She's not bad at all. You can leave class after you finish doing the lab. She literally tells you how to write lab reports on the first day of school. She also tells you how she wants them as well. Gives you 100 if you do everything she says. You have to write a lab report every week, but you have to do that in every other chem lab as well.

Amazing Professor! shes really nice and explains everything she requires in detail. Yes Lab reports are due and she wants explanations for the questions but all labs require lab reports. She is extremely accommodating and easy to reach via email. I definitely recommend taking her class!!

I have her for lecture and lab, and I think I got lucky, she makes organic chemistry much easier to understand and I would recommend taking her class. An amazing Chem teacher. The lectures are brief, but are very in depth. Very caring and wants to make sure you understand the course. She is very accessible outside of class but you have to approach her first. The lab does have a lab report due each week, but she tells you exactly how to do them and lab is never the full 2 hours.

Dharsee is such a kind and amazing professor. Although this is a very hard class, she really wants to help her students and see them succeed. Lab reports are due every week and they are very tedious but they will deff help your grade if you do a good job. Homework is always very time consuming but she uses a lot of homework questions for her exams.

If youre taking chem 112, u MUST TAKE HER. Her lectures are on point, informative, and super clear as long as you pay attention. I was literally in awe on how good her lectures were because i came out of class actually knowing what to do. She makes hard topics really simple and easy to grasp and is a funny professor. 10/10 would take her again!

She is one of the best professors I've had so far! I had her for Lab and Lecture and she makes the material easier to understand. Just make sure do your homeworks and study her lecture notes well, the exams come mostly from the notes. She is more than fair and sooo approachable!

She is so easy to reach via email and she even gives her number for students to text. Taking orgo in the middle of COVID isn't easy, but she makes it easier and is so lenient with her grading. I would def recommend taking her. She gives homework and as long as you study her notes and lectures you're set.

Dr Dharsee is a really great professor. She explains what to study for on the exams, and her lectures are good. She replies her emails really fast. In lab, if you're done early, you can leave and she tells you exactly how she wants the report, and if you do it that way, you get a 100 for the lab

Professor Dharsee is a very good lab instructor. She guides you through the labs if you need help. Her lab reports are straight forward and if you follow the directions you will get a good grade on them. I had the lab from 7:25pm to 9:25pm on Wednesday nights but we were rarely out after 8:15pm. She also allows you to work with others. Recommend!

Prof Dharsee was the BEST lab instructor. i would not have gotten a B in this course without her. Lab completely saved my grade. Lab reports are due weekly & are time consuming but makes up the whole 20% of lab so try very hard on them. i cant speak for how she is as a lecture professor bc i took Dela Cruz but you cannot go wrong with Prof Dharsee!

Dr. Dharsee is a Great professor. Organic Chem is hard online. But is it manageable and you can do it. You just have to STUDY! STUDY! STUDY! She is easy to get a hold of either by email or phone. Her lectures are exactly what the exams are going to be on. Lab and Homework will help you PASS as well. I will recommend her to any student.

I had her for lab and she was great. She didn't make us write a whole lab report. She told us to relate it to the medical field. She may seem a little "mean" at first but shes not just do her lab reports exactly as she says and you'll be fine.

Organic Chem is hard. I am shocked whenever I get anything less than an A and I got a B+ in this class. I'm not mad about it. She was fair, helped as much as any human being could, and was really flexible with any circumstances that came up. If I absolutely had to take this class over again, I'd want to take it with her.

She is so fair and her lectures are truly amazing. She makes sure everyone understands the topics. Her exams are fair and you have to make sure you do the homework and come to class. She actually made chemistry understandable!

I had Professor Dharsee for Chem lab and she was wonderful. Skim over labs before because she just gives a little background info and then you do the lab by yourself. She's laid back. Answers questions and your emails quickly. She tells you exactly what she wants on the reports. Gives good feedback. Just listen and you'll pass. Take her!

Professor Dharsee was one of the best professors I have had. She makes the lectures very interesting, and easy to understand. If you show up to class and are willing to learn you will get an easy A. Do the hw and show up to class and you will do great. I would recommend everyone to take her.

