Dr. Inan is a very kind man. He's one of those teachers that if you let him know what's going on in your life, he will take that into account and assist you in any way possible. Would definitely recommend. Weekly homework and quizzes, two midterms, and the final. Grade you receive on the final will replace your lowest grade.

Dr. Inan was very friendly and gave really interesting lectures.. There is a TON of hw that is very hard in my opinion so you really have to work for your grade. He gives a lot of extra credit if you participate in class discussions. He gives plenty of opportunities to bump grades, but you have to work pretty hard for it.

I recommend Dr. Inan to everyone. He makes his grading criteria and the class's position in the lectures very clear, and is willing to answer questions regarding the weekly homework even after lectures. His practice exams prepare you well for both midterms and the final exam, and his physics puns are off the Hooke. 10/10, a great human.

Dr. Inan is one of the best physics professor I have ever met! his class is so much fun and he is a great human being! would do anything to help you get the grade you want, and for the first time ever, I understand and enjoy physics! ( side note: his first name literally translates to "one of a kind" in Arabic )

I took Dr. Inan for two semesters of physics. Whilst I wasn't too big of a fan of the subject, he made learning the material fun. You can tell he loves physics and teaching. He will easily answer any questions you have, makes funny jokes about physics and does give you quite a bit of opportunities for extra credit. Tests were hard, but manageable.

He is a great guy. If you want a good grade then take this class. The class is organized perfectly and I like the way he does his exams, and homework is fine too. The only complaint I would have is that the lectures are just too much of a drag and need to involve the student more.

This was the hardest, most rewarding class I've had thus far. I struggled at first but once I reached out to Dr. Inan, I was able to improve my grade. I had Dr. Inan for the Fall 2021 semester for Physics 2A, which was fully online. He is a very kind and smart teacher who cares about the success of his students, and he is easy to reach by email or office hours. While his class is challenging, he provides all the help and material needed to be successful on exams and labs, and offers extra credit!

Professor Inan is a phenomenal teacher. If you are able to put in some effort you can get an A in the class. Just keep up with the weekly HW, which take a while, and the exams are easy because his practice exam is almost exactly like the real one. He even lets go to office hours for exam corrections to reclaim points for making minor mistakes.

Very difficult, but plenty of extra credit. It's very easy to achieve over 100% on the homework and labs, but the tests are very hard, especially if you don't have time to study hard.

Difficult subject! Know your algebra! It is not hard to do well, but be prepared to work hard. Go to office hours and the tutor center, often. Its ok to ask for the "Physics for Dummies" explanation's. This helps with heavier concepts. Do not wait to take 2B after 2A. lastly, ASK QUESTIONS! Nader wants you to succeed! Learning requires inquiery.

Dr. Inan is an excellent teacher. The course material is difficult, but he does a good job of explaining is. He is very accessible for help and offers extra credit, which is very helpful. This class is very difficult, but he is super helpful if you go to his office hours & ask questions. The best thing to do if you're having trouble with the homework or quizzes is to visit him in his office hours & he'll gladly help you with the questions. There are opportunities to regain lost credit on the exams if you go over your tests with him.

Dr. Inan is passionate in what he teaches and explains everything thoroughly. I took a hybrid course with him, in which only labs were in person once a week, and lectures were 100% online. A lot of extra credit opportunities are given, and as long as you do all your work you should pass with at least a B, but be prepared for lots of homework.

This is an extremely hard class but he gives a lot of extra credit and chances so this class is passable. If you just talk to him he is very understanding about work and would show you what possibly went wrong. It's a tough class, but using extra credit and OH will help you get through. When in doubt, ask him questions. He does want you to succeed and knows his stuff, plus he can usually explain things in a very concise manner. I would take another class from him if I needed to.

The class is pretty hard and homework heavy but Dr Inan is a very sweet and patient and understanding man. as long as you ask for help when you need it and put the time in for the homework you'll do great.

I took the summer course Phys2B online with Professor Inan. He was a great professor, I would retake the class again. I am not great at physics but I passed the class. This professor was so flexible and helpful, he was able to open up past homework assignments and quizzes so that I could redo them for a better grade. One tip, Communication is key!

Physics is naturally hard, but Professor Inan made it less daunting. He is really open to helping out students and I would not have gotten my A without him being willing to meet with me. Just make sure you have open communication with him and always take the time to go over exams!

The labs are long but are easy and he explains every step. The lectures are online and they do get confusing but you can always go in to get help. The exams are the same as the practice exams except that most of it is opposite of what you practiced, and he will help you during the exam as well. There is a lot of hw but you can ask for extensions.

Dr. Inan's course is a wonderful privilege you have! Easy-going, so kind, inspiring, funny, & your friend. Accessible & wants to help every student's individual needs. Physics is abstract & heavily math-focused, but possible. The key is learning the equations! 5-q HW(w/ a-f subparts)&5-q quiz due Sun. Exam prep is key, so drill the solutions down.

