Greatest prof I've had in University. Slight accent but you can understand him well. Funny guy and keeps class interesting. Very nice guy too, had im for math for business. Went over concepts multiple times before tests, and his tests are pretty much the ones he posts inline for practice.

Dr. Hassanzadeh is an absolutely amazing professor! He is the type of prof who is there for you and will help you as much as he can! He is inspirational and will make you love math ten times more than you did before you have taken his class. If you get the privilege of taking one of his classes I highly recommend that you do so!

Best prof I have had at uWindsor. After failing calc 140 i transfered to business. then decided to switch to engineering and took lineaer in the summer with him. Im not good at math and ended the class with a 86. Midterms are exactly COPY from the notes. GO TO CLASS AND COPY NOTES. Goodluck

He makes things very clear, even though the concepts are easy. He takes it slow so if there are any stragglers they are able to understand as well. Highly recommend him for a first year student. Just don't get caught using your phone in class or he will kick you out.

Lectures are VERY descriptive. If you took 12th grade functions, you could do the exam right away. Funny and smart. He will go through step by step processes and if you want a 100, just do his practice tests before the midterm. He teaches you some interesting concepts. You'll do great with this prof. I recommend him.

I don't understand how he's so enthusiastic about teaching introductory math but he's a great professor and really into his course. Lectures are necessary to pass but well worth the time. Getting help (if you need any) is painless. Course is extremely easy if you pay attention.

In my 15 years of education, Dr. Hassanzadeh was by FAR the best teacher I've ever had. He made learning math fun by having a great sense of humor, caring for students, & created extremely fair tests. I was never strong in math but he made me feel confident that I could accomplish anything. An all around great guy & I wish he taught every class.

My favourite prof this far in my university career. The nicest guy you will ever meet and EASY midterms and exams. He told us pretty much every single question on our final. Class is so easy its boring, but he makes it worth while going to class. THE BEST.

If you ever have the opportunity to take a course with this man then do it. It was actually the most painless experience in a math course including high school. He's clear about the message he's trying to get across and doesn't drag things out or make you pull teeth to understand the material. Do the homework he assigns though. That's huge.

Amazing Professor. He is all about the students. His Life stories are hillarious but also very educational. Do all the assigned homework and you can get an A. Fool around and you will quickly fail. He is great for remarking tests and hates the GA's. AMAZING lectures and will stop to explain grade 9 math if necessary. "No such thing as bad question"

Seriously, this guy is an excellent professor. You get a good grade AND you learn. Do the homework and it will be all good. I never even reviewed the notes. Attend class, pay attention and do homework 70%+ I have 99% going into the final atm. Ask him for extra help if needed.

Excellent prof. Tells you exactly what you need to do to solve questions. He gives detailed exam breakdowns so there are no surprises so long as you do the HW he assigns. I'm taking another course with him in Fall and it's not even required. He's the only reason I'll even consider pursuing a math minor.

Very thorough lessons, he totally simplified the Integral Calculus course and gave tons of exam prep and hints. 100% recommend going to office hours, he will regrade midterms and hand out plenty of part-marks that his GAs "missed". Super nice guy. Take his section if you have the chance.

This man cares about his students. After our midterm, he was not satisfied with the inconsistent marking from the GAs, so he re-marked the 300+ midterms HIMSELF. He is an amazing lecturer and is extremely accessible during office hours. Make sure to review your exam with him as he will address any concerns and will re-mark it right in front of you.

Best professor you will ever know Took linear algebra with him and while the other section had a another pro. They where struggling and we where enjoying him he even remarks your tests and gives you more marks than his GAs. Simply the best ever

Incredibly inspiring, one time the entire class erupted into applause after a particularily amazing speech. Integral isn't easy, study hard, go to class, do practice problems from the textbook, and make use of his office hours. Fantastic guy.

Wish there are more professors like you. Unlucky that you were not available in a particular semester and all the three sections had to study under a different professor. We had very bad experience for studying under him. Although few students passed under him, they got marks in the range of 60 to 70s. And that made us regret for choosing him

Dr. Hassanzadeh is single-handedly one of the best professors I have had in my University career. I retook a difficult course with him, and did 1000% better. He explained the content very well, and he is also super funny. 10/10 would recommend taking a class with him.

This is one of the greatest profs in the University, I will definitely take his course again just for fun. Even after I finished his course we stayed on a personal connection and has helped me a lot with other courses although he did not need to. He is really generous with marks and does not let anyone down.

The best professor I have had so far. Took his class online due to Covid. He had our backs every time, understood the problems of remote learning, and helped us in every way possible. One of my favourite profs. Very respectful of students and lectures were very helpful in learning the material. This made studying for the mid-term and exam easier. Also told us what to expect for mid-term, exam, and quizzes which was nice. All around a great prof and I strongly recommend that you take a class with Prof Hassanzadeh.

Explains concepts with lots of details and applies the concepts to practical uses. Grading and correction were reasonable enough and extra marks for attending all classes. He is an expert in his subject and gives lots of real-life examples to relate concepts to.

I really enjoy Dr. Hassanzadeh's course! I must say he is my favorite professor at Odette school! Although quantitative studies is a difficult business course, his lecture was very clear and easy to understand. He always took many examples to explain and make sure everyone can understand.

Good teaching style. Attend the class, solve all the assigned questions and you will pass the course. If you want to top the course, deeper understanding of math will be required. This course is designed assuming that you know calculus and trigonometry.
