This professor is one of the best that I have ever had. She is so funny, and makes the large amounts of content easy to take in and learn. She is great with answering questions and helping students with anything they may need, and is also extremely knowledgeable in the subject. The class is tough, but work hard and you'll be fine. Her class is difficult, but she knows a lot about what she is talking about. There is a lot of group work as well so expect that. She also has a tough accent so make sure that if you dont understand something to ask her after class for clarity. Overall, you have to work for your grade.

With being a Business Management major, Dr. Oke explained concepts well and challenged us to think critically. She made students want to go to class; if you didn't, you felt lost. Her class is challenging, but that's what's needed to be an exceptional candidate in the business world - class may not have been easy, but it was worth it!

Dr. Oke is probably one of the best professors I've had at GCU. She is extremely knowledgeable about her topics and you will actually learn useful information in this class. Also, she's a tough grader and participation does matter. However, If you're just looking to pass and don't care about learning, take it with someone else.

Being in class simply isn't enough, you must participate it will effect your grade in a big way. but she is a great teacher i learned a lot. You'll have a lot of papers but she gives you an option to make them group papers all the time. If you miss class you will miss a lot but most of the time she posts the power points. BETTER STUDY!

Moronke Oke is a respected women in the classroom. You will notice this the first day of class and it does not wane throughout the semester. She knows the material. The class is split pretty evenly among participation, tests, and group work. The class isn't paper heavy and some of the test questions are absurd. That being said she's a great teacher

I love Dr. Oke! Obviously, if you're a slacker, then you'll hate her class. Oke knows her content well, and it shows through her teaching. If you really want to learn and be involved, I would definitely recommend her class. What's an easy class if you get nothing out of it? Her teaching is definitely a 10/10.

Oke is so misunderstood by students. She is an amazing and hilarious teacher. There is a lot of information that you have to learn in her classes so don't just rely on her lectures to help you pass the class. You have to put in the work outside of class in order to pass.

She is a very good professor and she keeps students accountable. If you do not read, it will be much harder to pass the class with a good grade. She will not give you an A if you do not earn it. She can seem very hard at first but once you get to know her she really cares about her students and wants you to actually learn.

Truly cares about her students & helping them succeed. Find a good group to work with early on & all work will be easy. Study questions at the end of the chapter in the book & you will ace every test!! Very fun/funny/knowledgeable teacher. Understanding when things come up if you talk to her in ADVANCE. Overall my all time favorite teacher!

Difficult class and she is a very hard grader. If your paper does not fit exactly what she is looking for, you will be marked down. That being said, she is very funny and kind. If you show that you are trying to work, she is understanding and will help you raise your grade. Makes you work for the grade, but worth it.

Oke has a reputation of being a hard teacher, but the class of MGT420 is just difficult in general. Oke is the lead management professor and knows the information forwards and backwards. If you go to class and interact, read the book, and study the chapter review the class is not bad!

Great teacher, really cares about teaching the information. Definitely need to read the book in order to pass. super hilarious and makes class fun for sure. Not much homework, but gives plenty of opportunities to get point with other assignments. Favorite class hands down!

You can definitely tell she cares for the students. Apparently she has a reputation as a hard teacher, but I didn't think the class was too hard. Reading the book definitely helps, and the book isn't a hard read. She gets off topic sometimes, but overall she was pretty funny and very knowledgeable about management

Professor Oke was by far an amazing professor. She definitely challenged all of us and made us work hard throughout the semester, but she genuinely cares about every student who takes her class. I would definitely recommend her because of her knowledge, teaching style, toughness, kindness, and love for teaching.

Professor Oke was by far the best professor that I have ever had. Her experience and knowledge help to create a learning atmosphere. She genuinely cares for her students and gives them many opportunities to succeed. This is one of the highest level college courses that one will take; so, reading the book is mandatory for a good grade.

Her class is overall a hard one but she gives great lectures and examples. There are 4 exams and they are hard but if you read the textbook and study the study guide she gives you than you'll do great! Besides this being a hard class she is a great teacher for it!

GREAT professor. At the beginning of the course she scared me a little bit, but she warms up and is actually really funny. She is a tough grader and almost everything is a group project, so make sure that you have a good group. She gets a bad wrap, but for this being one of the hardest MGT classes it is not that bad. P.S. tell her she is beautiful.

Professor Oke was a great professor to have. She made sure you understood the lectures and wouldn't move on until you did. However, she (and the IA) are TOUGH graders. They definitely make you work for it. Be prepared for many group projects and choose a good group to work with.

Oke cares about her students like her own children. She makes this difficult class way more interesting and always makes sure everyone understands a topic before moving forward. There are a few papers but always can work with a group, which lightens the work load! There are reports that she is a strict grader-but she really isnt. All around 10/10!

