Ms. B, great caring teacher. 1st year teaching, alot of the material we covered was not tested and teaching style was fast. Homework with each lesson, and 5 tests including final. You will find the reviews are very close to the tests. Very caring, make sure students aren't left behind. Responds to emails timely.

Professor Noorjahan was so great professor and she was taught first year in Fall 2019. She is very great at break down on solve problem. However, she give you lot of homework and her style was pretty fast. I would take her again.

Ms. Burrun was a joy! I was very nervous for this class to begin as math was my struggle area. She made classes well about the lessons that would later then be reflected on by doing homework. Professor Burrun actually helped me to understand STATS. She takes the time to give excellent test reviews that are very similar to her tests. She goes above and beyond to show you how to not only calculate your work using a calculator (which she provides for you to borrow during class) but also how to work it on paper. She is a great professor!

I took another professors stats course last semester and failed due to that professors hands off approach. Burrun is not hands off. She will not continue until you understand the material. An amazing teacher! Had her for stats and she was determined to help us to reach our goals and understand the material. Though coming to class is essential because we begin exactly at the scheduled time and work throughout class. Tests are exactly like her reviews and she awards partial credit if your work is correct and answer is slightly off.

Professor Burrun is a great teacher. She does move quickly, but there is a lot to cover. It's easy to tell that she truly cares about her students and wants all of them to succeed. She allows you to have an index card of notes on each test. This class was an easy A and I usually struggle with math. Just pay attention in class and it'll be a breeze.

First semester of college, this professor did not disappoint. She gives partial credit even if you didnt get the right answer (as long as you show your steps). Very respectful and obviously cares for her students and always announces at what time she is available to tutoring. TAKE HERRRR.

Literally hands down best professor! She truly does care about her students and gives extra credit ! I would definitely recommend to do all the extra credit she gives and show your steps on test she gives partial credit! Another thing I loved is when testing you get an index card and you can fill out as much info you need to pass the test.

I've taken Stats a couple of times now and those other times have been very difficult because the professor was not the best. but professor BURRRUN is the best stats professor or professor in general that I have had. This is the most straightforward class that I have ever taken, her class is so easy she gives 4 tests 27 assignments and drops one of the lowest test grades, and drop 3 assignment. Her test is very easy usually 20 questions and one bonus question she gives reviews and the test is multiple choice. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING HER CLASS.

Take this course with her!! She explains each lesson so well and I was able to learn so much!! She has a lot of homework but if you take the time to do it and learn it, you will do well on her tests. She does have an accent so it was hard to understand her at the beginning of the semester but be patient with her, because you'll get used to it!

I took professor Burrun's contemporary math class in my first semester during spring 2022. She made this math course pretty easy in my opinion. If you put in the time to do your homework and study the reviews before test, I can guarantee you at least a B+ even if math is not your strongest subject. Professor, Noorjahan is a great teacher. she shows you step by step on any topic. if you have any questions, she will help you. she has office hours if you need more help. the class itself is heavy if you plan to take stats only take her class if you know you are going to put 110% into the work she gives.

She is an amazing teacher. She gives you a packet per unit and goes over it in class. So when you do the homework at home you can use the packet for help. It is homework heavy but if you do the homework and review you will do good on the test. Definitely recommend.

I did not need to study to get an A+, i only needed 50 to get an A at the final, It's that Easy! some people drop early because they are scared of the amount of papers and homework, but she opens everything at the end for a full two week! Highly recommend if you want an easy A

She's great at teaching the material(which there is lots of). There is weekly homework and tests. I took her sat class and would cram the hw thu and fri and do the test before monday. Tests are easy as long as you do the review I got 100s in two of the four tests, the others were 80s. The final was the same. Get ready for lots of formulas tho

She gives very detailed lectures. She cares that her students understand before moving on to the next topic. She is humble and very caring as a human. Homework is 20% of your grade, and she gives ample opportunity to get it done. She drops the lowest test score and 3 homework assignments. I would take her again at any opportunity! 10 out of 10!

She is the best hands down! Loved her class. There's Homework as expected it's a math class, but you can go to the math lab for assistance if needed. Test reviews are super precise! I enjoyed her class she is a very caring professor. I took two classes with her I took STATS previously and passed her class I enjoyed it and took her contemporary math this semester and enjoyed it definitely easier than stats as you know the basics already. Professor Burrun does everything she can and more for each student individually and for the class. As long as you show up to lectures and do the homework (mostly just for practice) there is no reason any student should get less than an A.

Professor Burrun class was a joy. She gave clear guidelines before beginning of class as well where to receive support outside of class if needed. Test were easy and you get to drop 1 but not the final. Before testing I went to tutoring to ask questions I may have had on the Review Test and I received a very high A. As long as homework (unlimited tries) is done and lectures aren't skipped, getting an A in this class is very possible. Notes are detailed, I recommend that class is not skipped b/c it will correspond with the HW & tests. Best that review is practiced and studied for exams. When student communicates with the professor a happy median can be met.

She sets very clear expectations up front, and her syllabus is easy to follow. She answers her emails quickly, too. The course wasn't completely opened up in the beginning, but the pace she set was identical to the pace I would have chosen. She grades tests personally, even after the software grades them, so you are guaranteed a fair assessment.

I took this professor for both College Algebra and Business Math. She is an amazing professor with easy tests. She lets you use one page of notes for her tests which you can copy straight from her test reviews.

I took her for Elementary Stats as a mini winter semester, so it can transfer over to UTA for my degree. She's super nice and responds fast. She also sends announcements almost daily which was extremely helpful in keeping up and informing us. I'm not a math person at all but I got an easy A even with it being a 16-week course crammed into 11 days!

I took this course as a minimester, so it was definitely intense, but this professor made it very manageable and fun! She let us send her our scratch papers for partial credit and we were allowed one page of notes for exams. Statistics gets a bad rep, but I really enjoyed taking it with her. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

Exceptional Professor. Clear lessons and criteria, cares for her students, great with communication, and provides opportunities to increase your grade. The exams are proctored but are closely related to the homework and quizzes within the course. If this course is a requirement, or something of interest, I recommend taking this Professor.

The professor Burrun was excellent to provide pdf lecture and well-explained videos to help you understand every topic. When you don't understand something, she answers your emails on time and with a good explanation and a good care of you.

Mrs. Burrun posted videos of lectures and example problems which were super helpful to learn the content. There is a textbook you have to pay for but you don't need it at all. Everything you need is in the videos and she does an amazing job explaining. There are homework assignments after each video. Tests are basically the same as the reviews!

The course was very easy, and I took it during the summer. Lots of homework on Pearson with a test review. Tests are proctored closely, but very similar to test reviews. Just practice on the test reviews repeatedly, and you'll make a 100. She posts detailed videos with fill-in packets that are very helpful. Turn in written work for partial credit.

She is really good, very informative. I took the online (5-week), yes 5-week course. It was still very doable with a part-time job on top of it. Make sure to stay consistent, and keep up with the work and you'll be just fine.
