Mrs. Zimmerman is really cool. She truely cares about her students. Her test are hard, but fair. She would bring candy,brownies, and donoughts to class for every one. You really come away from her class knowing a lot about MNGT. She gives lots of extra credit. She is one of the best professors.

She is Crazy!! However, she tells you what you need to study for the exam and if you do, you are fine, curves test grades, gives LOTS of opportunities for extra credit, and you can get a easy A if you put mere effort into it.

One of the most entertaining professors I have ever had! She rewards efforts and ignores BS. If you expect to just show up for a grade, then don't bother to show up. Make an effort people, it is now up to you to succeed.

loved her, got a B for the final grade...she gives online exams, which are easy!!!only had a 3 exams, a group project and a resume to do...loved her class...she makes you laugh...she talks alot but fun to be around...take her class guys and its an easy A...very cool teacher..

Nancy reminds me of Elaine from Seinfeld. She's highly intelligent but can catch you off guard with her eccentricities. Her teaching style is very straight-forward and primarily teaches from the textbook while incorporating life examples during lectures. But if I have to hear "ya-ay" one more time, I'll flip!

took online in the summer. she was highly organized and graded quickly. a lot of discussion board participation every week, open book quiz on each chapter(10 questions). class is easy you participate - you can move ahead of the class. Study for final, 15 short answer questions but she gives them to you ahead of time. easy A

Class is easy. Read the book, tests are online. EASIEST professor I've ever had. I didn't show up half the time and I still got an A.

Her weekly assignments are a drag, but so easy if you read the directions. Lectures are pointless unless an exam is coming up. But show up 70% of the time and participate so you are known in the class. Study guide for each of 2 exams, OPEN BOOK QUIZZES, and one group project. EASY A if you do everything expected.

Ok so this kid below me is obviously in my class If you taken other classes you know there are some good and bad instructors. Professor Z is a GOOD instructor, she is NOT bipolar, she'really hyper and likes things done her way. Her class is easy and fun, she tells you exactly whats on the test. Trust me! If you want an A take her!

Prof was very nice and helpful. You can tell she really cares about her students. I took Principles of Mngt over winter semester and it was surprisingly not bad. The assignments and quizzes weer spaced out, and truth be told, there really weren't that many. She uses WileyPlus which makes it really convenient. I have her again in spring.

This course felt more like a psychology class than a management class . I don't like when people bring up personal matters at work, why would I want to hear or share personal matters in a BUSINESS course??? I felt she favored those who over-shared more.

I took this online, Summer Session 2015. You knew exactly what needed to be done and when it was due. She posted all assignments at the beginning of the course. There were 15 quizzes and you had to take 4 each week but they were 10 questions each 5 truefalse, 5 multiple choice. Mid term and final are straight from the quizzes. Take it! EASY A!

Prof. Zimmerman is very clear about what she expects from you at the beginning. Always available if you need help or don't understand the material. Will need to read the chapters if you want to pass or get a good grade. The homework is tough and the exam study guides unreliable. Expect to write a paper, a lot of homework, and a quiz every week.

Prof. Zimmerman was cool. Definitely stick to the due dates in the syllabus. She does not accept any late work! She does offer extra credit. The homework, quizzes, and tests can be passed, just read. There was paper. We read a book about marketing, but had to apply it to HR. For me that was somewhat difficult. Fortunately, it was a short book.

She is Totally Awesome

Mrs. Zimmerman was the best teacher I have ever had. She is fun and crazy but she made going to class fun. She keeps everyone engaged and makes fun lesson plans. I highly recommend taking her, you will not regret it.

Prof Zimmerman is AWESOME! I've had several of her online courses, and did a seminar with her. Great personality, very understanding and helpful. I'd recommend her courses to everyone.

I really enjoyed this class as due to some prior experience had always been interested in HR Management. Shes an amazing professor and easy to reach out to. Communication is never an issue with Professor Zimmerman and her forever encouraging attitude really makes you do more. An amazing learning experience.

Prof Zimmerman Is HIGHLY energetic. She's passionate about her students. Her practice exams are NOTHING like the exams actually given so do yourself a favor and really read the chapters. I suggest doing all extra credit assignments for grade cushioning. She's sensitive as well LOL.

Honestly I read some bad reviews and I was nervous to take her class but she is the best online teacher Ive ever had. Ive taken about 10 online classes and she was the only organized one, theyre a rare blessing at CCBC. There was no way you could get confused about whats due and when. Thats my biggest issue with online courses.

Professor Zimmerman is a really nice person. If you do all the assignments and projects you'll do well. She does give points for going to class and if you don't go, she'll say it may affect your grade. I missed maybe 5-6 classes and I still passed. She keeps you in class till the very end which I disliked. Her tests are hard (in my opinion).

if you are honest, she will help you. Follow directions and do the work assigned and you'll be golden. everything is organized and straight forward.

There are only 15 quizzes with numerous attempts, 3 discussion questions , 1 article report and 2 exams. That's it!!! Easy workload and very organized. She offers alot of options for Extra Credit. The workload is super easy , but the exams are difficult if you do not read book. I am taking this professor again next semester! Great experience!!!

Prof. Zimmerman is a lot, and she will tell you on day one she's nasty. Ultimately, she cares about your well-being and wants you to succeed. WARNING, DO NOT TAKE THE MULTIPLE CHOICE EXAMS. Those questions are the worst and you are better off taking short answer. She will tell you to take short answer! Study guides will be given and reviewed 4 exam

As someone who had to take this class and her 105 class, I can tell you that Prof. Zimmerman is certainly a wild card and she will let you know on the first day of class. It can be a lot for some, but she genuinely does care for her students. Sometimes lectures can go slightly sideways, but she's always open to feedback. Also, trips extra credit!

Prof. Zimmerman is excellent and very knowledgeable. The only downfall is that she gets easily distracted and drifts off a subject in a matter of a second.

I took Professor Zimmerman in the fall semester. The whole class is right out of the online portal for the textbook publisher. All homework and test questions are right from the reading. I think there might have been one project or paper that was on our own but the class was very straightforward. Read and get an A.

Professor Zimmerman is my current HR Management Principles instructor, and midway through the course things are going well. She has participated in the same discussion boards that we as students are mandated to use, and she is as available as any other professor I can think of. Extra credit was offered.
