You will not learn cost accounting in 4 months. This is hard information. However, the professor tries to make it easy without baby you.You must restudy the information once you finish the class! I understand now why the test are take home. The final is in class but he gives it to you as take home first. If all test were in class you would fail!

Ok Professor but tough class! if you're a working student with limited time,do not take this professor! you will have nightmares for months.That being said if you have the time to practice and work the problems,you will enjoy his class because you will learn.

If you are an acct major, take him. We finished the book but heard other teachers only got halfway through. Beware long test (final was 3 hours online). A lot of homework. If you are not an acct major, find someone easier if you don't want to learn and get an easy A. If you are lazy and like to show up late, skip b/c he's not there to babysit you.

Professor Nair is great. If you follow instructions and pay attention in class there is no possible way you can fail the course. He also gives students his personal phone number where you can text him if you have any questions in regards to the material covered in class.

Only was able to take Pro. Clive for half a term due to previous professor got sick. However the short time I spend with professor Clive I learned more than I did with the previous professor. He won't be easy on you but he does that because he really wants you to learn. He's the right professor to take if you really want to understand accounting.

I enjoy his class. Tough grades but he mean well. He want you to learn at the end. If you are serious with him and take work serious with him, he will pass you. If you are lazy and don't want to work, don't take him.

Very very tough grader but he teaches perfectly. Would love to take him again and again. The only thing i did not like is he believes "not every student can get an A" ( He actually said so) ! Professor Nair is one of the best accounting professors at BMCC. He takes pride and dedication in his work and is very knowledgeable in the accounting field. He not only explains the material thoroughly he also brings uses examples from his outside experience in the field.

Class was a good experience this semester. He was very specific as to what was going to be on hia exams. Also gave us a pool of 100 questions (without the answers) where he would choose 50 to be on the final exam.

Show up and pass, If you get an F in his class it's because you just didn't show up. Even those who show up and do bad work he still gives them a passing grade.

Professor Nair is one of the best professors Ive ever had. Not lying, Ive had anxiety at the end of each class as it was really too much for me to get. There are alot of homeworks that he assigns and he DOES collect them everytime. Just come to class and be prepared to do a lot of self study at home as that I how I managed to get a good grade.

(ACC 222) best professor to learn accounting in BMCC. Difficult (especially in winter sessions due to so much material in short time) but he is fair.
