This lady is awesome! She gives you so many oppurtunities to make a high grade, with extra assignments and extra credit. Don't let the dosage stuff in the begining scare you, it's all memorization. She wants you to pass this class and will work with you!

I took the distance learning class and she was very helpful and replied emails very promptly. The exams are alittle bit difficult and inorder to get an A score high in all the unit exams because the comprehensive make up exam covers alot of materials and alot of drugs to memorize.

Thank goodness she didn't use the book. Good notes, great explanations and doesn't try to mess with you when teaching the lessons and no screwy questions on the tests. Very straight forward, lots of material and lots of stuff to cover though, still have adequate time to finish though.

In her reviews she gives you exactly what she wants you to know, she also make learning easy with her own notes as well. You can read the book if you choose but reading her notes will be just as good. Overall she is an easy A if you study

I love Dr. Glass! She has been an RN for many years and she relates alot of lecture material to the clinical side, which I enjoyed alot. Her tests are all multiple choice and there are great review sheets posted online. Study those and you will do well. DO NOT buy the textbook! Dr. Glass is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PROF YOU WILL EVER HAVE, I PROMISE. She is alway there for her students. Her lectures are crystal clear, and EVERYTHING she lecture about will be on the test, plus she will review the test to let you know what to study. She is wonderful.

This was the best distance learning course I have taken at ACC. Her notes are very in depth but her reviews are the best guide to figuring out what is on the exam. Ignore the videos (espinosa is useless). Responds to questions within minutes. You will need to work hard to get an A - its an intensive class.

she is a good teacher.... she gives you everything you need in her notes, you really dont need a book BUT it is best to find another way to read on what is in her notes and in class lect. since the wording will be different on the exams, but still over things in her notes.. very good teachers !!

She is insanely helpful, her test reviews are amazing (its like having the test in your hands) and she is the most organized professor I've ever had. If you don't make an A, its because you didn't study. The book was less than $30. There is a reason everyone wants to get in her class!

Online 11 week class. lecture was a little confusing because the new version of the book was sold by the bookstore and the material was over the older version. All notes and tests had to be revised to the new edition and Prof. Glass helped make the transition easy. She even sent me her review answers because it called for the older books answers.

Incredible teacher. Impressive knowledge of the material and her teaching style makes it easy to understand sometimes difficult material. Absolutely MUST go to class, take good notes, and study her reviews. not an easy A but doable if you work for it. She responds to emails incredibly fast and is always happy to clarify anything you are learning.

This is an excellent teacher. She expects a lot from you, but as I see it: still only as much effort as she puts in. Only made a B+ in pathophys, but immediately took pharmacolog after and made an A. It was online, so I can't vouch for her personality, but her response time is amazing- and if she won't be available for a day she actually posts why!

I'm in the online Pharm section now. You don't need the text, just the packet of her notes from the bookstore. Crystal-clear expectations, quick response to questions, thorough test reviews, emphasis on the material you really need to know as a nurse. Great Professor. Would take her again without question. Clear and covers the material that you need to know. Reviews prior to exams. If you study her lecture notes and the handouts she gives, you can get an A like I did.

Nancy has the reputation of being the best to take for Pharmacology. She is kind and breaks the material down into managable chunks, but the tests are not a breeze. You have to study and you have to pay attention to the things she says are important. I would recommend her because she will help you however she can to get a good grade.

I took Dr. Glass for the Distance Learning version of Pathophysiology. Once I realized the tests were taken directly from the Reviews (and only the reviews), they were much easier to prepare for. Unit Activities were extremely tedious. Dr. Glass was hard to reach sometimes and grades were very slow to post.

Prof. is still working in the field so she has pertenent info. Helpfull and understanding. She wants you to do well. Easy to talk to. Be on time and don't miss a test. Good luck.

I love Dr. Glass!! You will too. Word of advise. Practice the dosage calculations early, and finish them up before or soon after your first exam if you can! You only need to pass with 3. GO TO see the Calc specialists at Eastview for practice. Don't bother getting the textbook. Just get the one she published and the dosage calculations text.

I took Nancy Glass for Pharmacology online. The course is straightforward and well planned out. Ms. Glass is organinzed and her notes are very helpful! I would take her again.

