This guy is amazing! I honestly hate math but wow does he make it easy and clear. He's always ready to help and have the best attitude about it! I don't know where he gets all this positive energy but I'm not complaining. Highly recommend taking his class.

I had Niraj as a TA for my calc class when we worked at OSU. I found it more helpful to attend the classes he taught than my actual Calc professor's lectures. His teaching style is great and he tries really hard to simplify math to help students learn and understand it. You wants you to pass the class.

Great teacher! He's very excited about math and energetic (he's constantly moving around). He breaks down the problems so you can see the step-by-step process. The study guides are very similar to the tests. Office hours are very convenient and if you're willing to work then he's willing to help. I would take him again for future math classes

Prof Wagh is the most enthusiastic, engaging and supportive teacher anyone can ask for. He is easily accessible and his pleasant personality makes him easy to approach for help. I enjoyed his class so much that I have enrolled in his calculus class.

I took College Algebra in the summer of 2016 with Niraj Wagh. He is one of the nicest professors I have ever met. He takes the time to explain his content and if you don't understand, feel free to ask away. He is always in an upbeat attitude, always smiling, and overall super positive. There is a lot of hw but it helps you on the tests.

Uses MyMathLab for H.W. H.W -- problems give examples on all so it takes thinking but will walk you through. Average is 3 H.W's a week 5-6 Hours of H.W total. Gives reviews for exams which total 80% of grade. Exams 2/3 of questions are multiple choice 1/3 have to show work. 4 exams and 1 finals exam. Allows to drop 1 of the 4 not finals though.

I hate math, I'm terrible at it, why does it even exist. Professor Wagh changes that perspective. He is extremely thorough when going over problems. He provides study guides that he goes over the entire class period. Do the HW, study your guides, easy B on exam. Grade is based on exams. You will not leave his class confused and hating your life.

He is a great teacher who honestly loves teaching math to students. He is a very clear grader and it is almost impossible to fail if you do the homework and take notes. He applies what is learned through real world problems so the student understands the material even more. It is probably the easiest calculus class to take. Definitely recommend.

He is pretty decent. He explains stuff in detail and likes to bring humor to class. He is very high energy and sometimes goes a bit too fast. I did love the MYMathLab used in the class. Never even cracked ,y text book and got an A. I never missed a class and did all the assignments.

If you have to take a math, do yourself a favor and take this professor. He takes the time to make sure you understand the concepts and material. His outlines are extremely helpful when completing homework or studying for a test.

Goes over every step thoroughly and really makes sure that you understand. Gives partial credit on tests and homework is online. No graphing calculators allowed. I would recommend him though, he makes it easy.

He is the best math professor I have ever had. Before you go to class, you have print out the notes on his website and you fill them out during his lectures. He tries to make sure the class is alive by having group work and going to board to solve the math problems. The homework and study guide is your pass to an A on the test. Very easy class.

He is a fantastic professor. Calc 2 is a hard class no matter who you take. If you have a good understanding of Algebra and Trigonometry, his class should not be too difficult. If you have any questions, he is more than happy to help. :)

I had Professor Wagh for his online Calc 2 class. His class is very organized and straightforward to follow. As others have said, Calc 2 is probably the hardest math class you'll take until you hit your engineering courses but he breaks it down so well. If you work hard you will get the grade you deserve. Highly recommend.

Professor is pretty decent. The test material come from the HW and the lecture notes. Find some friends and study a bunch if you want an A. Test one class average was 51 and test two the average was 70 and the third test is the final. This is not a class that you can float through. Tests are 75% of the grade...

If you hate math just like I do, take this professor!!! I've always struggled with math and I was worried to take this class since everybody says that it's a very hard class (which is the case) but if you take it with this professor, don't skip any class, pay attention in class and do your homework, you will pass!!!

Prof. Wagh wa a great professor! I clearly understood everything going on and I am very confident in my math skills now. The only thing is the test aren't more than 10 questions, so if you miss one question you won't have the best grade. If you are in search of fully understanding math then this is the professor for you!

The best online math course I have taken at Valencia. He has clearly put a significant amount of time in developing the course for his students. If you are good with algebra and trigonometry, his course is very doable. He is attentive and responds quickly. I highly recommend him for Calc 2 online!

Calc 2 was very easy with this professor (as long as you take the time to memorize and practice the 30+ formulas and 5-10+ trig-related identities needed for the class). Exam reviews prep you for the exam well-enough, and an A is possible as long as a constant effort is made. Professor is very knowledgeable and replies very fast. Great professor.

Its calc 2. We all know its hard, but he did not make it pointlessly chalenging. Rework all problems from the videos and do the reviews multiple times.

Professor Wagh is super nice and helpful. I didn't really care for the way he explains some things in his lectures but Youtube filled that gap for me. The tests all have extra credit questions and he gives partial credit for problems. He is a forgiving grader in my opinion. It's a hard class but I was able to get a 101% in summer semester.

Professor Wagh was one of the best math instructors I have had. He was patient and understanding. Do the homework and study and you will pass his class. It was an easy math class, and I am not good when it comes to math. His teaching style really helped me understand everything. I 100% recommend him if you need this class.

I took Professor Wagh at Lake Nona Campus. He explains everything with such detail and if you have questions he backtracks to make sure you completely understand the concepts. All of the quizzes are online except the Midterms and the final. He is an amazing teacher! This class is an easy A with little effort because everything is exceedingly clear.

