He is very nice person. He believes in student's honesty and will treat you with respect. If you like graphs it will be easy class for you. Professor's goal is not only to teach you basics of business, but to prepare you for CPE exam.

His class is easy, but you learn a lot of things not only in Business, but also in a real life. He doesn't give us quizes, but just midterm(take-home) and final exams. He explains what's going to be on the exam, so you can do well if you study.

One of the best teachers I've ever had. The work is not easy, but if you're a student that does your work, you'll be fine. We had 2 book reports, a mid-term, a 10 page corporate paper, and a final, which I didn't have to take since I had A's on everything else. Professor Adamou is a great professor. He really cares about where his students go after BMCC and he cares about what they do in life. He does require a lot of papers but they are fair, mostly common sense. Pay attention and do the papers/work and you will pass.

This Professor was EXCELLENT, He went above and beyond to get the slackers in the class to try and get those good grades he knew they are capable of achieving, but in a very light and fun way. I was a computer science in a winter session class. This guy is Not only a professor, but a mentor and friend. His teachings stayed with me long after the class was over. Was a short session but I learned a lot. He is one of those rare profoundly wise and kind people. You'll be a better person for having been his student.

Dr. Adamou is an absolutely great finance professor, but don't expect him to be easy. Only 1/3 of our class remained by the end of the semester. But don't mistake toughness for indifference, but the opposite. Expect heavy excel use and to study your textbook. Professor Adamou is the one of the greatest Professor at BMCC teaching FNB100 and BUS200. I recommend taking the synchronous class rather than the asynchronous class. Professor Adamou teaches with passion and provides you with everything you need to pass the course. I highly recommend Professor Adamou.

He may seem intimidating at first, but he is such a sweetheart. You'll do great as long as you participate and attend his lectures all the time. He teaches students to learn and gain tips for their future careers in business or finance.

Professor Adamou is a GREAT professor. I took this course online and started this class a week late but got caught up right away. He gave clear instructions and was easy to talk to if you did not understand the work. He is a straight forward man and being present would get you very far in class. I've learned a lot about becoming a great leader.

No homework, but a few big projects. There's a lot to read in order to participate in the discussions (highly prioritize) Since I was in his online class, that's what really matters. He cares for his students, so as long as you over communicate (via email or zoom) then you're going to get a good grade. Highly recommend for non-business majors too!

Participation is a must to him so make sure that you do the readings before class to be ready for his questions. Being knowledgeable in knowing how to use excel sheets is really important so dedicate a bit of your time practicing it if you struggle with it. Overall he is a very caring amazing professor and he truly does want you to learn.