I struggled with this class, but Dr. Inan was extremely kind and went out of his way to help me pass. Homework is time consuming, but use the practice another, show solution feature. Dr. Inan was such an amazing professor! About four weeks into the course, I was contemplating getting my first C in school ever. But with Dr. Inan's encouragement and constant willingness to spend time helping me work through homework and test problems, I passed the class with an A! Dr. Inan is an excellent physics professor who simplifies the subject for easy understanding. He is also caring and provides helpful practice exams to prepare for the main exams. There are four exams, each focusing on the most recent chapters, including the final exam. His inspirational teaching style makes me want to take his class again.

The grade is test heavy but that being said, he prepares you for the test and gives you plenty of opportunities to ask questions on how to prepare. I always felt very comfortable asking questions. He never makes you feel stupid. We always knew exactly what the test was going to be on so we could prepare properly. The lectures are helpful!

I'm no physics major but I would take another course with him for fun! He genuinely cares about his students and wants them to succeed. If you attend class, ask questions he will help you out. I went into this class doubting my ability to tackle physics with ease, especially considering my level of "senioritis." From day one, however, he introduced himself with a level of energy and clarity that is quite rare and maintained it throughout the rest of the semester. He is extremely malleable to student's concerns, needs, and is so patient!

Professor Inan is the only Physics teacher that you want. Hw and quizzes are online, write down your solutions to turn in for extra credit. Tests are based off of practice tests, be careful when reading questions. Lab reports due the night before tests. Test reviews can be done with professor for some credit back.

Took this class at Fresno State during the winter session, the material is difficult but he makes it easy to understand and is very relatable. He really cares about his students and is open to any questions you may have.

The class is easy if you do the work. Homework is given weekly- 15 homework questions and 5 quiz questions. Takes between 20-50 minutes to finish it all (unless you get stuck). Exams every 3-4 weeks. Do the practice exam and study it- 5% extra credit applied to your exam score of 30 questions. Group labs Very flexible, gives extensions.

Dr. Inan is easily accessible outside of classes and does a great job helping students to understand difficult topics. If you bring questions to him he explains them thoroughly without judgement. All of the lectures are posted on day 1 of the class and due dates are flexible which allows you to go through at your own rate. Wonderful professor.

Dr. Inan is an outright fantastic professor. The course itself is challenging but Professor Inan has very detailed lectures with slides and notes for you to read and review at any point in the semester. Lastly, Inan goes the extra mile to ensure everyone can achieve an A in the course.

Very good at making difficult concepts easy to understand even if your background in physics is weak. He is also extremely flexible and laid back on homework. Failing his class is harder than passing if you attend and engage in the material even if your arent a math or physics person.

What is there not to like about Dr. Inan? He's jacked, handsome, and excellent at teaching physics. The due dates for assignments are extremely flexible (you can go at your own pace until he has to submit grades). Yes, the material covered in this course is difficult, but Dr. Inan makes it much for manageable. There is a lot of extra credit too!

Dr. Inan is an incredible professor. I was struggling in the beginning for sure, the homework can be pretty arduous and time-consuming. Each time I had an issue though, Dr. Inan was available whenever I needed help or clarification, and was always willing to break things down. Pretty homework heavy + difficult exams but if you get 95% on hw/labs/quizzes you can pass even with a 52% exam average (doable with all of the extra credit opportunities). I was behind several weeks of work but he was very understanding and allowed extensions even late into the semester. He's lenient but don't slack off, physics is still hard.

Professor Inan gives you the opportunity to do the best you can in the class through extra credit and feedback! He takes the time to go over each of your tests with you and allows you to explain your thought process for answering the questions. Fantastic guy and very helpful in office hours or in lecture. However taking it in person, he spent lecture time going over practice exam problems instead of lecturing on the content. The practice is almost the same to the exam, so if you can get the content down, you'll do fine in this class, but be prepared to read his lecture slides on your own.

Doesn't really do "lectures" so much as he takes each lecture period to go over practice exam questions. If you prefer standard lecture/doing derivations, you're stuck with Abbott. Very forgiving on late work and lots of extra credit opportunities. On every exam partial credit can be gotten if you show your work on scratch paper.

Physics is not my strong suit at all, but Dr. Inan is great at explaining concepts in an easy to understand manner. If it wasn't for him, I'm not so sure I would have done as well as I did. The professor is kind and fair.

Professor Inan is one of the inspirational teachers who always encourages us to do our best and stay on top of our work. He is available even outside the class to address any concerns and questions about the concepts. He always responds to emails quickly and provide a solution. I would definitely recommend taking PHYS with Professor Inan.

