He was a great professor. He gives you access to his notes online, which helps during lecture. He does offer extra credit, it is not needed though. He has study guides for the tests, so you know what you need. He has chapter quizzes, but they are only worth 10%. Do well on the homework and test, and you'll be fine. Going to class helps too.

However his class is not easy (mostly because of the subject) but if you like and learn from taking notes this is your class. If youre a hands on learner he is good. For homework, he posts lecture videos going over the hw step-by-step so his class is an easy A if you do all the work and attend class. Very monotone but will wake you up. Professor Narragon was great! I took him for a mini, hes clear on what work needs to be done and answers emails very quickly. Quizzes were easy! Exams were timed but , you have 3 attempts. We had one group project , but was not that bad. Just turn in all your work and participate, no reason why you shouldn't get an A. Take him!!!

Very interactive, super flexible, gives you more than enough time to complete assignments. Even allowed multiple attempts at the end of the course for a chance to fix your grade. Accounting is not an easy subject for someone like me who does not enjoy math or numbers. He even made videos to explain each chapter and concept. Goes above and beyond.

I took profesor Narragons online class and it was very clear and easy as long as you do the homework and quizzes on connect every week along with 4 exams. Lots of homework But thats to be expect for an online class! He does give extra credit!! I got a B because of my Own fault due to falling behind but caught up quick! Wish he taught Acct 2302!!

I have taken his 8 week online class and it was great and pretty much easy, the online class have a bit of homework but for it managible while taking another 4 classes during the semester.

I took him for the 8 week online course. This class although is only 8 weeks long is very doable! All of his due dates are more than fair (3 chapters every 2 weeks) he also does videos where he shows you how to do the HW. I found his videos very helpful and one of the reasons I succeeded in his class. I would definitely take him again. 10/10!

This was my first class I've taken with Professor Narragon while doing community college and university at the same time and honestly, I loved him. I took this course as a May mini class. While it is a lot of work up front, set aside time and if you complete what's assigned, this class is an easy A. A project is required but get in a group.

You definitely have to put in the work, but he uses connect which makes it almost impossible to fail unless youre not even attempting to pass. I took him for a BUSI 1301 and specifically signed up for this mini when I saw he was the instructor. I wasn't thrilled about doing a mini but he is the best! Instructions are clear, Professor Narragon is extremely helpful/caring, has awesome lecture videos and gives you plenty of chances to learn the content and better your grade.

One class was a full semester and one was a 5 week summer class. there is a homework and quiz for each chapter, one test per unit (4 units) but they are extremely easy because he provides videos showing how to do the homework which is SERIOUSLY GOLDEN. I took his 4-week mini online and was intimidated at first but Professor Narragon organized this class to be much less intimidating. He gives so many lecture videos and even gives a video explaining the homework. There are 4 units. Each unit has 1 db, 3 quizzes, 3 hw assignments and 1 test. No final. Just do your work and you should make an easy A!

This class was done through McGraw-Hill Connect. It can seem like a lot of work but you just need to expect to dedicate a few hours a week working through it. Professor Narragon is very, very fair and was very clear on what was expected. There is an opportunity to opt out of the 4th exam. I would absolutely recommend Professor Narragon.

I've had the privilege of having Professor Narragon for both of my Accounting courses. He is patient, fair and makes himself available to his students for any questions and concerns. From the way in which he delivers his lectures, you will have no doubt that he knows this subject and his instructional videos are awesome! Great sense of humor too!

If you work, this 8 wk mini class is very time consuming so beware. Expect 3 chaps with hw & quiz over each chap and one test per week. Lectures for chapters can be about 2 hr long each. Took online during pandemic, great prof, wants student to succeed. However, personally I feel like acct needs a full semester if you dont want to be overwhelmed.

He was a pretty easy class with like 3-6 small assignments due a week its easier than it sounds, the assignments were easy connect assignments that has unlimited attempts the quiz had like 3 attempts but they were easy and a weekly pack back post which is like a discussion board all you had to do was talk about any topic that week we learned.

