Foxy lady
She really is hot, really.
whoo baby!!
Gives great examples.
WO-LA-LA....
Good prof, nice to look at too : )
Great Prof
It's nice to see smart (but still sexy) women in CS.
Never had her .... but want to have her :P
When I selected "very easy" I meant it .. A bit condescending and a suck up
There is a god!!
Born to teach but good luck paying attention to the lesson.
You should try taking a course from her in the summer.WHOO HOO.So hot it hurts
The greatest CS prof ever. She is very friendly, very helpful, and very hot!!!!
Not bad, friendly, interesting,..but this course itself is time consumming
i don't mind sit down and listen to her talking i love her voice it's amazing:)
WOW WOW WEE WAH!....
Good prof, damn she's hot
It's all good ;)
PPL shes sizzlin looking, but he he,becareful abt the paper
not a bad prof. she is quite the looker, but whatever. as a prof, not bad
needs to wear more vinyl
cute, but is a killer at exams beaware: ok..hay ok..hay
Way better java prof than Jacobs, way better looking too

Great prof! She is interesting, and explains things so clear. Smokin!
She might be hot but the workload for this one is crazy!
Easy class. She marks easy. Exams are super easy.
She's the only thing easier than her class.
sHes simply the reason i still exist in CS. only took one class with her... sexy
Very helpful. Not a pushover, however. Hot!
The lectures are pointless. Listening to them may lower your IQ
Helpful & explains concepts clearly. Will work with you until you understand.
Easy class
Thank god she's hot!
good prof.
Lucid teacher, easy subject matter.
Not bad, not bad.
You better understand the course material cause most of the class you'll be drooling insead of learning
Took class because I heard she was hot. She's DF :) Her new perm took some time to get used to, but the candy she gives out *wink, wink* before midterms and finals is to kill for!
Very friendly outgoing personality. Easy to interface with... Sorta looks like trinity from the matrix, though lacks the latex.
I never had her but I can't wait. Her courses are tough I hear but she is easy on the eyes. Can't wait to make her aquaintance and judge for myself. The perm just makes her even hotter!
:D Yea she's hot... ALSO - She's approachable and willing to help students with difficult concepts. The workload for this course is pretty heavy, so don't take it with any other programming courses unless you live off coffee.
The best prof I've had in the CS faculty.
While this course will suck up all your weekends for all of the term, she's more then willing to help you out as best she can. Gives solid notes, and wants everyone to do well; however, she can't help the fact that the course has a very heavy workload.

Great prof. Gave alot of concern to students problems. Course was somewhat lacking in content, but was still very informative. Shame more profs don't care for the students as much as her. Received zero feedback during CS4997 however...
Nice prof, midterm was pretty easy. Only complaint is that the notes weren't available online and that she uses slides for every class, making going to class boring. Also, attendence was mandatory so it was double the fun...

I think everyone always says hot, so I'll say it too. Look a bit like trinity from the matrix (cs people need to get out more). Teaches well, and you can understand what he says (which is rare in this degree).
University profs are never THAT helpful but she is understandable at times and the course is pretty easy... I don't really like her hair that much though :P but she is hot
I like her,she is sweet.
Too many notes to copy, and they weren't helpful for the assignments. I like Webber, although I do not like her teaching. She assumes we know more than we do, 1073 was incredibly easy and I found taking this course with her very challenging.
Great teacher,****ty course, but that isnt her fault. She cares a lot about her students, and will help you out with anything if she can. The fact that shes a total stunner is secondary. Tough marker though

good prof
great prof. she knows what she is talking about. and explans everything very well
Too many homework. The exam is too hard.
killer !!!
Great teacher! This is a class I doubted I'd understand, but IMO she made it very simple to understand.
DON'T put extra effort into your assignments with this prof; if will NOT pay off. I busted my ass in this course and I always made just the minimum I could get without failing - what a piss off!!! So don't get fancy, just do what you have to.
OK teacher, but some assignments were well past anything we were capable of doing without spending days on them trying to figure out the stuff
This teacher is the worst teacher I have ever had. She acts like if you have never programmed before you aren't worth her time.
You would never know she has a kid in high school, she looks really young. I had prior experience with Java so the class was pretty easy, and she explains concepts clearly. Though... arrays... arrays were not fun and the final assignment was an entire level higher than anything done in class. I'll have to see what the exam is going to be like.