BEST PROFESSOR EVER!!! She is a savage and it makes for the funniest classes. Your participation matters, but she makes it easy and almost fun. If your class is open and engaged, I guarantee she will make your class 10x better. Don't need the textbook, don't need to take notes, just participate and get placed into a good CLC team.

Lots of group work and presenting. Dr. Oke is really funny but she moves quickly through the material. The class was really fun and entertaining. She gives points for participating not just showing up. It is really important you have a good group for projects because you work with them all semester. I would totally take her class again

She is a tooouuugh grader. Her TA grades a majority of her stuff, she'll look over it, but they are both hard graders. It is a LOOOTTT of group projects, a LOT of assignments. For reference, I am normally an A/B student, but I was holding a 63% for a few weeks lol. If it's a mandatory class, I would recommend taking it online bc attendence.

This was by far my favorite class, however, this class is notorious in CCOB for not giving out many A's, so just be aware that it is a tough class altogether. Oke does her best at informing the students and provides all the needed content to succeed on assignments. She has some serious jokes once you get past the sarcasm and toughness. 11/10 for me

This class is very group-work heavy, so if you can get in a good CLC then it will make your life so much easier. Yes, Prof Oke is tough but she is the sweetest professor I have had at GCU. She really cares about her students' success and loves her job. I highly recommend her. She also makes most of the solo assignments group assignments which is really sweet.

Professor Oke was hilarious, but be prepared, and read. I had her during the blended learning model. This class was the hardest class I've taken so far for my major. It was a lot of work that we had to turn in, and I recommend finding a good partner/ team to have during the class. She has a heart of gold and is a tough grader.

Great teacher! She does pay close attention to how much you participate during her lectures so make sure to talk. There are also many assignments due (with little leniency) so make sure you know what is due and when, and what the expectations are. Overall, she is super charismatic, funny, she genuinely cares, and teaches thoroughly. A gem for sure

This was a very tough class and she was a very hard grader, but the professor always made this class so enjoyable and interesting! She is so funny, well respected, and her lectures are so fascinating and teach you exactly what's on the quizzes exams. If you are willing to put in the work, I would definitely recommend taking this class.

Professor Oke is an AMAZING professor. She makes the class super fun and lectures are very interactive. Treats students like they are her children. Make sure that you are reading the textbook and doing the adaptive practice it helps. (If she has office hours those too) She gives all the resources to get a good grade make sure you use them.

One of the nicest and most respectful professors I have had in my 3 years of college. Interacts with the entire class, course material was understandable, and she asks for everyone's participation so no one falls behind in the class. She is a tough grader, however, she gives great developmental feedback. Don't expect an A though, unless you grind.

Dr Oke is easily one of the top professors at GCU. Although MGT-420 is difficult, Dr Oke does a good job taking the bore out of lectures by having the class engage in group discussions. She expects a lot of her students, and you must answer at least one question with an intelligent answer in class to get participation points. Get her as a professor

She engages with her students and usually, I find classes to be a drag to come to but I loved her class. It is very lecture-heavy but they are fun to listen to since she cracks some jokes. She truly gets to know her students and will take the time to help. Although, you do need to participate and answer questions which can be intimidating at first.

Heres the scoop, Oke is an amazing teacher, she is so knowledgable and engaging. I actually have so much fun just listening to her lecture. She's organized a strict but also so caring and funny if you show her respect. I hate classes where you have to grind for an A but I learned so much and class went by quickly.

If you are in a bad CLC group, she will encourage you to move. She also makes tons of hilarious jokes during lectures, making class more enjoyable. I highly recommend her as a professor.

Dr. Oke is very knowledgeable. Class was veeerryyyy lecture-heavy, and it is expected that you read the textbook before going to class. Grading is kind of wonky, but DO NOT go over the word count on papers.

She is a great teacher and treats her students like her own kids . I will say that she is a tough grader but if you stay consistent and do your work you will be fine . The midterm and final exam are both tough so make sure you study for them . Get her as a professor !

Oke is such a nice woman and very helpful and knowledgeable however she is a tough grader. she is not like most teachers at GCU that just make sure you meet the word count and answer the prompts. she is hilarious and engaging and a good lecturer I recommend taking her you will be a better student because of it, and prepared for the real world

Prof. Oke is awesome. A little intimidating but you come to learn that she really cares for her students. If you care, she will care. If not, you are not in for a fun time. Show up to class and participate in the lectures and you will come to love her just as I and many others have. Group projects are not fun but she grades easily for them.

Dr. Oke is a very nice professor and will work with you if you attend every class, but unfortunately, she can be hard to understand what she is looking for in papers. Her grading can be very subjective. Try to get a different professor if you can, her class might tank your GPA if you do.

Dr. Oke was a great professor. My dad took her 10 years ago and recommended her but was right about two things. She would be inspirational but also difficult and expect excellence from her students. This class was large and had two professors teaching the same time.Make sure you show up as attendance/participation accounts for a big part of grade.