I have always been terrible at math but he made it so easy to understand. I took him for College Algebra and I was happily surprised at how simple he made it. Everything that is on the test is what he teaches, the homework can be a little tricky sometimes though. Wish I'd had math teachers like him before.

He is absolutely amazing! Math has always been a subject Im strong in, but i have to admit there are a few topics that do give me a hard time. Prof. Wagh made this class so much easier. At the end of the semester he does offer extra credit, the textbook, homework, and grades are all online through MyMathLab, and he clearly explains everything.

He was a really good professor for precalc. He goes over what we're learning everyday and works out many examples along with the class. I could've gotten an A but I slacked off and missed a couple hws. Hw is online and gives you plenty of time to do it just don't leave it for last minute. Prof Niraj is one of the BEST teachers I had in my life who cares about his students, he provides reviews for all five exams and he drops the one with the lowest grade, excluding the final.I wish I can take him for all my classes. Do H.W on MyMathLab, study the review and the handouts before the exam and you will get an A, He gives lots of credit.

Professor Wagh is an amazing professor. He is thorough with his explanations and makes sure to go fast enough to make the class not feel boring but not too fast to the point where it's confusing. He's a great teacher and made Trig extremely easy for me. I passed with an A and got 100's on almost all the tests! I would definitely recommend him.

Complete the Warm-Ups in class every day, and at the end of the semester you can turn them all in for extra credit! He is willing to help you if you are struggling with a certian topic! He truly cares for all his students and wants to see them succeed and gives as many extra credit opportunities as he can. But don't show up to class late, he hates tardiness! Trig is hard but this professor does a good job at making it as easy as possible to understand. He's very cool & quirky. Won't bore you at all. Very sweet & understanding. Shows real excitement in solving problems which is cool! Love that he makes us do group activities! Be ready to MEMORIZE. He doesn't just give you an A he makes you work for it.

A lot of people shied away from his hybrid course saying his grading is strict, but hes been generous so far and Professor Niraj is very well organized, hybrid means no dates change, he gets everything done in a timely manner. 3 tests, 1 final, a set of homework each week and his reviews are enough for the tests. no graphing calcs, dont need.

Prof. Wagh was a really good professor!! Explained the material very well and will help you if you need anything. He offered lots of extra credit especially during the pandemic. Gives decent amount of homework. There are 2 tests and a final (accumulative). Tests are just like the review. Drops the lowest test grade. Take him!!

Professor Niraj is one of the best professors that I could ever ask for. He does really good lectures and makes sure that everyone understands each part about each lecture. The exams are not the easiest, but if you study you will get an A in the class. Definitely take him! he is the best!

Amazing professor, I had him mixed mode (basically all online) and his lectures were very knowledgeable. I was scared to take calc 3 online and i had heard he was a tough grader (he takes points off for silly things like not putting the formula u were using or something) but I really enjoyed his class and his set up. Super organized and clear.

Professor Wagh gave very clear lectures and he was very passionate to teach his students. He is not a heavy grader, however, you do have to work hard to earn your grade, and he is always available for help if you reach out to him and show him you care and are willing to put in the work. He makes the math look very simple and repeats himself well.

The homework is enough to get you prepared for exams but not too much. There are no tests in the class, just exams. They take up a big part of your grade. Wagh is a very kind professor, he's very easy to reach out to and genuinely cares about our success. I had him online during covid: video lectures 1-2 a week with a webassign assignment, 3 multiple choice exams, and a final. Calc 2 is a hard class, sometimes the lectures are hard to follow but if you email him he always tries to work with you.

Prof. Wagh is a model STEM educator. I had him for Calc 2 online in summer 2020 while covid was still raging, and he was so understanding in that regard (didn't make the class harder than needed). His class is super straightforward, I would recommend him to everyone! Lectures are clear, and his exams are very fair (no proctoring). Very doable! GOAT

Professor Wagh was nice and did lecture videos each week. All you have to do is print the notes and fill it in while watching his videos. He drops your lowest test score at the end of the semester. The test were challenging but the notes helped out as study guides. If you ever need extra help he is very willing to.

There is nothing to complain about his class. Calculus 2 turned out to be achievable. He is very dedicated, kind, and patient. There is not much work. As long as you follow his videos lectures and guideline, getting an A is easy. You have to purchase Webassign math lab, which is very helpful, especial for those who must take 3 Calculus classes.

Professor Wagh is a very caring professor. His lectures walk you through step by step to ensure a clear understanding. His availability outside of class is outstanding which made completing homework less of a hassle. He made Calculus two seem easy.

A typical week has 2 to 3 lecture videos and accompanying MyMathLabs. Easy work. If you do the work, you'll be fine. He is pretty good and answers any questions quickly.

Good professor. Class consists of him going over a weekly review and then a few group work problems. There is about 2 online assignments weekly on the online textbook that you need to purchase.

He's a great professor but get ready to watch a lot of videos. I took him as a four credit hour Calculus course, so you can't really blame him for the class having a lot of work.

Professor Wagh was a great Calc 2 prof. He actually made Calc 2 not seem hard and his lectures were great. Exams were easier than the homework. Start the assigned work early in the week and follow his How to Study Math Well and you will do great. He gives extra credit. He is so willing to help you. Take him if you can.