This professor gives you ample opportunity to pass the course. He gives extensions for all HW assignments and quizzes, extra credit for submitting work, and practice exams that mirror what each exam might have. You can receive some credit if you go to his office hrs to discuss what problems you got wrong on the exams. Very approachable professor!

Dr. Inan is a great professor. Physics can be hard at times, but it will be tough no matter which Professor you take. Dr. Inan also gives practice exams that are very similar to actual exams, making preparing for tests much easier. I would recommend Dr. Inan for anyone looking to enroll in Physics at Clovis Community.

Although physics is a tough subject, Inan does a fantastic job of explaining the content. Tests are not curved, but you can regain a good amount of points by reviewing the test in office hours. Homework is hard and quite lengthy, but the late policy is generous and you can get extra credit by submitting your work. Overall, an excellent teacher.

Dr. Inan is one of the best professors I've ever had. He always goes above and beyond to help students as much as he can. His exam corrections are a SAVING GRACE. Totally recommend taking him! We need more professors like Dr. Inan! He's amazing.

Professor Inan wants to see his students succeed! As long as you put adequate effort into understanding material, doing homework assignments and quizzes, studying the practice exam! (That's critical), you will without a doubt pass the class because professor Inan provides more than enough opportunities to boost your overall grade with extra credit.

Physics 2B is tough, but Dr. Inan is an excellent, supportive instructor. He offers extra credit, practice exams, and is always available to help. Expect Cengage homework, in-person labs, and exams. He's a true pedagog, not just an amazing scientist. I highly recommend his class. Stay engaged—you got this!

He does a great job of explaining the content in his recored lectures. The tests are really similar to the practice tests, which he posts with the solutions worked out. You can also get partial credit on missed tests questions by reviewing your work. The homework's and quizzes are hard, but you can get extra credit for submitting your written work.

He is very kind and caring, and he makes the course much easier to understand. There aren't many assignments other than a weekly homework and quiz on the current chapter, and the lab assignments are usually completed during the lab. He also provides practice exams similar to the actual exams, and there are plenty of extra credit opportunities.

He was very helpful especially when doing test corrections. SHOW WORK even if you don't know how to do it all on the exam because he gives you points back if you go to his office hours. Very understanding professor. Lots of extra credit.

I was mainly focused on other classes but Professor Nader made it easy studying the material. Exams are very similar to practice exams. If you do the work, extra credit, and do exam corrections you will pass. Online videos are a bit outdated but you will understand it as you go.

Professor Inan is very knowledgable in what he teaches and willing to spend time with you to help you understand if needed. As a person going into physics after being out of math and science for 5 years (I came back as a prerequisite for a Masters Program) he made passing this class and actually learning the information definitely attainable.

This professor is so caring it's actually unreal. He made time to meet with me outside of class and his normal office hours to answer my questions and review my past exams for extra credit. He is willing to go over potential exam questions with you and answer week 4 questions even on week 13, no judgement. He really wants you to pass; TAKE HIM!!!

Tests were hard and not really related to the homework, but he gives you lots of opportunities to earn points back as long as you are proactive and reach out to him!

Dr. Inan has a great style of teaching, for a tough subject. I would highly recommend Dr.Inan for anyone getting into any part of physics

Good lecturer, but the homework was very challenging. He is fair and very helpful in his office hours Zoom sessions.

Hw and quizzes can save your grade if you fail an exam (I failed one). There is extra credit available (do it even if you dont need it). He is accessible multiple times a week and is very understanding. If there is anything he can do to help he will try to provide it for you, but you need to ask him and be direct. I highly recommend this professor.

He is the best teacher ive taken for this course

TAKE HIM! He will change your entire outlook on physics. He clearly explains the science well without cutting any corners. A brilliant physicist, but most importantly, a phenomenal teacher. Do the extra credit, practice exams, & ask for help. You'll do well, have fun, and actually learn a ton. He genuinely cares about your success!

Dr. Inan is a great professor! He really wants his students to do well. Offers a lot of extra credit. Attend all labs and get the work done and you will do good. Definitely need to study for the exams, but he does give practice exams which I found to be very helpful!

Struggled for the first half of the semester, but Dr. Inan gave me hope and I was able to pass the class. Lots of easy extra credit opportunities and allows you to look back through any past exam to gain partial credit back. He's very nice and friendly and is passionate about his work. I would def recommend taking his class!

I had this professor for a physics lab, and while labs were challenging at times, he provided opportunities for extra credit/points back, encouraged group work, and was always available for questions or office hours. If you communicate ahead of time, he is also very understanding if you have to miss class. Overall, a good professor and very kind!

Physics 2A and 2B are challenging, but Professor Inan makes the material much easier to understand. He explains concepts clearly, is very approachable, and genuinely wants students to succeed. He offers extra credit and allows exam rechecks, which really helps with learning and improvement. Highly recommend!
