Interesting Class

Prof. Gable is a great asset to the Legal Assisting program. This is my 1st semester in the program. She gave a great foundation to begin the program. What sets her apart from other instructors is her absolute dedication to her student's future in the legal field. She WANTS her students succeed and gives people the confidence they need to do so!

Professor Gable is extremely professional and very thorough. She shares real life examples that apply to the subject matter and is very knowledgeable. My favorite thing she did was had a job board every single week with available jobs in our field that we could apply for! Professor Gable is very invested in her students' success!

I don't necessarily know what you mean by hotness. If it has to do with her temper, she happens to be patient, calm and reasonable. If it has to do with her great support for her students to succeed in paralegal, she definitely deserves a "5".

Professor Gable is a very knowledgeable professor. She really cares about her students' educations and career goals. Professor Gable really cares about helping her students succeed. Late work is not allowed, however, she does give a generous amount of extra credit. I took LA 310 and LA 342 with Professor Gable, and enjoyed both classes, but if I had to choose, Evidence (LA 342) has been my favorite.

Everyone loves Gable. Why? Because Gable loves everyone. She's a little quirky, but she knows her stuff. She usually lets you go early. You actually learn, at least if you try. Its very obvious that Professor Gable truly cares about her students. All of her students are important to her and with a day job and teaching it would be very easy to not care but she does. Her lectures are interesting and to the point - her assignments prepare you for real world work which i love.

This class was her first synchronized online class (via Zoom conferencing) and I thought it was a lot better than just a regular online class. She is understanding and willing to work with you as long as you give the same effort. She has a lot of knowledge about the legal community and gives great advice. Her class is realistic and applicable.

She gives you an ample amount of examples/samples per writing assignments so you have a good idea of what she expects, textbook reads but she provides powerpoints for the readings and it is not excessive, and if you do have questions she responds in a reasonable time. So glad I decided to take her summer course!

Professor Gable was very understanding and fair with getting assignments in. I had a death in the family, and she was kind enough to allow me to do a quiz late. It seems that when some professors think we're all at home twiddling our thumbs, she understands that many of us have lives outside of class. I would 100% take her class again.

LA 314 was an amazing. Professor Gable motivated me to learn this subject because of her knowledge and enthusiasm of Contract Law. Her Zoom conferences were so helpful and educational. She covered everything that was in the text with Q n A, and she gave excellent, additional study material. She is caring. The Job leads she gave us were invaluable.

Overall as long as you show up, do the work and make an effort you can easily pass the course. The information she provides is good, easy to read and understand. I really enjoyed both of my courses with her.

While attendence was not madatory, participation is key to obtaining a passing grade. even though the classes were recorded, without participation there lacks peer to peer communication on the subjects so its best to attend and participate.

Summer course was super easy, lots of free credit. Work at your own pace, all assignments were due by end of semester. Do the assignments to the best of your ability and you will pass with flying colors. She understands this is your first law class and is super generous about it.

Really solid Professor for Civil Litigation. You have to already Like Law and be interested in becoming a Paralegal - if not the class is boring. But for someone like me who is excited to get into law, Prof. Gable is super informative and gives great *Real World* feedback which is extremely valuable in this field. Lecture heavy, but GOOD lectures.

I said average for difficulty because torts in general can be tricky to learn. But the way the professor has her class set up is pretty straight forward. As long as you stay on top of the reading and take good notes, you should be fine. Professor Gable is also very good at replying to messages.

Honestly of the 5 classes I'm taking, hers has been the most interesting and informative. She's not an overly harsh grader and you can tell she wants everyone to genuinely learn. Everything covered in the lectures is relevant to HW Assignments, she ties in real life occurrences to her lectures as well which help in understanding the materials.

She'll drop you if you haven't taken ARC-LA-300; regardless your experience, or your previous law school classes. They're compelled to redesign the work force with non-lawyer, para-legal, office workers, who perform like AI's with feet, so as to eDiscover and work without being directed.

I highly recommend Professor Gable! I found her class to be very engaging and taught me so much about torts! She also is passionate about letting her students know about job opportunities which I found extremely respectable and encouraging. I can't wait to take Prof Gable's classes next semester!

Professor Gable is actually one of a kind! (and I don't say that lightly). It's rare that I am shocked and she has actually accomplished the mission. What I find most fascinating is that she knows the material inside and out. You can tell she is not only an expert she is professional and effective. I would recommend her a thousand times.

This class was one of the best college courses I've taken. Professor Gable really cares about her students and wants them to succeed. There was a lot of writing, but that is to be expected in the legal field. I had fun and really felt like I was learning things. I also loved that she spends time every class going over potential job options.

Our modules are well organized. We have regular homework, but we have more than enough time to complete it. Professor Gable follows her syllabus and knows her stuff. We get a lot of practical advice from her, especially about getting our feet wet in the legal industry. I would like to see her teach more courses.

This professor is geared toward your success. I would take her over and over. She regularly lets you know what it takes to pass the class; reminders are frequent. No surprises. Real world information in every class.

My favorite class. Not only does she take the time to apply what we're learning to real life events, she gives endless job tips and dedicated time to showing us job boards. She wants her students to succeed, she spaces out the HW and quizzes and her lectures were always interesting.

Professor Gable is extremely knowledgeable and easily understood. She is straight forward and very understanding. As long as you stay on top of the deadlines for assignments and attend all of her lectures you will definitely do well. A++++++
