Professor Dimauro is great. Very calm, clear instructions, will work with you as long as you do what you're supposed to. Very professional and organized.

She is a very lenient, fair, and helpful professor. She is very nice, professional, and is clear when giving assignments and what is expected of you and when due dates are. She will accept some late work as long as it is approved by her first.

Professor Dimauro is a wonderful literature professor. Her thorough and simple way of explaining the assignments makes it easy to do well in her class. Attendance is a must and turning in all of the assignments as well as participating in peer revision also helps you achieve a good grade.

I found this class to be very easy. Professor Dimauro is extremely generous with her grading scale. If you come into this class with basic writing and spelling skills, it is virtually impossible to get anything other than an A.

This class is a snap. She puts you in groups on the first day of class, so make sure you pick a seat next to people who look interesting. If you're confident in your English skills, take the 7 week course. It's fast and easy; the class always lets out at least an hour earlier than scheduled.

REALLY REALLY easy class. She makes you read every night and answer simple questions. You only have 3 essays and around 5 quizzes. she is really sweet and smiles at everything. Even if you say something wrong she will smile. take this class.

Professor Dimauro was amazing, she was really understanding about life and allowed a few times for me to take late quizzes, even though she states no late work on her syllabus. Professor D was also a very fast grader which helped when you need to know your areas that need improvement.

There are reading assignments weekly, but nothing too difficult. Reading responses can be difficult to match the required lengths, but not impossible. Dimauro is a great professor. Do the work, and you'll get a good grade. She is very helpful in editing too, so ask her to revise papers before you turn them in for a guaranteed A.

I took her for ENC1101 and ENC1102 and honestly it was so easy. Just go to class and participate when she is talking. Easy homework, easy essays, I got a A in both classes. She is so sweet and she is there for you. You can skip a few classes but not too many. She tells you exactly what you will be working on.

I took her for 1101 and 1102 and she is by far the best professor I've ever encountered. She gives reading and writing assignments that are inspiring and spark interest, which makes it easy to complete the work. She's always willing to help, so be sure to ask for it! I highly recommend her if you hate writing, you will love it by the end!

Took the 7-week hybrid course so all that was needed was a reading book (based all assignments and quizzes on). Assignments include: reading assignments (questions about the reading), 5 easy DBs and in class quizzes that were open notes. Other assignments was an annotated bibliography and a simple research essay. Easy A as long as you put in effort

This is the absolute sweetest teacher I have ever taken. She is always giving positive feed back, and wants students to succeed. She helped me out many times when I emailed her. She generally is such a gem. I took her class online, I have never met her but she was great.

I recommend this professor! She was the best! Each week we knew exactly what we were doing because she is very orderly. It's an easy class as long as you keep up ith the work (which isn't hard to do). She is very understanding and caring and will work with you if you need it. Class structured like a highschool.. Super nice. Expect "busy" work on the weekends.. Assigned reading assignment every week that will take up a huge chunk of time. Thinking In Pictures was VERY DIFFICULT to understand. The quizzes you are allowed to use your notes. Essays were easy and lots of time. She wont round up borderline grades 89.5 to 90..

Good professor, but prepare to read about 60 pages each class for the quiz about the story. However, the good news that you can have your notes with you during the test. Moreover, she would help you take your notes by giving you some advice about what the important information you have to have in your notes, and you can find the answer easily.

Professor Dimauro is the best ENC 1101 AND ENC 1102 teacher at this campus. You only have one major assignment, which is a research paper, which you do not have to do if you do not know how. I did not know how to do the paper so I got an alternative assignment which was super easy. YOU MUST TAKE HER!! EASY EASY A+.

7 weeks hybrid class. Follow the notes that she gives you for quizzes. One easy essay. discussion boards are super easy. No final exam. Extra credit. She is loving and caring person and gives full marks as long as you write. she gives good feedback. She is so sweet and encourage student to student interaction. Take her with blind eyes for easy A.