This lady is amazing TEXTBOOK IS NOT required for this class! She literally tested everything that was on her packets do the reviews and you will be fine! However the test questions are tricky it's one of those 1 a 2 a and b 3 all of the above ! Butttt she gives you PLENTY of extra credit this class requires studying but EASY! (Study) she's great!!

Loved her. No txtbk and didn't care about attendance. Told you what exactly was on the test, took a day before to review and gave you lots of extra bonus points for tests! No reason why you shouldn't make an A. Straight foward.

She does what she can to help you get an A, is on you if you want it or not.

Take the online course. She has it very organized. Get the dimensional analysis out of the way the first week or so and then move onto the material. Don't even look at the chapter till you pass at least 3 of the DA tests. Testing center tests are all multiple choice. Memorize and learn. Not much interaction with Nancy needed. TAKE THIS CLASS!

Kind of feel that if you don't get an A in her pharmacology class, you don't study. She makes it so clear about what you need to know for the exams, even though it will take some time to study the parts on her review sheet, but once you have gone through everything she wants you to learn, you are almost guaranteed an A.

Professor Glass does everything she can to help you do well in this class. She offers extra credit for test scores. Tells you exactly what to expect from her exams. If you can fill out the test review you should be able to get an A on the exams. She offers help with the dosage exams. Book not needed, you will need to print out all info for exams.

I took the distance learning HPRS 2300 & found the class very doable & organized. She gives TONS of great info to help you succeed on your tests, including a study guide & practice quizzes. She also grades fairly, will curve if necessary & offers ample extra credit. Must be a self-motivator to take the course, b/c it does require ample studying!

I took Prof. Glass for Pharmacology in the summer session. The class is really not that hard (esp if you already took anatomy and phys), just tons of memorization. Memorize the info and youre good. She is very clear on what you need to know and gives extra credit for every test unit. Shes kind of boring in my opinion, but this class is an easy A.

If Pharmacology for Health Care Professionals is a must for you, Nancy Glass is definitely the professor to go with. Her lectures are INCREDIBLY interesting and she really knows her stuff, relaying it all in ways that stick. She's also extremely clear in what it takes to make an "A' and does her part in supporting students along to get there, 100%!

I loved Dr. Glass. She cares and gives opportunities to do better on your grade. She knows there is a ton of information and tries to help you. Pay attention to the drug matching, if you get that down it covers a bit of your tests. She gives great charts that help incredibly. Do your dosage surveys. Her dosage exam tips are the best.

Dr. Glass is the best professor you can take for pharmacology. She gives homework but it's easy and just a completion grade. She also gives many opportunities for extra credit. The dosage exams aren't hard just remember the conversions. Dr. Glass is always available before or after class to help with dosage calculations. Don't take anyone else.

She is funny and likes to tell stories about her time as an RN that she finds helpful for us. Definitely recommend her for pharmacology. So many opportunities for extra credit that helps bump your test grade by an easy 20-30 points! No book needed. Get the dosage exams out of the way so you can focus on theory exams. Her exams are difficult but last two you were allowed notes page. She provides all the resources you need to succeed in this course. Take your dosage exams early, fill out the reviews, fill in the blank, read the notes, and turn in the extra credit. You will be fine. I really gain a lot of knowledge from this course.

Dr. Glass is an excellent professor who imparts wisdom from her years working as a nurse. She gives handouts for the course and highlights the specific info you need to know. Get your dosage exams done early so you can focus on the content! She does speak fairly quietly - sit close. Her class helped make connections in AP2. Great to take together.

Great knowledge lectures , plenty room for extra credit , easy homework, she literally tells you exactly what you need to know on the test attendance isnt mandatory but its better if you dont miss class , she giving great feedback and flexible if things come up.

Dr. Glass herself is an amazing woman and great teacher, but please dont take this class if you think itll be an easy A. The other reviews say the online course is very easy but this year they completely changed the style of material/tests. You will for sure need to work for the grade you want because it is a very difficult course.

The material provided with the new format theyre using for this course is very incomplete and does not relate very well to the exam questions. The first three are fine but after those make sure you learn from the book and your own personal research because the reviews prepare you for maybe 25 of the 70-80 questions.

