Worst teacher I ever had!! very unorganized, had to hound him on order to get any grades back from him . Rude and does not help his students. Be prepared to work on your own.

Not very helpful and understanding.

All I can say is learn how to speak english. Very hard to understand. Whoever hires these professors that can not speak well is off their rocker.

this class sucked. i took it online b/c i heard he was hard to understand, well that was even worse. i had more work to do for this online class than all my other classes combined. worst teacher ever. never take, should be fired

I thought about take this class online, but I heard that it was so much work. Decided to take the regular class. BIG MISTAKE! I would have been better off taking the online class. the only difference between this class & the online one is that you have to go to his lectures. All work is done online.

Very deep accent. Lectured straight from the book, even using the power point slides from the books website. Every week you had to read the chapter, take the books online quiz and email it to him before he even taught the chapter. Midterm and Final was extremely long and difficult.

Take at your own risk. Bad , I have never had a professor so bad. I think he hates teaching. Very bad accent. Avoid at all cost. Please

He is the worst professor Ive ever had. Totally unorganized, picks favorites, extremly slow with getting grades back, very arrogant, strong accent so hes hard to understand, grades hard, never responds to emials or students questions and belittles students. I recommend not taking him.

By far the worst teacher i have ever had in my 3 years of college! Take him only if you want to fail.

This is my first review ever.Thats how bad this guy is. He is the worst professor I have ever had .He doesn't help his students at all, just gives sarcastic responses and treats people like they are incompetent. Such a hostile environment makes you not want to respond or do any of the HW bc you get bashed if its wrong. Terrible at what he does.

Not the most clear professor, definitely the worst accounting professor at the school. Talks down and demeans students. However getting a B is relatively simple if you do the work.

This guy has no clue how to teach the class. He belittles students, and tells you you're wrong even if you get the answer right. Puts everyone on the spot as well. On top of that he doesn't teach you anything. Easily the worst professor I've ever had...Don't take!!!

terrible teacher. i got an A only because i worked my ass off. can't understand him during class. class is long and boring. homework is easy. tests are horrible. if you ask him a question he will just dance around it and never help you.

WORST PROFESSOR EVER! Does not help students and makes them feel stupid when they answer a question. Doesn't teach well or provide any examples to help understand material. Basically have to teach yourself when doing homework. Not sure how he even has a job as a professor. DO NOT TAKE!

He is the worst to take ever in history.. i do not know why he even teaches he doesnt know what he is talking about half the time. He is extremely RUDE! Just please do not take him. i was fortunate enough to drop his class because i had the time too. DO NOT TAKE THIS LOSER!

Took this course online because I always do great with those. This prof is the WORST! Does NOT get back to you, does NOT answer e-mails/questions, midterm & final are IMPOSSIBLE to do good on. He belittles students & makes them feel worthless. Don't give this guy the pleasure of taking your money, take someone else TRUST ME! Cant say I didnt warn u

This is the worst teacher in history. Doesn't teach you anything and rips students apart. Took him in the summer and skipped half his classes b/c he was awful. Ended up getting a B when Nyaboga (very good) took over. Bottem line, don't even bother with this guy.

I learned nothing in this class and got a B+. This class was useless but hes the only one who teaches Cost Accounting so you have to take him. Good Luck!!

Did not learn a thing. Does not teach or answer questions. Go to class, do all hw and quizzes, pe and paper and you will pass. Only 1 teaching cost..no choice but to take him. big time curve

I wish I could say you can avoid him but you cannot as he is the only professor teaching this course. There is little to no point in attending the lectures since he doesn't cover half of what is on his powerpoints to a full extent. All you need to do is study every chapter to the point where you cannot forget a thing and you will do fine.

Huge waste of time. Doesn't make any sense and his lectures reflect nothing of the tests/quizzes. Don't bother.

