What can be said about Ms. V except SHE IS GREAT! I took her online Human Nutrition class, honestly just because it was requried, but ending up learning A LOT! There is work in here - don't expect to do nothing! But it doesn't come any easier than what she gives! SUPER HELPFUL!

Took her over the summer. I am still using everything I learned in that class. Started out dull...got better as it went along. Ended up really great class. Mrs. V is tough, but I learned a lot of usefull stuff. We ate a lot too during food presentations.

I find Mrs V to be very interesting. Not sure what the other poster meant about reading her powerpoints. Never seen her do that. I took her for PET2084 last semester and HUN1201 this semester. Probably one of the best teaches at DSC. I do admit, she hates it when people come in late. But, it is disruptive.

Found Mrs V very easy to work with. I took her online and found that she always responded VERY quickly to questions or concerns. One of the best professors I had yet. She does a well perform job overall when teaching the class. You can earn allot of points if you attend class everyday as well as presentation. The book is very helpful when it comes to taking the test. You will defiantly need it. Her lecture and notes are also on the test; be sure to print it out.

Yeah, there are a lot of assignments, but they are all really easy. I mean, really easy. And, they are very interesting. I learned a lot, even though I wasn't expecting to. Got more than I bargained for. And, Mrs V is funny and isn't afraid to talk about the body in a way you WILL understand.

Super easy class. It can actually be done in 3 weeks. A lot of busy work, but super easy and a guaranteed A if you do the work, hand it in on time and participate in discussions. So glad I took this class online verses in the class room.

I was not very good with computers, but took Mrs V in an online class. She really worked with me and was very patient with me. I ended up with an "A" in the class and a new knowledge of computers. She was very encouraging assuring me I could do it. She was very quick to answer my emails when I was begging for help. Good class and good Prof.

Very nice woman, she is knowledgeable in the field of nutrition and very passionate about it. The course is not a difficult one, which goes for the assignments as well, they are not hard, you just need to be sure to turn them in on time. The only thing she gets upset about is students showing up late for class, almost worth not showing up instead.

She is AMAZING! She makes class so much fun (it's discussion style), her assignments are super easy, she helps you with everything you need, she's very fair and very nice, very funny and her tests are online. You have 3 tests but she drops your lowest test grade. Plenty of extra credit opportunity. I HIGHLY recommend Vergani.

I am currently taking this class online, and have an A! Prof Vergani, has an excellent semester schedule for you to print and follow. You can even work ahead! I think I have the final and extra credit to do (if wanted) to finish the semester, and we still have 6 weeks or so to go! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! WISH I COULD TAKE HER FOR ALL OF MY SCIENCES!

This class I have to say was the easiest by far. All you have to do is do the work everything is open to you. The work itself may take some effort but, overall she is an excellent professor. Professor Vergani is an amazing instructor and even better dietitian. Really knows her field of practice and is very communicative, even in an online environment. If you ask a question, she responds almost instantly (or the next morning). Easy assignments, though some are a little time consuming but not hard at all.

Literally the easiest online course you can take. You will have to do an assignment or two a week which can be lengthy but they're very straight forward and easy. Other then that you will have two tests (midterm and final) and a couple simple discussions. Mrs. Vergani was always timely in her responses and wasn't to harsh of a grader!

I do not agree with people who say this class is an easy A at all. She is a great professor but the class its self is very challenging and time consuming.

Took this class online. She was a great instructor, very quick at getting back to you. Responds on everything. 3 tests, and a discussion board to post on every week just to show your participating, a few easy assignment. I would recommend her for anyone to take! I hope to have her again.

Prof. Vergani was extremely helpful and clear with assignments and lectures. I would take again. If you were to fail a test, you could still pass the class with a great grade if extra credit is done. There are plenty of chances for extra credit. She shows no bias and is an excellent professor.

Great teacher! She was really willing to look over the final draft of one of my papers about a meal plan. She gave lots of feedback on what I could do to make this an A assignment.

We only had two tests during this course, and only a small amount of homework.

Great professor overall ,she gives good feedback and cares about students progress in her class. We only had 2 test Mid term and a Final which was 50 questions each test. This class is easy. All assignments were open to go at your pace.I finished everything & was done with the class a month and a half before class ended. The homework took the longest but there is no way for you to fail this class as long as you get the work done. Since this was at your own pace I signed up for 2 week trial & did not purchase book

Porfessor Vergani is truly amazing. She is super chill and will help you. The HW and quizzes are easy, theres 2 projects and they are not that difficult. The final exam is also very easy. She lets you look over the book while you are doing the quizzes and final.

Mrs. Vergani is such a good professor. She cares about what she does, and she cares about her students. The course itself is easy, but the assignments can be tricky. If you reach out for help, she will help you with whatever you need. Honestly loved her class; it was super interesting.

Professor Vergani is a great professor and her course is well designed. The only thing that I did not enjoy in her class were the long assignments at the end of each unit. They were annoying and did not always make sense either. She uses outside resources to conduct these unit projects and they mostly are things that you never learned about.
