Come on! - Neil, to his credit, is very interested in international business, and hence the attempted phD. But he does not show expertise of the subject AT ALL, has terribly structured lectures and feels the need to make us buy a text that he never makes us use. Add some more theory - use example to support your lecture, not be your lecture.