You need to to class every day to pass the tests, but don't bust your ass on the assignments. You can work for hours on the group project and only get a mediocre mark. I always felt like she talked down to us, like children, but overall a good prof.
She's a pretty good teacher! Much better than the other (so I hear). She's good at explaining things but there are a lot of in-class pop quizzes so I'd suggest going. The assignments are do able but look them over after because sometimes the markers screw up the grading...
Good Teacher, Tough class, Talks down a little bit but no biggy. not a horrible class if you like CS
hot...
Nice prof. She's pretty helpful, but the course sucks. It's really easy at the start, then gets tough. Go to class, there are frequent quizzes which count for way too much of your final grade. Assignments aren't bad, take your time with them though. The exam was essentially all the quizzes photocopied and stapled together, with a few new things.
Webber does a good job at explaining what you need to know and is a very nice person out of class. Her assignments where tough, but where great preparation for both the midterm and the exam. One word of warning: she has a very annoying voice. Think Dolores Umbrage in Harry Potter... Still, great prof, I would recommend her.
Natalie was a great prof! She is very good at teaching the material and she is very willing to help.
Really nice teacher. Class is kinda boring but pretty easy. Most of the assignments are easy except the ones about excel. Exam was the two midterms plus a couple questions about the new material. She posts the slides on blackboard before the midterms so just study from those. Textbook is kinda useless if you go to class regularly.
Amazing professor, the work load in the course is a bit much but the professor is great, very easy to follow and makes things very easy to understand, amazing prof!
Good prof. Clearly knows the material well. Only problem I had was some things were dragged on too long and others were not focused on enough. But that is a personal opinion. Friendly and very clear spoken.
One of the best professors I've ever had. Really dedicated, top quality prof.
Too many homework. Not approachable.
Awesome prof, explains things very well and will answer any questions.
Beware of her course. She doesn't explain things well, gave no warning as to what types of things would be on the final, only prof to not offer a review or a tutorial for the exam. Failed over 70% of her student, and she doesn't consider grading on a curve. Still waiting on my exam mark
Natalie is the best choice for students new to programming. She knows the subject matter really well, and is excellent at introducing concepts that can be hard to grasp at first. Programming isn't something that comes particularly hard to me, but I still found Natalie's lectures to be quite helpful.
Once again, Natalie impresses with her introduction of new and potentially-difficult topics in a clear and concise way. She's easy to talk to, happy to help students who need it, and patient when students ask old questions after they've fallen behind. For most students, though, she is just a great teacher.
Natalie could probably teach java to a five year old or a particularly smart monkey. A great choice if you have no prior experience with programming; class might be a little slow if you do, but is still super helpful for solidifying your basics. Genuinely a very friendly and involved prof who is easy to approach and easy to get in contact with.
Natalie is easily my favorite professor in CS. Everything she teaches is clear and she knows the subject area well. She is super patient with students who don't have previous programming experience and explains things well. She is also involved in every event you will go to and is by far one of the most approachable prof's.
Respected Professor @ UNB. She's intelligent, and willing to answer questions. Easily accessible outside of class time (usually in her office or the CSA lounge). Participate & try assignments on your own? She'll bend over backwards to help you. Heads the CSA and is very active in Student Life. Very pleasant to meet. DON'T SKIP CLASS.
Very organized, a little too repetitive but more practice is always better. Will get angry and maybe even throw you out if you are a minute late. Lots of help available outside class. Final was easy/fair, be sure to practice GUI button examples. Textbook unnecessary, assignments require math skills and research, practice practice practice.
Natalie is a knowledgeable, but dull professor. Her slides, lectures, and examples are all so boring. She makes it easy for first time programmers, maybe too easy. I can't imagine anyone putting effort into CS1073 and failing. Her insistence on mandatory attendance and tutorials is a pain. She can't lecture to save her life.
I found that she talked to us like we were small children. Her lectures were unbelievably boring, I found it almost impossible for me to pay attention in class, and plus the fact that class is mandatory made it even worse. This prof is why I decided to switch my major.
Only CS prof with mandatory tutorials
A very good choice if you are unfamiliar to programming. Natalie explains VERY thoroughly and goes over important topics multiple times. If you are new to programming you will have lots of opportunities to clearly learn new ideas and apply them. If you have experience programming you may be bored as many topics are covered a few times. Great notes!
She marks very hard on easy concepts. I emailed her about my team members contributions and she sent the email to my team. Doesn't answer any questions in emails and is very hard on people that miss class even for good reason. I asked to meet with her and she wouldn't answer.
