She is a very effective teacher.

She is sometimes hard to understand, but always willing to repeat and very helpful with concepts. She has a very dry sense of humor and tries to make class fun. She refers to her students as her "children" and makes you feel that she truly cares about your success. She is very knowlegable and intelligent. Do homework and you will do fine!

I liked her alot as a teacher, she was fast but only because she was forced to be fast. If I needed help she was always happy to give it and was eager to go beyond what most teachers would consider doing.

Mrs. Keelin is an excellent teacher. It is true that she talks fast, but you get used to it, until you do just ask her to repeat, she will. Some students do seem to feel she is singling them out. If its you, just talk to her, she cares about your success and means you no harm. I recommend her, she is fair and interesting.

Micro is really her thing. She teaches it with a passion. Her accent is a bit difficult for some people, but after a while everyone gets used to it and she's patient about repeating herself when asked. Great teacher!

Wonderful Teacher. Is from India and comes from a very different background, but it is awesome how she tries to understand our culture and language. Very sweet and funny. If you make an effort, you'll get an A. Just make sure to stop what you are doing when she is explaining the lab because she will call you out on it if you're not listening.

Absolutely loved this lab! Will be taking her lab for BIOL 2402 and 2420. Very helpful, wants her students to do well, and will explain however many times she needs to for the whole class to understand. She loves teaching, and it shows!

At first she came off intimidating & scary, but that changed quickly. There's no messing around in her lab. She's very clear on what she wants you to do. She's a busy lady, so you'll have to remind her sometimes of your situation but she is very flexible when working with her students as long as you're courteous and polite. Ms. Keelin was a great teacher! Her lectures covered the material for the tests and she even told us which questions would be asked. She did have an Indian accent, but it was easy to adapt to it. Please attend lectures and take notes! She provides study material online. She is approachable and communicates well.

She is awesome! Professor Keelin will make you laugh so hard, which in this class is really great. She gives insightful information about the topic but the best part is that she would tell stories related to the subject that when testing later on helped my recall substantially. She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is talking about!

She is a good professor but i feel like she is not the right one for me. I just couldn't really understand how to study for her test and it frustrated me. This was a required course for BIOL-2401, and it consisted of McGraw smartbook work. It can be time-consuming but it is an easy 100.