Clear expectations of course work. The online course is a tad unorganized but the slides and videos were extremely helpful. I highly recommend attending a dosage workshop. I've learned alot and will be able to apply to the real world.

Dr. Glass is a wonderful, highly experienced, professional yet relatable professor. She has been a nurse for many years and you can tell. The information I got from this class seemed to have a lot of practical relevance for my future career. I always felt like I knew exactly what was expected of me. Dr. Glass makes this class diverse enough that it is easy if you put in the effort and apply your time to studying you will pass. She always offers help and resources if you do find yourself needing them. Major respect for her and how much she cares for her students.

She gives plenty of review material to make sure you are prepared for the exams. She gives review practice questions (which are same questions on exams) and a review which covers exact material that's on exam.

Pandemic times online classes are now key. Dr. Glass' online class is well set up plus she is magnificent about responding to your questions, concerns about wrongly keyed quiz answers, etc. I cut & pasted the lecture notes into a Word doc to print, wrote my notes on them while watching the lectures, did the work, studied, got my A. You can too.

WOW! She went out of her way to ease the transition during COVID-19. Quick responses to emails, responded with compassion and understanding to us essential workers. The material is not complicated, it just requires study time. Be sure to nail down dosage calculations, class requires you to pass 3/5 of those tests.

professor glass is AMAZING. she gives all the resources needed to make an A but you need to work for it. attend the lectures, ask questions, do the pearls and practice quizzez and study your drug matching list and youl do good. Good teacher. The class is hard, get ready to study and memorize a lot! She provides study guides for exams and other learning materials, so study off those, use your logic and AP knowledge, attend lectures and ask questions. I also recommend make use of the SI time. Her grading is fair.

TAKE HER if you can!! Nancy was a great professor, very easy to reach but I do have to give all thanks to her SI Amanda. Big TIP.. make sure to attend the SI Sessions when you can.. it is a HUGE help. Amanda is very helpful with whatever you need, especially understanding the material better. Her study guides really helped. Study and do all the work along with study guides, pass. She responds to her email fast.

Take your dosage exams as soon as a you can, once you are done with those, you are left with so much time to study. Then the class starts to become easy. One downside is, we used a proctor that made you pay extra to take a test if you were 10 minutes late. Lots of terms to memorize, but she gives you a very structured study sheet that helps a ton.

Prof. Glass was AWESOME! Do NOT take anyone else than her!!!!! She gives great reviews and goes over exactly what you need for the tests. There are some memorization to this class, but it is an easy class. She makes it fun and you will not want to miss her lectures. She is quick on grading and replying. She knows her stuff.

Your grade is based largely off the 6 exams you have to pass 2 dosage exams once you're done with those you can focus on the other material.

I mean, pharmacology is a hard class but even in the 8-week session I earned an A. Professor Glass has incredibly clear lecture material and homework assignments aimed at supporting the material. Extra credit is offered for every unit - do it. She was responsive and helpful and gives clear objectives for all 5 of her 80-question exams.

Easy A, she sends out practice questions for each unit and matching medication keys that are the exact same as the test ,so if you do the work and memorize the questions and key you will pass with an A

Professor Glass is perfectly nice and available via e-mail. I did not give her 5s because I felt like I was teaching myself. We read the textbook, completed homework, projects, and tests, and earned grades. We did not get any feedback on our grades, just the individual letter grades.

Love this class super easy to finish this class earlier than I was supposed to. I would def rec taking Nancy if you want an easy A. she offers extra credit each unit there are 6 unit so 6 exams(MC) total but super easy made 90+ on all I would study unit 4 tho that's a little tough. 4 discussion board 1 dosage hw 3 case study(MC) 3 quizzes(MC)

I took this class and did not study at all! After taking another semester of pharm with another professor I learned that all the online HPRS 2300 classes use the same recorded lectures to get through the course. I would recommend taking Professor Glass and to do her Reviews they are very helpful!

Took 10 week Summer session fully online HPRS2300 with Professor Glass - She was amazing - her class is so well organized you have all the material you need to succeed for every unit test and dosage exams - she communicates clearly and promptly through email and is happy to help. Excellent!
