Absolutely the best math professor out! If you are willing to learn and pay attention you will pass. Memorize your formulas, steps and rules and you will do well. She will give you all the steps in order. Just practice! Make sure you show up every day and don't be late! If you hate math and see it as a challenge you will love this professor!

Good God this class is difficult. (Most Failed in our school; Wonderful.) But she is actually a good professor. It's just hard if you're bad with Math, as any other class is if you're bad at the subject. I failed this and am taking her again next semester. I think that says something, ha. .

The queen of "baby steps". I absolutely love the way Mrs. Weaver teaches. She has unique style that is soooo easyyyy to understand.!

Even though this class is very difficult, Natalie makes it so easy to understand. I just hope she teaches Trig in the coming spring!!!

She's very sweet. Doesn't make you feel stupid for asking questions. Waits until everyone understands the concept before moving on. I really like her, I just wish she taught calculus!

She is a great math teacher. This is my 2nd time taking this class, she totally makes things clear and you don't have to do a binder profolio. This is a tough subject for me a she made it almost easy (for algebra). Just be there and do the pactice problems.

Well what can I say about Natalie? I know she doesn't like Pokemon cards in her class and people who don't pay attention. Then agian, who does. She is a great teacher. Breaks it down Barney style for those of you with learning disabilities such as math. Very helpful and I will be taking her next semester. And what ever you do, don't cheat!

The BEST math teacher I've ever had! This is the only math class that I never dreaded going to, since she's completely clear on the material and extemely funny, as well. I would definately recommend her!!

Teenage young adults LOVE her since she's got a very young playful personality that they can relate to. Fast paced? NO WAY! I have taken Weaver for two years now, and will be taking her again next semester. I hate math and she finds ways to get her students to like it. She gives such easy notes that are so easy to understand. She has given me so much help. Awesome teacher. If you have a hard time with math you should definitely take her!

I took her 8 years ago & did really well in her class. If you pay attention in class and do the work, she will go above and beyond to help you. We had a problem in our class with a student making threats against other students. Natalie made sure that we did well despite the distractions. I commend her for her handling of a difficult situation.

Mrs. Weaver is one of the best math teachers at Daytona. She explains math concepts in plain English. Pre-Calc was a breeze (never thought that was possible). Homework is not required, but it helps for the tests which aren't that difficult to begin with. She's also got a great sense of humor. If you struggle with math, she's your teacher!

She is, by far, the teacher to have at DSC. She is a true Professor, and the others do little more than show horrible videos. She speaks in terms you can understand.

I took this class online and it was a breeze, she uses a different website, which is super helpful and lets you keep trying on your homework until you get it right so no reason you shouldnt have 100% and explains how to do the problem if you are having trouble I am terrible in math and I got an A with her, please try and take her if you can!!

Her reputation precedes her, Natalie is an excellent math professor. She cares and is also hilarious. Show up, attendance matters. This isn't a difficult class, there are no tests (at least in my run of it) but be forewarned the Aleks program is no cake-walk. You have to keep up with it or you will fall behind.

Took her course over the summer. Summer goes by very quick. Be sure that if you are not a math person and it takes you longer to learn, take during fall. It was great class because the homework really helped. She doesn't have study guides but does tell you what kind of problems will be on exams. Final is 20% of grade. Tests are your grades. Good L

Good professor, the course was fairly easy she followed the due dates. Test could have been a little harder honestly some of the problems could have been replaced with easier ones but generally balanced. Contacting Weaver was fast and efficient much better then some of my prior teachers.

I took weaver for MAT0028. I have always sucked at math. I move down here from Georgia, where i had to take the same remedial math course three times! She is an excellent teacher, she explains in a way that an elementary school kid could catch on! I plan on taking her in far term b for MGF2106! Keep up the good work weaver!!!!! SHE's THE BEST!!!

Prof Weaver is one of the best math professors at DSC. She cares about her students, she will help anytime you need it. She is very fair grader. She knows her math very well, and more importantly, she is very down to earth. When you speak with her she listens and pays attention to your issue. You work hard, you will get a good grade. Phenomenal, and inspiring teach! The only reason I got my grade of a C is because I didn't try harder. She has the ability to help you see things about math that most people can't even see. Show up for class. Take loads of notes or download the notes she has. I was going through a transition and I should have spent more time studying. BEST TEACHER!

She is a great person and is always willing to help. She gave us 4 projects and the next one was harder than the last one. She also uses a website for your homework assignments called ALEKS and it is VERY time consuming and frustrating.

This was an easy class to take during summer. I have to say she was a great professor for being in an online setting, she responded to emails on time, gave help when needed, and she sent emails with updates on grades and hw to do, every week. Overall her class is made up of hw assignments, a couple tests, a couple quizzes, and discussions. Easy A

Amazing professor, I never liked math and once I took her everything made sense and clicked like that. Id definitely recommend if you struggle with math because shell help you a bunch and show you shortcuts along the way of how to remember things. Very funny as well, never had a class that was ever dull or that we were never laughing.