Nathalie is a very good and caring professor. That said, she will expect you to show up to all of your classes and for you to put a lot of work towards the course. She is a tough Grader but will usually give you good feedback and is easily approachable. If you put a lot of effort into what you do, you will love this teacher!
She is not very familiar with the concepts she teaches.
Wonderful professor, very easy to understand and gives a ton of examples and hand outs for practice which is very useful on tests. I would recommend her to anybody new to programming.
Awesome professor and is great with explaining everything during her lectures. Only CS1073 prof that hands out practice questions/examples that are VERY helpful for midterm and especially the exam. Do all of them 2 or 3 times.
Natalie Webber is the type of first-year prof where you'll go in, do the work, and leave. She scarcely answers emails, patronizes students, and can seem sassy at times. But outside of class she is one who is easy to approach, talk to, and ask questions. Just a warning, though, CS1073 has a VERY high fail rate, but that is due to the course, not her
She is an amazing prof! Explains stuff easily for anyone to understand and if you have a question she will do her best to explain it so you understand.
DO NOT TAKE HER COURSE! She is a horrible professor, terrible attendance policy (miss 5 labs or lectures or tutuorials and you get a D, doesnt care if its a valid excuse), talks to us like we are children, emailed her serveral times during the course, she didnt reply once, the class average on the midterm was 51%. Shes the reason I switched majors.
She will ruin your life, get ready to put in double the work for this course and receive half the grade. Do not take her course, if you try to contact her via email she doesnt respond, if you go try to talk to her about the email, she then says email me, played a game of cat and mouse with her the whole term. Also 5 absences and you get a D.
Her lectures had nothing to do with the assignments. The assignments, on average, took 8 hours to complete. Also, her advice for when struggling with labs and assignments is to "look back at your notes."
She treats you a bit like your still in high school, with mandatory checked attendance to every class she does (all grade levels), but she genuinely cares about your success, she teaches well and her tests are very balanced to the course content. She's a good prof.
Her lectures were well organized and she gave lots of examples. Natalie really cares for her students and is always willing to answer questions. She put in lots of extra work to make sure that the move to online classes went as smoothly as possible.
I had done some Java programming before so this class was pretty easy for me, but I still learned things. Natalie was always willing to answer questions. She explained everything very clearly and gave out lots of practice exercises. If you go to class and do the work you won't have any problems.
The best prof for CS1073! Take this from Natalie if you can. She is so helpful and really wants you to do well.
Terrible professor, please do not take this prof if you are going into CS1073 since she will make you switch majors instead of getting inspired to code. Hard assignments with mandatory attendance will make you suffer more than engineering students. If you truly want to get into coding and are new to it, please consider any other profs.
- Great lecture setups, easy to follow. - Labs may or may not cover what had gone over in previous lectures. - Strict professor, answers to questions are ambiguous. - Textbook not heavily needed. - Generally, pretty good. Feeling a decent 7.
Recycled videos from the previous year instead of teaching. 0/5 if I could.
She just recycled old lecture videos from last year. She doesn't answer emails and is barely accessible. She never posts the answers to quizzes or homework and only goes over some of the things she may have posted in that week's lecture during tutorials. She is very strict and keeps giving homework, even days before finals begin. No extra credit.
The worst prof I've had in my life. Lectures are long and vague. Overcomplicated and tough assignments (even the TA's said the assignments were too hard for the class). Impossible to reach, so don't even bother emailing. Garbage policies with no leniency. Just switch prof if you can, she's horrible. She designed the class so you fail.
I'm graduating now and Natalie is one of the best profs that I had at UNB. She was great for first year java and helped me a lot later on too.
I don't get the negative comments. Natalie is great. She always answered my questions and helped me a lot. Some people were really rude to her but she handled it. 1073 is a lot of work but just go to class and do the work and she'll help you through it.
I loved her honestly. She made java understandable and simplified the topics. Her lectures are a little slow, but that's a good thing if you don't have prior coding experience. The assignments and labs are painfully long and complicated though, and this course does have a high fail rate but as long as you put in the effort you'll be fine.
She's was good overall. Assignments and labs usually take a really long time especially for people with no prior experience. Lectures are well structured, but the help sessions are terrible. Midterm was tough for someone with no experience, and exam was fair. high fail rate (70%), so make sure to keep up with the work and get help when needed. 8/10
Her lectures are extremely slow. She has no leniency regarding anything, which is awful considering that students in her class are usually first years. Course is designed awfully & is made for you to fail if you don't have prior coding experience. It's not beginner friendly at all. Mean for no reason. I'd recommend taking any other instructor.
