I do not agree with who ever sayed you get nothing out of her class. You must have not been paying attention buddy. Her class was great, challenging, and interesting. She was not afraid to voice her opinions, which I loved, and was very understanding of the fact that had two kids and a newborn. Does not like tardies, but can be understanding, A++

I took SLS1501 and PSY2012 now i cant take anymore classes with her and im upset,lol.take her class you wont regret it. Bustani has been said to remind some students as Kitty from that 70s show too

Take this teacher for Strategies for College Success. She is super easy, extremely nice and fun to talk to. If you attend every class and get an A (which is impossible not to) you will only take half the exam. Both parts are easy. First is multiple choice and second you can write on notecards and just copy in class. Highly recommend her.

Take this perofessor. She is the best. I took her class one night per week. The time went by very fast...she made the class very interesting. Her teaching style is the best. The mid term is the hardest in the sense that it is not an open book nor group, however she does a review. She said it is unusual that anybody fails her midterm.

She is one of the easiest professors you will ever take. Her quizzes and the final are open notes. 3 papers (not research), one of which was done in class. You do have to keep a notebook, but that's it. She is VERY opinionated, but it's worth listening to for an A. One group power point presentation. Nice woman. Gives A TON of extra credit as well.

Great teacher...will exempt you from the final if you have near perfect attendance and an A in the class. The notebook was a little tedious and she is paticular about notes...how they are written, how many are written and the paper they are written on but I would recommend her because she practices what she teaches and she has alot of experience.

She is awesome point blank. I had her for strategies. She is very helpful. Her work is an easy A. I had personal issue at home she was there to talk to me and work around my schedule. You can tell she doesn't care about the money, she loves what she does. Take her you won't regret it.

This lady was great. She's super nice and really easy to get along with. We watch videos in class and take short notes that are turned in for a grade. She's really easy on grading and every assignment was simple & didn't require much work. There's one group project but it's easy and her tests aren't bad either. Always chances to get a better grade.

Her class was very helpful! I took her for Human Growth and Deveoplment and I'm now taking her for Psychology. She's clear on what she wants and she's fair. She gives out a lot of handouts and notebook and attendance are important. She goes over the midterm and most of the time everyone gains points back. The final for both classes were open book.

Professor Bustani is great. Class work consisted of video notes, maybe 5 worksheets, and a few group activities. She assigned three papers, but I think in the end it was only two papers and the third paper was a group project. She does a notebook check (reminiscent of high school) but it's an easy A!

She's super nice! She can sometimes wander off and talk about her own life but it's usually relevant to what we are discussing. She makes sure to explain everything and tell us what's going to be on our quiz. She's really chill and she does accept late work! If you have any problems understanding anything she makes sure to explain it to you.

hands down the best. she loves what she does and that drives the way she teaches. rather than have long drawn out lectures about the material, she teaches so that you use the material to evaluate yourself. not only keeping you interested but getting you involved without much participation and making the material easy to learn. Professor Bustani was my favorite professor at Palm Beach State. She is an amazing teacher and her class is very easy. But don't slack off and not do assignments because everything is graded but she grades fairly. She's funny and a little out there but she truly knows her psychology and teaches it wonderfully.

Professor Bustani is not just there to teach about human growth from the book but she is there for life lessons as well. Her life stories come out to be very helpful for her assignments and quizzes as well. She is the best teacher at PBSC Gardens Campus ever !!!! I love her. She is so sweet and clear about everything. Bustani is a tough grader but also is a sweet heart. She have a lot of "rules" however but all and all , GREAT CLASS and EASY CLASS TO PASS!

Great professor but tough grader, I don't think anyone in my class received an 100% on any of the assignments.

She is so nice! you never get homework in the class. All the quizzes are open book and notes and you can work in group. Even the final exam is open note and book. You do use the text about 4 times you can get away with not buying it. You will do a Maslow research paper at the end of the course it is very easy its mostly about yourself. Take her!!!

Bustani is a great teacher. Her midterm is take home, and allows the tests to be taken in groups sometimes with open notes and open book. She gives an option to present or not, which is nice for people with anxiety. She answers emails promptly and makes time for make up tests is you were absent for a good excuse. Super sweet but scatter brained.

Really good teacher. Most of the tests were taken in groups with open notes and open book. There was a group project we had to present and a 5 page paper. She is an easy grader. I took the 6 week course over the summer and after an hour of class it got boring. No absences or tardies in the 6 week course because it counts for 20% of your grade.

You will need the textbook no hw bc of lots of helpful info in it. lectures are easy to listen to. maybe five video notes at end of classes. i had 3.5 hour night classes, we never stayed for the full time. shes understanding and hw is easy. tests done with classmates, only midterm and final. got to take part of final home too. take her for sure

I read reviews before taking this class many reviews were positive except for someone ranting about Bustani being a disgusting person because of a comment made about dogs. I STILL chose to take her class & guess what, I second this DOGS DONT HAVE FEELINGS!! lol I loved this professor! She was very knowledgeable, genuine, professional, individual.

Actually cares about students. She is not looking to give out any C's. Not to brag but I got an A with minimal effort. She makes Psych easy to learn and gives you plenty off chances for a perfect grade. Did well enough that the final was optional. Only option for PSY2012 is Prof. Bustani.

You will not need to buy the book at all, she gives out handouts that you will be able to use on the midterm and final exam. In the beginning of the class she will ask you to write an introduction essay about yourself. You will have a lot of group activities in the class and video notes.

Shes adorable and has a lot of real world experience in psychology. She really cares about seeing all her students do well and shes a fair grader. She always gives students a chance to pick up extra points wherever she can. Make sure youre in class and on time though. Only one major paper throughout the semester.
