck study is a great study tool alongside the course materials. Put in the effort and you'll learn a ton!

Absolutely loved her class and teaching methods, we used a mix of 2 books since I took her class during the 15 week quarters but the main bulk of the time was a project to reflect on yourself and I walked away very inspired and refreshed afterwards.

Honestly I liked this class a lot. You definitely do have to do a lot of writing and reading but it's very interesting information. majority of your time will be spent on the self change project but you have the whole semester to do it. She always gives you detailed Information on how she wants things and the prompts are fun to write about.

Dr K is so sweet. so easy to follow her directions. she is a easy grader. easy posts. fun videos. I learned alot. I will always recommend Dr. K she has a sense of humor too. take her she is easy and so understanding.

She is awesome! I'm so happy I took her class, she is so caring, understanding, and teaches the content so well. She really does do her best to foster a warm learning environment so students can feel comfortable. She is also very patient. This is the kind of professor you want to take a tougher class with, since she does offer lots of guidance.
