hey, if you want to pass this class, thi is the right one. he is funny, and make the class interesting whereas other english professors are boring. he help you a lot and he doesn't give a damn thing when you don't write well instead he let you rewrite it and give you A. the final project is usually a research paper don't don't worry it's quite easy

Professor Bandele is very good. He sometimes goes on small tangents about other things, but they are always relevant to texts or current events and he thoroughly explains the tasks we do in class. He guides students very well and really helps students personally if they need it. He grades relatively well too. Highly recommended professor.

Professor Bandele is the best one proffesor i've had in the entire college year. Hopefully i will have him again in ENG 102.

What u want me to say about this professor? I used to hate poem, did not make any sense to me. Also, Romeo and Juliet oh my god! I thought this would be a boaring class. This Professor is the best English teacher in the world. He's very clear and concise with what he expects from his students. We were only required to purchase a $6 book for the class everything else such as poems and short stories he provided. LOVE THIS GUY. After taking my first class with him, I knew I had to take him again. He makes the classroom feel like a gathering. Everyone gets personal. I think he's a wonderful professor. I loved the way he interacted with the class and we taught one another and not so much the professor doing all the work. He takes late papers, lets you revise it after he does; until you're happy with your grade. He's really insightful, funny and engaging.

My ENG-101 original teacher took ill and was unable to come back for the last 5 weeks of the semester, the College gave us Professor Bandele, he saved us from having to re-take the course the following semester. it was so amazing as to how much he covered in such a short time. it was a very good class.. would take any class he teaches.

I really enjoyed his class. Never a dull moment. Our theme was "love" and we had to submit only three papers. And the papers were really fun to write! I got an A, but I wouldn't label him as "Easy A". He's a fair grader; you get the grade you deserve. I definitely recommend him.

Amazing professor, he is always helping you, he always have this incredible energy. I loved him. I would take him again. Our theme was true love. He was so inspirational and clear. He constantly goes out of topic (Almost all the time) and he talks a lot but what he is always saying is so true and it makes you get interest in the class.

Prof. Nkosi is one of the most inspirational professors I've ever had. He is super funny, intelligent, and will make you think on a different lever in various of topics. His classes are NEVER boring ( watching movie, listening songs...) and he appreciate if you participate. Make sure to listen, take notes, and bring essays.

he is a passionate prof. He goes on tangents sometimes but if you have any questions you should raise your hand and he'll direct his full attention towards you. He will revise your papers as many times as you want which is great. you can submit late work but I don't recommend that because you may be in over your head with work before you know it.

When you go to his class for the first time, he is a trip. He made everyday fun and weird each class. Some classes he would just go off topic. His feedback on the revision to paper and be a bit confusing, but if you sit down with him, he can sit down and explain. He will wait til everyone in class leave to make sure no one has any more questions.

I can not believe that this Professor is not rated with 5.0?! The BEST lecturer and storyteller I have ever had. Just read his book,"The Ape is Dead,"and you'll see what I'm taking about. I have worked around my schedule only so I can take his class again. There is nobody like him at LaGuardia as far as his humor, stories...

In one word, he is HILARIOUS !! He gives students tons of guidelines, sample essays for every paper, and let them revise many times for a better grade. I like how he inspired us for revising and editing. His way of grading style is what made me interested and encouraged from the beginning. Just take him if you find his class, you won't regret.

I took his classes ENG 101 and ENG 102. Both classes ware very nice. Easy to get A grade. And these classes didn't even have tests. Just you need to submit papers, which you can revise many times. For ENG 102, there were more papers and it was tougher tho.

Bandele has to be one of the best English teachers out there. He gives you plenty of useful handouts and always gets his points across. He helps people master their foundations, enjoyable 8 AM class and inspires students to be a better person. TAKE HIS CLASS! HE HELPS SO MUCH! It wasn't a secure A, but it was sure worth my time and effort.

Professor Bandele is an inspirational Professor. I can say easy A, as long as the work is done. Make sure you go to class and do your assignments. Professor Bendele will give handouts so that takes care of not getting a textbook. make sure to keep the handouts as they are used throughout the class.

During the pandemic, Professor Nkosi Brandele (Prof Marvel), was so patient and extremely understanding. He checks in on a continuous base on our work, and if I needed more time he was understanding. But he still expected you to get your papers and assignment completed. Awesome Professor!

I start on Fall 2019, and i'm here to rate him because his the best professor ever, I recommend to take his class if you are new at LAGCC, he will make you feel comfortable. Professor Bandele is one of the best professors, here at LaGuardia. His classes are always cheerful, and engaging, even through Zoom. He is very understanding, and will give you extra time on assignments, if you need the extra time.