Professor Narragon's online class is mostly taught through his online lectures along with powerpoints. He goes through some of the homework with you in his lectures and is very easy to follow while picking up on accounting education. He's a pretty funny guy too and class isn't too difficult, would recommend.

The class was online, the book was provided using Cengage. Be prepared to read the chapters to get the answers to each exercise. As long as you follow the instructions provided you will do well. Professor Narragon made himself available for assistance and he responded to emails in a timely fashion. I enjoyed that he did engage with the class.

There is a project you can start on early don't wait till the last minute pretty easy. I completed his 8-week course and already signed up for his ACCT 2302 and BUSI1301.

I liked this professor so much I have taken him for ACCT 2301, ACCT 2302, and BUSI 1301. Did all courses in 8 weeks, including 6 discussion boards, 12 homework assignments, 12 quizzes, and four tests. (use google for help) Unlimited tries on homework and 3 attempts on quizzes and tests. Don't pick another teacher easy A+ in all his classes.

I took Professor Narragon for a three week mini course. Homework almost everyday (expected in a mini) but nothing too hard. He gave clear instructions on assignments. He also let you retake your assignments and quizzes up to 3 times for a better grade. There really is NO reason you should fail his class. One group project but lets you make a group.

I took professor Narragon for both BUSI 1301 and 2305. He is a great and understanding professor. Easy to reach by email, and very helpful. Business Stats is a harder class, but do the homeworks, quizzes, and discussion boards and you'll be fine. There were 4 exams and a project, so the workload isn't too crazy. If I could, I'd take him again.

His online class was unbeatable. All the work is given at the beginning and each few chapters are due every week. Could be one solid night of homework for the week and you'll knock it out or it could be a few hour nighters. Great guy, didn't meet him but seemed solid. Answered emails and wasn't too much work, but a lil work. Would take again.

Sometimes he will be late to post the assignments which can be an inconvienece if you plan your week out for the other classes. Honestly one of the best classes I've taken. Not overwhelming and super manageable. He walks through the HW with you by videos he posts and eliminates the factor of not knowing how to do something. He's also kind of funny and messes up sometimes and laughs about it but overall, it was a SUPER EASY A.

Professor Narragon is the best professor I've had at San Jac. I took him for BUSI1301 last semester and ACCT2303 and he's done an exceptional job. His work is not that hard and he is very caring for his students. failed the course at UH but took it here and he helped me so much.

I wanted to say that his class is pretty easy. His workload is very manageable as well. However, it's not normal the time he takes to grade stuff. Literally, sometimes he takes two to three weeks to grade assignments and discussion boards. This class was very condensed and easy. There were 5 DB, 4 unit tests, 14 quizzes and 14 assignments. I have only 2 complaints. In the quizzes and unit tests, there were sometimes multiple correct options for a question, but only one would earn you the credit at the end. Another negative thing is that this professor takes too long to grade stuff.

Professor Narragon was great for me this semester! All you have to do is keep up with the work and you will get an easy A, He was easy to contact and happy to help.

Took his businesses class and he was one of the easiest to follow up with. All the assignments were simple if you write notes and all the quizzes were straightforward.

I've taken 3 classes with professor Narragon and he's been great for all three classes. I would have considered the difficulty level a 1, but there is a lot of homework which is easy, but a lot. You get THREE tries on all assignments. He is an easy grader and will help you with anything. He also allows you to collaborate with other students. Do it!

Don't be deterred by the amount of homework. You get THREE tries on all assignments. Professor Narragon is an easy grader and super helpful with assignments in blackboard. He encourages students to collaborate and makes class fun. He even let us go back and retake assignments at the end of the class for a better grade. TAKE HIS COURSES!!!

This class well prepared me for upper level stats classes. It is hard, tedious, and frustrating; however, Professor Narragon was there to help. He was accessible through GroupMe everyday including the weekends. He also goes over questions similar to your homework so watch those for understanding

I took him for supervison and he was a good professor even though I took him online. Posted his assignments, it is quite a lot of homework but it helped with bringing my grade up. His informational lectures were easy to understand and he broke them down in such easy terms that really helped with the assignments.
