Professor Bassel came halfway through our semester to take place of a former professor. I have to say, I am SO glad that he came to teach us. Not only was he crystal clear when he was lecturing us, but he also made very helpful jokes that made us remember information. All in all, if anyone needs to take another business class, choose him!

Professor Bassell took over the 2nd half of my Intro to Managment class after Dr. B got sick, and he was amazing. He shows interest in the subject and really just wants his students to do well.

Professor was amazing, i originally had Bhattacharya but he was in an accident halfway through the semester but Bassell volunteered to teach teh class. He is smart, funny, entertaining, very detailed, and also he tkes the time to make sure everyone understands the lesson.

I was wasn't sure online course was the best choice for me. But to my surprise the Professor always keep in touch with the students, he constantly sent emails reminding us of our projects and assignments and he always encourage students to email or text him if we had any questions. Overall this course was good and the instructor was excellent.

Although 90% of this course is online, I learnt a lot from Professor Bassell. All kinds of materials are available for us to teach ourselves posted by him, such as PPT, Youtube lecture made by himself and homework. If you fully commit yourself to it, you will learn. Best coach evaaaaa!!!! This class was my first graduate course and I could not have been happier with my first experience. Professor Bassell is only interested in the success of his students. Took him for Hybrid BUSN 3200. Attandance is taken but classes are boring, he just goes over whatever chapters, but nothing challenging. Homework is given every week but not too bad. Take his class if you can, it'll probably be the most easiest/fun/helpful professor for this course.

There is homework due every week. He allows you to basically copy your answer from the book. Participation does matter because no matter the size of the class he WILL KNOW YOUR NAME. Lectures are long but he brings snacks. Only had two test. Allowed us to make up homework. You can contact him at anytime with any problem. GREAT TEACHER!

Took Coach Bassell for Busn 7279X Business Research, he makes class environment very interesting, knowledgeable and to the point that you want to participate. BEST PROFESSOR EVER!!! Coach is the real MVP of BC. Class was a hybrid which met in person once a month. Workload reduced and tests given online. Older version of textbook to save money. If you take another professor over Bassell then you need to go get your head checked out at the neurologist.

Coach Bassel is a great professor. Smart and funny. He grades by your homeworks and exams. Participation is necessary. Easy grader, almost everybody gets an A. Just be in point!

Class was 65% Final and 35% HW. HW takes a bit of time, but he is a lenient grader as long as the effort is there. Test was changed to be online last minute. Was not the easiest test, but helped being online. Probably the most responsive professor. Gives his cell and usually responds right away to any questions you may have. Will take again.

Grade consisted of 4 hw assignments (one of which was a huge case study) worth 30%, a midterm worth 15%, and the final worth 55%. Tests were about 3 weeks apart and in class, but it was nice taking the final early. He is a bit eccentric, but he really cares about you as a student and your success.

EASY A, with the least effort! Grade is comprised of Exam 1 (55%), Exam 2 (15%), and homework (30%). Just show up to take the exams, do all the homework assigned, and you will pass.

Ive taken 4 classes with Coach B since Fall 2017, enrolled for 2 more this Spring 2018. This should definitely say something! Professor Bassell is not only fair and easily accessible outside of class, he genuinely cares about his students! This SPSS project was an excellent learn by doing assgmt! A bit difficult but learned so much along the way!

I have put off grad school for many years now and if it was not for Prof Bassell, I do not think I would have ever returned. The Prof. notified us about the textbook two months earlier the Summer semester due to the difficult material of the class. He also provided very useful summary modules on Blackboard that you MUST learn! You'll get plenty of HW, clear grading criteria, and a well-structured class. If you study, the final is doable and an "A" is definitely possible.
