he is a great professor very helpful. Had him for Statics and Thermodynamics. He makes students participate a lot in the class and gives a lot of hints for the exams. He is a very knowledgeable prof and is must have if you have any of these courses with him.

One of the best professors at this school, wants to know you, want you to learn. Show up to class, don't show up to class, you'll still get a good mark, but you'll probably want to go.

Attend the lectures and participate in the examples he goes through and you'll have a great time. Instead of rushing through material to keep up with the other sections, he took his time and ensured we knew the content before moving on. He made me want to and enjoy attending lectures for a course I didn't think I would enjoy at all.

Murat has been an excellent professor. The class was well organized, and all the lectures had a balanced amount of content. The marking was also consistent, and the practice problems were reflected in the assignments, quizzes and midterms. I took this course over the summer, and it was great to have Murat as the professor. He knows hot to effectively teach this class and allows for group problem solving. He engages Avery one so be ready to be called on during the lecture. Midterm is easy if you do practice problems, also go to workshops they help!

Great prof. Classes are enjoyable. Marking is very strict though. Ex: one decimal out of place and 10% taken off my midterm. Content is easy to grasp if you go to lectures and do the hw.

His online quizzes are a little challenging and sometimes the wording is a little unclear, but that's my only complaint. Great prof!

Murat is one of if not the best professors at the university. The only negative of this course is that 85% of your grade is on midterms and exams. Not great for people that are bad at tests

Attend lectures, The course content might seem to be easy but can catch up quickly, the easiest way to get through the course is by attending lectures and participating in class discussions. The way he teaches is easy to follow; he's a hilarious and caring person. This is the only class that I have ever taken that made me always want to show up to the class.

In terms of teaching, he genuinely cares about his students and makes the class interactive and engaging. I'm not a fan of the quiz format, as each quiz being worth 5% of the final grade feels excessive. The rest of the evaluations are fair, but I wish there were assignment-based options, as test anxiety can be challenging for some students.