I had her for organic chem lab and she is so nice and helpful whenever we have questions during our lab. She lets you leave as soon as you finish your lab which is usually an hour early. The lab reports take around 3 hours each week which is annoying but I think that's all labs and she grades them pretty easily in my opinion. Take her!

Dr. Dharsee is amazing! She is so nice and is always cracking jokes that you would never expect in Chem. She takes a hard class and makes it so much easier to digest. Very easy to talk to if you need help. I was out for two classes and she took the time to Zoom with me on a day where she was out sick. So caring and just amazing! Must take!!

Really cool and nice, super accommodating. I highly recommend reading the textbook. Although she gives good lectures, I wouldn't rely solely on the powerpoints. She's cool and there are plenty of opportunities to earn good grades with her.

Organic Chem is hard but Dr Dharsee makes it tolerable and really makes sure you understand the material. Textbook is needed for unit homework assignments. All three unit tests are open not which is amazing and so was final! I would take any class Dr Dharsee teaches she is was honeslty the best professor to have for a hard course freshman year.

This chem class was not so easy, but we're in college. Her lectures were tolerable. Sometimes, it got confusing, but just ask her to repeat what you're not sure about. She will go over it more than once until you understand it.

One of the best professors I've had. She is so fair and helpful to her students and makes it clear she wants you to achieve. Organic Chemistry isn't a "fun" class but she is the best teacher to take for it.

Fair Professor; if you do homework and study for tests you will be fine. Attendance is taken, but it is important to show up because class is always beneficial. The professor doesn't get side-tracked; gets to the point, and if we end the lesson early we get to go early.

There were homework's from the textbook and they were very helpful in preparation for the 3 lecture exams that were given. The lecture exams were all open book. dr. dharsee is the best to take for chem. you literally have to TRY to fail her class. she gives great explanations, isn't trying to trick you with her questions, and really wants everyone to pass. several hw assignments from the textbook that helped, 3 open book tests, and lecture ends early when possible. i couldn't say enough good things!!

Dharsee was great and every single answer for the tests were A, the final exam was 100% A. Make sure you do the homeworks but she doesn't take off late points.

Professor Dharsee is amazing! She was my lab professor and made it easy to learn topics while simultaneously letting us have our fun with experiments. Her content is not difficult. Grades are just our lab reports (all of which follow a simple format that she gives out and explains at the beginning of the semester) and attendance. Highly recommend!!

I loved her, she wants every one of her students to pass. All exams were open book she is very generous and will take everyone into consideration. If you need her outside of class SHE IS THERE. Def take her if you can.

Honesty, I do not know how Dr. Nasreen Dharsee has any bad reviews. She is hands down the most thoughtful and laid-back professor you will come across. She is straight forward, and she wants all her students to pass. She is very personable and easy to talk to. I recommend taking her 1000%. Love her!

Great lecture, chemistry is very hard but yet Professor Dharsee made it so easy for me. Even though sometimes I do struggle she provides us with so many resources that allow us to succeed and put in the extra work. She is realistic she knows how much infromation we can and will aborb everyday. So lucky I was able to have her as my professor.

Amazing professor! She uses a lot of analogies to help us understand the lessons and her tests are very forward. Before tests, she reviews topics and questions that might be on the exam. Her lectures are engaging, and she paces them well, so they don't feel overwhelming. I would highly recommend her!

She's very sweet and will tell you everything that's going to be on the test during lecture. Her lectures are barely an hour, she does take attendance randomly and you are graded on it. Tests are very fair and all multiple choice. Read the textbook, go through power points and you're golden!

Hands down, if it weren't for her, I would have failed chem LOL. She is by far the best professor I had this semester. Her tests are all multiple choice, and fairly easy. In lecture, it never runs that long and she always lets us out early. She explains the material in a way all the students are able to understand and I greatly appreciate that.

If you study, you can definitely do well on her tests. Memorizing reactions is a big part of this course, and if you're able to do that, you can do well in her class. Need to purchase Pearson for this course. No extra credit for this class. Have lots of HW, so you need to purchase Pearson. All exams are multiple choice.
