Dr. Brandt is by far my favorite professor at CSCC! She is very helpful with the case study assignments and other assignments she gives the students. I highly recommend her! You will not be dissappointed.

While going over suicide in my Abnormal Psychology class, I had a suicide of a dear friend, and she went ABOVE and BEYOND anything I could ever expect from a teacher at Columbus State, or anywhere for that matter. Not only did she catch me up on classes that I missed, but she gave me resources for me and friends to help in the situation! I3her!

Dr. Brandt is an exceptional teacher!! She is very straight forward with her lectures and grading. She uses every day examples so its easier to relate the material your choice of career. There is a homework assignment about once a week but all relates to the material. She does extra credit and her exam study guides are very well done!

Nicole is one of the best instructors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is EXTREMELY warm, friendly, and helpful. She answers any and all questions, explains assignments well, and gives feedback for all assignments and tests. I highly recommend taking her courses. Nicole Brandt is one of the nicest professors at Columbus State. She understands when stuff gets in the way of school, and she is there for you. If you try in this class you will do great!

I loved her, I think in these kind of courses it's so important for the professor to be passionate about what they are teaching and she absolutely was, and takes her job very seriously. She used personal stories related to topics we were learning about, but was good about staying on topic & making sure material was understood.

All psych 1100 web classes contain the same content, design, and layout but Dr. Brandt is THE BEST choice for taking the web section of this class. She communicates with the class regularly and answers questions by email in great detail, very quickly. She cares about her students and her door is always open- I highly recommend her!

Prof. Brandt is awesome! She's very kind and respectful and she grades fairly. You get out of what you put into this class. She likes group assignments but they are very easy. She does several different types of learning styles (videos, group work, ppt, service learning). She excellent at explaining things! I would give her a perfect score!

There's not enough words to describe how much of a great prof she is. Shes knowledgeable, very genuine, and will go above and beyond to help you pass. I wish she could be my prof for every class. You will enjoy her class.

I can't believe I was so lucky to have Dr. Brandt as a professor. Her online class is stellar. I actually want to take psych again so I can have her in person rather than online. Phenomenal. Bridges the gap for distances learners, responds quickly and thoroughly to emails, updates info often, work is textbook, not too hard but not easy, you will learn in her class. She is really kind and truly wants you to succeed. Provides a ton of resources

She is everything you would want in a professor. It was an online class but she made it feel like in class. She sends email beginning of the week remaining everyone on what needs to be done. Responds to emails quickly, in all shes amazing. Take her class and you will fall in love with psychology but be ready to read.

Prior to taking the class I read on line reviews about Prof. Brandt and I figured the reviews were to good to be true, to my surprise they are not. She is excellent! Very responsive, very direct with whats to be expected and just a flat out great professor. Take her class if you have a chance, you can thank me later!

Her study guides are straight forward on what you need to know, and if you study that you'll pass easy. Homework is based on doing some work at home then attending class to participate on a worksheet. She lets you earn up to 20 points of extra credit and always has some extra credit on the tests. Great with answering any questions you have.

Dr. Brandt is the most inspiring professor I've ever had. Her lectures are fantastic, she makes it easy to learn, and makes you want to come to class. Even if you aren't a psych major, take her class before you leave cstate!

Dr. Brandt is one of my favorite instructors of all-time now! She has unique activities to make sure she makes learning fun, and they were very helpful. Most of work done online, I took the blended course. 4 exams, as long as you do your work and go over the terms you will do great! Amazing course, I learned a lot about myself and others.

I would defiantly recommend Dr. Brandt. She is very involved. Her main goal seems to be to give accelerate and further your education. She is very caring and wants what's best for her students, and gets back to you very quickly (Also a bonus). She is very organized, and easy to understand. I loved Professor Brandt. There was so much communication. I feel like her main objective really was to help us learn as much as we could. Greatest professor i've ever had! She cares about her students and makes herself available outside of class! Word of advice just study all her study guides and you will get an A, her test is exactly the study guide.

she crushes it. take this class, she helps you out hardcore if you have any questions. I had an 88 in the class and she gave out a 15 point extra credit at the end of semester and it boosted me to an A. you will have to study, but its interesting material.

