She is extremely help full to the students and open to the students and she gives good grades ,She is very easy on students .I will recommend this Professor for Bio 120 ( Medical Terminology ) class.

Dr. Khan was a fantastic professor. She was extremely helpful, she was consistant in her manner of teaching which was great and had a fantastic energy and attitude about her during class. I would highly recommend her to anyone, any time. My only regret is that I will not be taking another one her classes this coming semester.

Prof. Khan is by far the best Biology teacher I've had (bar-none). She keeps the class interested and alert by her upbeat attitude and love for teaching. She also motivates her students to do well. I was learning towards a D for the class. After studying the pop quizzes, past exams, and flashcards, I managed a B for my final grade.

Dr. Khan really tries to help the students learn, through active participation. She really goes out of her way thoroughly explain the material, and offers extra material that is helpful to know. She is one of the best teachers I have had a Truman. I would take a class with her again in a heartbeat.

I recommend dr./professor khan to individuals interested in taking a medical terminology course in TR. She is well organized, helpful in class. There are a lot of extra credit opportunities as well. However, it isn't an easy A class so you have to do your part: do your homework and show up on time, and everything else will follow. :)

Nadia khan is a good teacher! its very easy to pass her class if you do the homework and come to class! She provides very helpful study guides. Much of the test is pulled directly from those questions. There is a lot of homework. At first I found it time consuming, but as the class progressed it was more manageable. It includes book reviews plus worksheet packet. I did find it helpful for improving my recall of the terms though.

This class is as easy as it gets. The teacher makes it simple for you. She makes printouts of the slides, collects questions from those slides and memorizing the words is pretty easy. I passed her class only failing one chapter test & passing very well on her midterm and final exam. Just memorize and you'll be good! I'd take her class again if able

Nadia Khan is one of Harry S. Truman College best Biology professor and this is one of the teacher I would recommend her to any student that need a solid education. She is straight forward and to the point and for all serious student this is what we are looking for. She is warm hearted and believe every student can successed in her course.

She writes great lecture notes, useful exam study guides and writes and posts her power point lectures which are super useful for studying and exams. She gives a lot of homework, but you need it to be engaged with the material. There is a lot to cover in the semester but she broke it down well. I will probably keep her lecture notes for future use

Gave us study guides for midterm, final and lab exams which are super helpful. Replies to email right away, unlike other professors at Truman. Broke down grading criteria clearly. Take her if you can, you won't regret it.

Professor Khan is very approachable and cares about her students. She is very knowledgable and I learned a lot from her in this course. Her lectures are very clear and there is an interactive component that helps students review the material. It is important to show up to class and do the assignments. Extra credit is also given which helps a lot.

This is a 3 hour class that fly bye, you just sat down and then it's over. I found Prof. Khan to be energetic, engaging and very clear as well as concise. She is open and easily approachable, so if you need clarification or additional help with assignments lab or exams she's always more than willing to help. Take her you'll be happy that you did.

Professor Khan is fair in many ways but you must attend and work hard. If your test scores are not so great but your participation and efforts are true than depending on specific variables and her discrepancy she may offer some leniency on your overall grades. Prepare for a lot of homework which is normal for the course anyways. I highly recommend

Great teacher. Straightforward teaching style - did basically everything that was laid out in the syllabus. A little too lenient sometimes with students who don't show updo their work - would be nice to have higher standards so that the students who do well and put their best effort forward a rewarded justly.

Best professor I have had thus far. She cracks jokes and is repetitive so you actually learn instead of memorizing. She does have a thicker accent but she uses PowerPoint and writes on the board. If I could, I would take all my classes with her!

She is a brilliant professor and a knowledgeable professor, I took her for my BIO 120, 226 and 227 respectively. The knowledge she impacted in me is really pulling me forward in my nursing career. Nothing good comes easy folks, you need to read and you will be okay. She never set question out any topic she did not teach in class.

Dr. Khan is a great professor. She is a hard worker, and spends lots of time putting together her lectures. Her power points have tons of valuable info. I took both 226 and 227 with her, which I highly recommend. Go over the chapter before class for participation, since she will probably ask random questions to see if you were prepared.

I really enjoyed this class with this professor! She is very nice and clear with what she expects from the beginning. Lots of homework but, it is honestly so helpful for the exams. If you put in the study time you can really take a lot out of this class and excel. I learned a lot and would definitely take this professor again. She's a sweetheart.

Dr. Khan was great! She clearly knows the topic of A&P and you can tell she enjoys teaching. All of the tests come directly from Mastering A&P, so as long as you study those you'll be fine. The e-labs we had to do were silly, but I would definitely take another class with her in the future.

Professor Khan is outstanding. Her lectures are heavy. Pay attention to what she asks in class and her study guide. Her exam questions are from there. She really cares about her students and wants you to pass. The only negative thing is she sometimes talks very fast and it feels like too many information to process. Go to science center too.

I took Dr. Khan for anatomy and physiology I and will be taking her again for A&P II. Dr. Khan makes her expectations very clear. She moves through her lectures pretty quickly and when it comes to exams she gives a detailed study guide. Dr. Khan is great, I love her ! Her class is simple and she's really down to earth and easy to talk to. She's been really understanding and she's been easy grader. Self teaching is req. but its important to have that skill for your program anyways so might as well self teach and get an A and not have to worry about failing. I def recommend!

Professor khan lectures cover everything you need to ace the quizzes. Do not pay attention about bad reviews. It was the best choice I made, no book was necessary all content is based on PowerPoint slides. Hmwrk, 10 exams part A 45-50 Q's, Part B responses 10 mins, Lab work, 1medical presentation, 1 Midterm, 1 Final Lab exam

Prof, Khan was absolutely fantastic in teaching Biology 227. This class is mandatory for in-person labs, work consists of 10 Exams A- Multiple choice 45 Q/A, Exams B for extended responses, Pretest/Post Test from Biology Department, Homework/Physio Labs, Mid-Term/FINAL Lab Exam and FINAL PRESENTATION of disease chosen by the Prof. Good Luck! :)

Her study guides are EXTREMELY helpful. Questions on the quiz are taken from the study guide so as long as you take the time to review its super easy to pass her class. You get 2 weeks to complete every hw assignment and its based on the 2 chapters during that time so super manageable. She does read the powerpoints BUT I complete the HW during.

This class is very enjoyable. I learned a lot & she was very strategic with the lessons since it was an 8 week class. You will get quizzes every week but the practice quizzes have the same questions so you'll be fine. We went into breakout rooms to answer questions, played Kahoot, and went to one in person lab. I would take this class again.

Prof Khan is great - the Kahoot games and breakout rooms made learning interactive. Used unstuckstudy for quick practice before quizzes.

I am currently taking Bio 227. The class is fun—we play Kahoot, participate in breakout rooms, and do labeling activities. The practice quizzes really help in scoring high on the actual quizzes. Prof. Khan is very polite, understanding, and respectful to every student. Make sure to participate in the activities and log in to the zoom on time.

I just completed an eight-week Bio 120 course. The professor was extremely helpful.We also did various class activities that kept students engaged throughout the course. There were 100 points for participation and attendance. The homework assignments were also very helpful in understanding of medical terminology. I will take Bio 226 with her soon.
