For me, he is a great professor. He is fair with grading everything. He really cares about his students! He tries his best to help them as much as he could. I wouldve taken him again for PHY 232 if I didnt run out of slots.

Dr. Mohammad is an excellent professor. I take his PHY231. There is one assignment after every chapter, four tests, and six quizzes in total. He grades leniently and will drop the lowest score. If your grade is above 90%, you can skip the final exam. If you want to learn something, please don't hesitate to choose him, then try your best to learn.

Professor Arif showed every class that he cared about his students, and he put an immense amount of effort into lectures and class preparation. In arguably the toughest period for students and teachers, he always made it a point to show that he was willing to be there for his students and graded them very very fairly. I would recommend him as prof!

Dr. Mohammad is an excellent professor. I'm glad I chose his physics course and could learn from him for two semesters. He really takes his classes seriously, cares about his students, and checks our study process. He also grades leniently and gives us extra credits if we work hard on our homework. I strongly and honestly recommend him!

This professor is willing to help students with problems that they are facing even outside of class. I took professor Arif for the 6 week PHYS231 course. He would lecture daily, asking questions and making sure students would have a clear understanding of topics. He would provide MULTIPLE options for extra content if needed. He was also very compassionate for his work and cared greatly for the students whom were taking his class.

Professor Arif cares about the success and well-being of his students even beyond the classroom, which is refreshing. The class is test-heavy but the emphasis is on effort rather than perfection, which is reflected in the lenient grading. Overall, Professor Arif is a good choice for this often difficult subject.

If you take care to pay attention during his lectures and do the homework, you'll pass the exams. A great professor with a solid foundation in Physics. He has high expectations of those who come into his class because he wants to prepare his students for the real world which is appreciated. He is always available to help and if you practice on your own, you will be fine. It is also good to practice the textbook problems as well.

This is an extremely hard class. This is nowhere near an easy pass. Watch his lecture videos. Go to office hours. And study like mad for the exams. Everyone in my class got a C or below except for me. About 3/4 the class failed. This is a weed out class so that is expected. He is the hero NOVA deserves, but not the one it needs right now.