Lots of assignments, I took the B term course and it was pretty easy. 3 exams and final are all 100 questions and follow exactly what you've learned and read. Just participate in the discussion boards, read the assigned chapters and complete the assignments and study guides its an easy A.

Literally probably one of the best professors I have had at C-State. Although an online course, her video lectures were so personable and full of incredible information. She responded in a timely manner to emails and made sure that we had plenty of opportunities for extra credit. Challenged me & made me think and made it all so relatable to life.

My favorite professor by far. She always gave fantastic feedback, and if you ever made any mistakes she was always accessible via Email and she told you exactly what went wrong, and how to do better next time. Definitely looking into taking more classes with her in the future! She is also very accommodating with emergencies and other accommodation

This class requires a lot of reading and work but I must say the professor was great. She did a good job at explaining all of the work for the week and I liked the set up of her online class. The only thing was I felt like she was kind of disconnected with the class but I never really needed her for any help since everything was set up great!

If you have the chance to take a course from Dr. Brandt, you must do so. PSY 2261 was one of the most interesting courses I've ever taken. Dr. Brandt is incredibly caring and really knows her stuff. Her lectures capture you and her assignments make you think but are also fun. Highly recommend this course and Dr. Brandt!

This was my first college class and Dr. Brandt gave me a really good experience. I took her fully web intro to psych course over the summer. She was attentive and always available. Dr. Brandt is very clear in her instructions and grading. I had 3 exams and a final. Has some extra credit options available. Really adaptable and caring.

Professor Brandt was fantastic. She is very understanding surrounding emergencies if you need to make up an exam. Hardest part were the 4 exams, STUDY STUDY STUDY, very straightforward class and you will get an A if you are willing to put the time into studying.

This class was very independent and everything was laid out for me to be able to speed through the class on my own. I didn't need to interact with the professor much, which I think is a good thing. There weren't many grades, but they were all easy As.

She is very clear about topics that will be on exams and uses in class group and independent activities to really solidify the material. Extra credit opportunities are regularly available. I was nervous about taking a college class for the first time, especially online, but I was quick to adjust to her class because she was always clear on what we needed to do for the week and when an exam would be coming up. There was a discussion board almost every week, along with mini assignments that went with the chapter(s).

Pretty easy class if you just take the time to study. The exams were the only difficult part. Dr. Brandt is very nice and understanding. There's a lot of assignments, but not hard at all.

I would definetly reccomend Dr. Brandt as a professor. She is very kind and genuinely cares about her students and wants them all to succeed. She always responds to emails fairly quickly and takes the time to help you when you are in need of it.

As long as you read the textbook and think of how to apply her key concepts to real-life scenarios you should be fine, her exams seem to use more real-life problems than just definitions. She also is kind of hard on grading discussion board posts, make sure to answer every part of the prompt.

This is a great professor for Intro to Psy! She cares about her students and everything in Blackboard is laid out beautifully and easily accessible. She replies to emails fairly quickly! This class can range up to a few hours on lectures, however, if you take notes and pay attention you will be okay. Exams are not hard!

I took this class as a freshman in high school and I couldn't have asked for a better professor! She was very nice and is probably the reason I like psychology. She helped me grow as a student and as a person, totally recommend!

Easy A. Didn't read a fully chapter of the book I just completed the weekly study guides(which is what the exams are based on). Some discussion boards but not too bad. If you do your assignments and don't bomb the exams I don't see how you could get lower than an A. Very flexible with due dates and genuinely cares about students.Offers extra credit

You could probably finish this entire class and of the assignments in less than a week. Each assignment takes 30 minutes maximum besides like 2.

Professor Brandt is one of the best professors I've ever had. The things you learn about are pretty neat and she applies test information with real-world scenarios to help you understand it better.

Dr. Brandt was an easy, breezy professor. A fair amount of assignments but they weren't difficult for a prereq. She is pretty responsive and pretty forgiving. She provides plenty of updates and extra credit. She does well in covering her material and is clear about expectations well in advance.

I enjoyed taking child development. She used a lot of real life examples and was very clear about what would be on exams. Participation seemed easy because she was super friendly and inspirational. She wants to see you succeed.

One of the nicest people. I thought the class was very interesting too. Study guides are crucial and it was all I used to study and never got below a 95% on an exam. Extra credit available at the end of the semester