He's the worst teacher I've ever had. You can barely understand him. He sits there an tells the class how its all your fault if you don't know the material. All of the work is online and he has absolutely no grasp of it, He is extremely unsympathetic as well. He gives way too much homework and doesn't go over it.

does anyone know a good tutor that can actually go over this class for me? its hard when he spends 90% of the class time talking about how he expects us to do poorly and how its our fault if we do bad. no one is ever allowed to ask questions because he 1. doesn't answer and 2. makes fun of you. over all worst prof. ive ever had.

You can not really understand when he talks. He has an accent and likes to talk quickly. When you ask questions, he doesn't answer them and expects you to know it. Was not helpful to the students that were extremely confused. I would not take again. He gave a quiz every week, a midterm, a final, two term papers, and online homework.

He messed up our midterm big time and instead of taking responsibility, he scheduled another one with only 5 classes left with a test every week, 2 papers, and a final still due. 99% of the students take him because they register late, I would still say not to take him even if he's the only section left. he will make you hate your major and life.

This professor is the worst professor I have ever had. I am warning you DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS. I've never met somebody with such little patience and harshness. IF you ask a question he will berate you as if its the dumbest thing he has heard in his life. Not to mentions the quizes and exams. He constantly creates an answer key that is incorrect.

He gave us a 86 question review packet for the final and only 3 similar questions were on it. Not worth the stress, do not take him. I'm so happy I'm done with him forever.

During the semester he gave out quizzes every week, one midterm, and one final. He does not answer questions without belittling the student, His "review sheets" are worthless because the tests are never similar, He reads off of a powerpoint that he didnt make, His class is death by powerpoint, and hes hard to understand. Avoid him at all costs.

This class was such a big disappointment. He reads off power points teaching you nothing, belittles students, and gives study guides that are not like the exam. I haven't come across this style of teaching at WPU. It was a waste of my time and money.

Online Midterm and Final. Homework is online. He made the course easier from recent years.

He belittles students beyond belief. When he teaches, he interrupts you while you are trying to answer and says you are wrong. Will say "blah blah blah" while he is teaching. Only take him if you are in desperate need of a professor. Quizzes in class and take home are an upside. Homework and exams are online.

This professor doesn't even try to teach. He reads off of the slides (I say "read" but i mean mumble), asks questions that no one knows the answer to and get visibly upset when you don't know it. There is online homework due every week and they're tedious. I would not recommend him at all, unless you're prepared to teach yourself.

Listen Do yourself a favor and save your GPA it doesn't matter if u know account or if you don't you will learn nothing and then when you try to ask any question he goes around the bush SAVE YOUR GPA You're better off learning accounts from a YouTube

This is the worst professor at WPU. Know nothing about accounting and does not show any passion. He just reads content without providing any explanations and how topics are related. Ignores students requests when they need something repeated. Very unorganized with homework and will not read your emails. STAY FAR AWAY FROM DR. MWAURA

Thr professor is very unorganized. He is also very disrespectful because accounting is a new subject to a lot of students. Cannot explain concepts appropriately and ignores you when something needs to be explained in more detail. The class is a waste of time and money. Worst communication and is often vague. NEVER TAKE THIS PROFESSOR.

Dr. Mwauras Class will put your GPA in jeopardy. The assignments are arduous and nothing is explained in class. He likes to give bad grades and watch students fail. He does not set clear guidelines and makes a lot of mistakes. He is not fastidious and should not teach. His attitude is uncouth towards his students and will not listen.

i rather listen to country music then listen to his lectures.

This is BY FAR the WORST professor in the Accounting Department, and likely at the school. For my class NOTHING was online besides the homework. The only people that did well is because they cheated, so if you have any integrity whatsoever you'll do terrible. I am a consistent deans list student and did everything I could but still got a bad grade.

He quizzes every week. He is horrible he doesn't explain anything clearly and is very sarcastic. Worst class of my college career anyone who says he's a good professor wants to see you fail in life.

Dr. Mwaura is a cataclysmic professor because he cannot teach. He hoes not know how to communicate with students and assignments are ambiguous. He does not exemplify any traits of a teacher/professor. Responds to students in a condescending manner. He rushes through topics and refuses to meet students' needs. The class is an impediment to your GPA.