I took this professor for four different classes. I continued to take her because she was a wonderful professor. She answers emails in a timely manor and is very helpful. She does a great job at explaining math in an way that is easy to understand. The homework is helpful for them exams and I always felt prepared on exam days.

Even though I took her online, I could tell she definitely cared about her students and job. She was always available through email, interacted with the class through the discussions, and sent announcements to keep everyone motivated & on track. She's also really understanding if you have any technology problems.

I HATE MATH but she made it so enjoyable!!!! She is so sarcastic and funny i loved her!!! There is homework due before each exam, its not graded on accuracy but rather completion. She goes over homework problems and quiz problems if you are stuck or need help. There were like 7 tests, online quizes every week and a final. She does use textbook.

It is not typical that you come across a gen ed class, especially one online, where you have a professor that is so in touch and actually caring of their students. Prof. Weaver is absolutely amazing. Im not the best at math but I am also not the worst but Prof. Weaver made the class so easy. She posts videos that go over the homework and also video lectures in the event you miss a class. It is still a standardized math class so everything was very structured but she did everything she could to help.

If it were open notes, I'd probably have had a A. I'm retaking with Karen cook (she's amazing too), but I use professor weaver's notes.

Nothing much to say about this teacher. You can tell that she genuinely cares for her students and wants them to succeed. Amazing professor and next level videos. Took her for summer A and couldn't be happier to have taken her. If you struggle in math like I did I seriously recommend you take this professor. Best teacher I've ever had.

professor weaver is one of the greatest professor, if you take detailed notes from her course and practice/study them you will be successful! she is super understanding and straightforward and organized. one of the greatest math professors ever.

Prof. Weaver is an amazing teacher, she cares about her students, doesn't have required homework, and takes her time to make sure everyone understands the material.

Best professor I've had so far. Her class is extremely organized and flows nicely. She is very sweet and is always willing to help. Passed with a 99.74% and I hate math. Would take another one of her classes in a heartbeat. Everything made sense, take her class!!!

Professor Weaver is an amazing teacher and the best math teacher I've ever had. She truly cares about her students and makes sure everyone understands before moving on. She is also hilarious and made the class enjoyable and engaging. I was so sad when her class ended. Definitely take her, you won't regret it.

Prof. Weaver is an awesome math instructor. She explains concepts clearly and is super helpful. I found Unstuckstudy and the class videos really beneficial for studying. Overall, a great class - would definitely take her again!

Honestly the best math teacher I've had. Doesn't make u read painfully unclear textbook explanations, teaches every concept in her own clear, concise, and "this actually makes sense" kind of way. Never looks down on you if you don't know something, really funny and answers all your questions, plus homework is optional and tests aren't that hard.

Really love this professor! She has an amazing way of explaining the material every lecture. Average of two Quiz's per week under quiz tab, 4 to 5 easy questions (easy way to boost grade). Homework due at the end of every week, 3 to 5 easy problems (easy way to boost grade). Need textbook for homework, 6 chapters, one test per chapter.

Gives multiple sources for the chapter, Majority is homework giving u opportunity to receive 100% on. Review and test after each chapter. The review covers everything for the test. Each test is taken using the lock down browser. Then at the end of semester is the Final exam which is easy to pass because again, the review covers everything on it.

I took her for Inter. and College Alg and she was great for both. Her teaching style is very clear and easy to follow because she starts at the very basics of every new section. If I could take her for every other math course while I'm in college I would 100%. Exams are weighed heavy but she basically tells you what is on it beforehand to study.

Professor Weaver is awesome! She has enthusiasm and lots of fun during her lectures/notes. I genuinely loved going to class every day because I knew I would be 100% engaged. All the homework comes from the textbook but she tells you sometimes secret tips and tricks for the textbook.

LOVE HER! She can be a little passive-aggressive, but she's pretty nice, and she is willing to help you as long as you ask. The class, on the other hand, was pretty annoying because you're using ALEKS, but still pretty easy as long as you do it and go to lab when you need to. If you want a cool teacher with no lectures, take the class with her.

She is AWESOME. She makes it easy to understand everything. There is a textbook that has homework, but its all completely optional. She always posts the notes we did on the course shell after class. She drops 5 lowest quiz grades and replaces ur lowest test grade w/ the final if you scored better on that. I heavily recommend her!! :)

Ms. Weaver not only makes math easy to understand, but also makes it fun to learn math. I'm someone who struggles so much w/math, but in this semester, I actually passed all my tests w/good grades & I know it is because of her. Absolutely taking her College Algebra class JUST for her & I hate getting up early in the morning. Very intellegent.