Such a nice and caring woman. We read one book throughout the semester and all our quizzes were based on them with open notes. Three essays, and if you didn't understand the material then she's easily approachable. We did a lot of grading each other's work, and it was my easiest class this semester by far. I loved her teaching style!

This was by far the best class I have ever taken. We read "The Crossing" by Samar Yazbek and used that all semester. Tuesday's are quiz days where you can bring notes to use. Thursday's are in-class writing days with a peer review afterward. Professor Dimauro is very understanding and wants you to succeed. Great class.

Professor Diaurmo was the easiest professor I ever had. The entire course was about Syria. There were three essays in total which were super easy. We read the book The Crossings and had quizzes on the book every Tuesday. On Thursdays we had in class writings.

This is one of the best English teachers I have ever had. If you read the book you pass, Its as simple as that. She picked good books on stuff you would love to read and dive into. Grate person would highly recommend.

I dropped an earlier English class because the teacher was miserable. This Prof made me love English. I learned to write, and the content of her lectures was fantastic. If you struggle with English, and you want someone who will make you love the class take this teacher. I took her for 1102 also

She is so nice and helpful and passionate about english participation matters there are reading quizzes every week but she provides the study guides so everything is literally an easy A. there is literally no way to receive a F

I highly recommend Dr. Dimauro for anyone willing to take English Composition I. She is very sweet and open to hear anyone's opinion about a topic. She does not give a lot of homework, but if you come to class, listen, and read, you will pass.

Take her class! She is such a fantastic & sweet professor. We learned about North Korea and read a book called In Order to Live by Yeonmi Park. The first class of every week you have a quiz. If you wrote notes she allows you to use them during the quiz (must be on paper not electronics). A couple of essays, group discussions, & in class writings.

I took her for my ENC-1101 class, she is the sweetest professor Ive ever had and all you have to do is show up, write your essays, prepare for the quiz and youll pass. Super easy, super soft spoken and sweet. 100% would take again.

I absolutely lover this professor, yes there is a lot of work but it is basically reading whatever book she is having you ready for that semester, and answering questions from the book which you can easily find, she gives you extra credit throughout the semester if need be. I honestly didn't need the seagull book.

Took her for ENC1101 and 1102. Amazing teacher. Both classes had a fair amount of reading material, but it's good content. She cares a lot about her students, and makes it easy to follow along and pass if you do your work. Can't recommend enough.

I had Mrs. Dimauro my first semester of college and she was by far my favorite professor. She was attentive and she explained concepts and assignments very well.

Our class was focused on the Middle East; we read an entire book regarding the devastating things that are occurring there. I am so glad I took her class because I learned things I would not have otherwise. There is no midterm or final, she gives A LOT of extra credit, and there are a lot of written assignments -- nothing too difficult though.

This class was amazing! she gave us a book to read it was an interesting read. She gave guided reading and two papers and she works towards the papers with outlines and bibliography etc.

I took this class online & we still had weekly zoom instruction - but if you miss she records it so that you can see what she went over. She tells you exactly what she expects. The entire class was reading responses to a book and a final paper. Just do the assignments and you'll pass. She's very sweet!

It's an English class, so expect to do a good amount of reading and writing as usual. Dr. Dimauro is a real sweetheart. She gives great lectures in class and will work with students to make sure they are prepared for their essays and other work. Several discussion posts that are easy.

I took both her ENC 1101 and ENC 1102 class because she is a really great teacher! All you have to do is do the work and she is helpful when it comes to questions about your essay. There are many big assignments toward the end to bring up your grade too. She's understanding when it comes to late work just email her.

Professor Dimauro is a very sweet person and will gladly help you. I took this course online but did visit her office for help when needed. You will be required to read a book (I found it interesting even though I dont like to read) and will also need a guide book that will help you when writing. I recommend taking ENC 1101 with professor Dimauro.

She's very caring, and willing to work with you to improve your writing. Beware she does not accept late work it will become a zero.
