Professor Baghdadi is so helpful and although the semester is not over yet and ive not yet received my grade, i should confess Ive enjoyed this class a lot..though he doesnt take class attendance, i never missed any class.ill definitely take whatever course he would teach and yes he is hot! be warned of many assignments and difficult exams though!

The course has difficult readings but he really brings them down. He is very helpful and understanding. The assignments are a bit challenging and the midterm exam was not easy!!!!

I had Islam in IR with prof. Baghdadi. I should say the class was very interesting but difficult too. Got a B+ which i think was fair. He does care about students' issues and is very approachable. If you guys read you should be fine despite the difficulty of the class.All in all, I found him so cool.

This class was hard because you have tons of online readings to do, most of which are long. You also have to read the book and attend all lectures. The tests are based on all three of those things. He's helpful, nice, and handsome. I'm a year away from graduation and this is the one class so far where I have learned the most. Got an A-

extremely enjoyed the class and learned a lot. Very good professor and indeed hot. He is a fair grader and curves the grades. I got a B+ which I think is what I deserved. Thats not an easy class and I don't recommend it to slackers but if you read and attend the classes you should be fine.

He's an awesome teacher and a great guy. Really helps out with paper by giving good feedback. He says you need two books but you just need the basic English one not the other one. Class is fun and i would definitely take him again!!!

If you do your work then your guaranteed to pass. He really wants his students to succeed and does everything to help. He's also a very funny guy and engages in good conversation. He teaches amazingly, he doesn't have a word requirement, he just says "write enough" to convey your message. I would recommend that anyone take this man

This is one of the best professors that I've taken at FIU. He really cares for his students and want everyone not only to pass but to learn. He makes the class fun and interesting. He's really easy to talk to and will always help you.

Prof. B was great. We had such a great time in class the entire semester and everyday we learned something new. He is always there for you and willing to help you out. He is very flexible (beware of abusing it) and makes the class interesting. Not an easy A if you dont work hard. Hands down, one of my best profs at FIU.

Prof. Baghdadi is one of the kindest people I have ever met and a great professor on top of that. Clearly loves the subject he teaches and is very knowledgeable. Wish all my profs were like him.

Unfortunately, he didn't really stick to his syllabus but the class consists of policy memos with groups and a final paper. It was an interesting class and I highly recommend him since it isn't difficult for an exit course. He does respond back fast and tries to help you any way he can but you should be ready to read a lot of articles.

Prof. Baghdadi is simply amazing. His grading criteria is so clear and he shows examples in class of exactly how he wants the work- it's fool proof. Very interactive class, and really encourages students to share their work proudly. 3 essays (one counts as a final), and smaller writing submissions along the way. Big on participation!

Obviously he teaches a lot of courses and I don't know how much my opinion about INR4603 matters for your decision to take a course with him or not but I think he is one of really knowledgeable and caring instructors I've had at FIU. Id take any course he teaches.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this professor. He is amazing, he really cares about your grade. He works with you and is understanding if you turn stuff in late. He really cares and wants you to pass. I took him for ENC 1101 & 1102. Totally recommend, super easy class because he wants you to understand and pass.

This professor is an amazing & caring individual, you will learn a lot in his class. His class consist of group projects and a final paper. Although you do not require a textbook he does give you a lot of interesting articles to read and videos to watch. He always replies to your emails and gives you great feedback on your work. I enjoyed having prof. Baghdadi as a professor. All he required us to do (for Summer Term A) was write 2 group papers and a final research paper. I didn't like the idea of working with a group on my assignments but other than that he didn't ask for much and was really nice!

Couldn't have asked for better! Prof. Baghdadi is just amazing. This was my fourth online class but hands down it was the best of all. He is really caring and doesn't leave you on your own wondering what you should do to succeed. I hope I can take another course with him.

Nima is actually one of the best professors you will find. There are a few papers but youll actually learn from the feedback he gives you. Hes funny and caring, and if you are active in the class, he will make sure to help you pass. Amazing teacher.

He's the best professor at FIU. He is engaging, kind, and charismatic. I took him for analytical writing in political science. The whole class is working towards a final paper. Definitely recommend this guy and he is easy in the eyes too which is never a bad thing. Wish I could take him again.

You have 2 papers and they're due in the middle of the semester and end of the semester. The papers' are about a problem in our society. You can have a partner. Easy class. No midterm and no final. You share your paper in class and he reviews it and gives you advice on how to improve it. He grades it but he gives you 10/10. No class on Friday's.

I am a non-native English speaker and mr. baghdadi helped me a lot to complete this course successfully. There is no doubt that if a student attends the classes he or she WILL GUARANTEE LEARN ATLEAST THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF WRITING SKILLS. I registered another course with him so I can learn more stuffs from him. Prof. Is really knowledgeable and easy

Good teacher overall. Although attendance isn't mandatory, it does play a role in how long it takes for your assignment to be graded and determines whether or not you receive feedback on your work. only three assignments throughout the semester, and no midterm. He is very understanding and flexible, but don't take his kindness for granted.