The course was really hard and the grading often felt a tad unreasonable, but overall I learned a lot. The lectures were really thorough, clear, and highly organized. Hard not to get behind, and you will get a 0 if you submit something 1m late, but if you have a valid reason prof will work with you. Not unkind, just dedicated and busy.
She's nice outside of the classroom. I'm actually glad I had her and that she failed me. Why? Spite is a great motivator, and that motivation got me a 100 in the same course with another professor. So, thank you, Professor Webber, I won't ever forget you!
I had a tough time personally this term and she helped me out a lot. She got me support when I needed it and worked with me to make sure that I got through this course. She really cares and is a good teacher.
Good lectures. Gave us lots of practice questions. Go to class and the exam review you'll be good.
Her lectures are presented well and informative, slides are very helpful, assignments/labs are tough but improves your skills, key is to engage with the material well and to work at it, don't make my mistakes; don't leave things at last minute, study well for midterm and final, be on time and be responsible, she will not tolerate being late.
1. Very high marks for questions she did explain on last min of the last lecture before the exam!!!! 2. Cannot discuss your work or homework with your friends. She pretend to be nice but, if you want to take CS1073 course with her, be sure you will fall a couple of times!! my advice is not to take CS1073 with her.
She doesnt cover most of the materials in lectures and it would later come up in test or mid terms. Lots of self studying
My first computer science teacher that threatens to fail you if you use your computer in class. It was nothing but downhill from there.
Some might say that her energy matches an elementary school teacher's due to her strict teaching style. However, she can definitely provide motivation as she isn't one of those professor who just reads off slides. Just pay attention to her lecture content especially during tutorials and you should get a decent grade even without note-taking.
You really do need to put in a lot of effort for this class and Natalie is ready to help whenever you need it. She can be strict but as long as you pay attention to her lectures, be in class on time, and take notes, it should be easy
She's pretty strict and even passive aggressive at times aka don't cross her. I hope you don't have to go to the bathroom during her 2 hour lecture/tutorial (which she just turns into a massive lecture) because she will just lock the door on you and send a passive aggressive email to everyone in the class.
I am taking CS1073 for the second time right now, I don't think she is a good professor, but after I saw another professor who is better than her, I knew that I HAD CHOSEN A WRONG CS1073 COURSE IN THE FIRST TIME!!!!
Real Good Proff.
Natalie is a very thorough professor and taking her for 1073 was one of the best things I did. Her way of explaining things made it easy for me to understand Java. She is very strict but reasonable. She gives a lot of extra practice questions from past year midterms and finals and that really helped me prepare very well for the exam.
Natalie is the best for Java. She knows her stuff and her lectures are really clear. The exam is a bit tough but she goes over lots of practice questions so you'll be ready. Take this course from her if you can.
Natalie's CS1073 can be tough, but her thorough lectures and practice questions make it manageable. The strict deadlines are a challenge, but she's willing to work with you. Unstuck AI was a lifesaver for my prep.
Natalie Webber is undoubtably the best Java I professor. I made many friends in other Java I classes and I saw how lost they were, how they were practicing the wrong things for midterms, and I was like does your prof not print out sheets of questions from previous midterms / exams? No they do not. If you are in her class consider yourself blessed.
She really cares and wants you to succeed. Gives lots of practice exercises.
Natalie Webber is amazing when it comes to explain the basic concepts. She gives ALOT of practice questions and they really help you build a foundation and do well in the course. Hard work is necessary but attend the lectures, do the assignments and practice questions and you'll be fine!
she is really knowledgeabe but she is tough grader and she is really strict about quizes and homeworks, she doesn't let student use their creativity by solving the problems the other ways other than the way she is asking for(things she said in class has to get use in test and homeworks).
just an awful professor
CS1073 can be difficult if you haven't had previous experience with Java, however Professor Webber does supply plenty of programming and tracing problems to help you understand. Some lectures may get dull, however quizzes and assignment are reasonably difficult, and you always can get feedback. Be sure to show up to class, she does do attendance.
Professor Webber puts lots of effort into making sure students understand the course materiel, with practice problems and plenty of on-campus resources. While there might be quite a bit of work (weekly assignments and quizzes), the work is challenging, but doable. Lectures were clear and easy to understand, but do note that attendance is mandatory.