Fascinating class, fantastic professor, a great experience before I graduate FIU. It's a shame I did not have him before for my other courses. I highly recommend his class but it is definitely not for slackers.

Before his class I basically did not know how to write essays but he helped me soooo much. He's the kindest professor I've ever had. Always answers his emails quickly which i liked. Very very knowledgeable. PLEASE TAKE HIM :)

Mr. nima is awsome. His all courses are designed same as grad level classes (research, good thesis, and writing). This is my 2nd class with him and his classes prepared me for grad classes. It is not an esay A; however, you will learn A LOT GUARANTEED!! The professor always help you his best.

He is an amazing professor. He goes step by step with his assignments to make sure you understand the criteria. He gives great feedback, and he lets you know how you can fix your mistakes and avoid them next time. He cares about his students and won't penalize you if you're just a few minutes late. I would definitely take a class with him again.

This man is the best professor I've ever had (enc 1+2) and I've had quite a few. I hate English due to mundane writing prompts, but he made everything so enjoyable and made the class about IMPROVING YOUR WRITING, not about trivial English rules. He gives amazing feedback but is a fair grader. If he sees you putting in an effort, you will do well

The best professor I've had at FIU. He puts his students' success first and does anything to help them out. He is always available inside and outside the class to answer questions and settle confusions. Very engaging class. I never learned so much in one class as I have in his. It is great that FIU hires professors like Mr. Baghdadi.

He is AMAZING! I would take any politics classes with him again. Loved and respected by students. Reading list could be daunting but he doesn't make you memorize information. He helped students so much outside of class. Very approachable and friendly.

The best class I had this semester. His class is always nearly full although he doesnt take attendance. I learned a lot and had a great time in prof. Baghdadi 's class.

This class is not for lazy ones ... He is very understanding, smart and definitely cool. I loved his lectures and I learned so much. Just show up, pay attention, and write a good final paper. NO TESTS! I would definitely take him again.

He is easygoing and really cares about your success. Loved listening to his lectures which opens up your eyes to important things others ignore.

This man is a gem. He gives you MANY chances to get a good grade. If you email him if you ever have difficulty with submitting an assignment, he's more than happy to be flexible. We played a "game" where you collect points through the quizzes; the top 3 students in the game (I was 3rd) receive an automatic A. What a great professor. TAKE HIM!!!!!!

Amazing professor! Class is composed of a weekly 5 question quiz that opens Friday and is due Sunday at 5 pm. Quizzes are based on the readings. One vlog project where you submit a 6-minute video discussing an assigned article. Biweekly 250-word discussion in response to a student's vlog presentation on an article. & Cumulative final.

He is so sweet and caring about his students and am sad I couldn't take his ENC 1102 class. As long as you doing your assignments on time, you'll get an A. He's very understanding if circumstances happen and will work alongside you. His lectures are optional where he reviews basic information. Overall, love this guy to death and it's a 10/10 class.

Very straight forward. I took him in the summer during covid so it was online. Many assignment but not difficult at all. Easy grader. Would recommend.

Prof. Baghdadi is great if you like learning the content but hate doing long arduous assignments. He provides a weekly lecture video and the only grades are 1 discussion/week (250 words, no replies) and 3 exams total. I have learned so much without stressing about work.

Professor Baghdadi is excellent. His lectures are amazing which really prepares you for the tests. The class only had a presentation, a midterm, and a final exam.

A lot of reading! I spent 7 hours readings one chapter, and could not keep up with other readings in other classes. He knows his stuff very well, but I think he was really harsh on me. I really wanted to learn in the class but was overwhelmed with the amount of reading we had to do. Learn the fundamentals of INR, if not it will slow you down!

Super friendly and sweet teacher. Not a challenging class at all. 2-3 assignments a week but not hard at all. No exams. A couple of 10 or fewer questions quizzes. The book is free. Super calm teacher. His class was my comfort class cause he just did a short lecture, went over assignments, and let us go early a lot. Great teacher. I recommend!

Great Professor. You can tell he really cares about his students and wants them to succeed. I took this class for the Summer B term and the work load was a bit heavy but expected with any summer course. All the assignments were pretty simple and straightforward.

Nima is a caring professor who makes the work manageable. The assignments can be tedious, but engaging with the resources and using tools like unstuck study helps a lot. Recommended if you don't mind the workload.

Don't think twice about taking Prof. Baghdadi those who say it's a lot of work are goofy lol, it's an ENC class what do you expect every ENC class is work heavy. He's just so chill and you have like 2 assignments a week. I honestly enjoyed it because you do like a research log and it's fun.

Highly recommend professor Baghdadi if you want a great learning experience. He is always open to questions and genuinely care about students. Will definitely take him again!!

Even though it was fully online with no Zoom meetings, he gave great feedback, graded quickly, and was lenient with late work. Workload was manageable, and he was always available to help. There were a lot of papers, but it's ENC 1102, so that's expected. Definitely recommend!
