Doctor Moussa, is like one of the students. She seems like she really cares. Would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Nour is an amazing prof! She is very kind and she genuinely cares for her students and wants them to succeed. She replies to emails very fast and she gives out a lot of hints for the exams. Skip class and you definitely will not pass. I recommend taking Nour as your prof.

Nour is an amazing professor, truly cares about her students. It was not the easiest class, but Nour does her best to break down concepts and make class enjoyable. Quizzes are alright, the assignments are super easy and seminar participation is an easy 5%. Make sure to do those study questions, as they reflect questions on the midterms and finals!

Professor Moussa is the BEST! She genuinely cares about her students and wants them to succeed. Make sure to come to class and type out everything she says, as itll save you studying time and you wont be looking for it in the textbook. Also do her study questions !!

It was difficult to understand her sometimes but when you look back at her notes while studying its extremely clear what was being conveyed. The material was a lot and the final consisted mainly of pre midterm stuff (which she didnt explicitly state) but she gave LOTS of part marks

The class was supposed to be in person but because of the lockdown, we were online until the in-person final. Nour was accomodating and caring making the midterm and final open book. The grade components were participation, 2 quizzes, 2 assignments, a map (which were all easy) then the midterm and final which would have been difficult with no notes

Dr Moussa is a very amazing professor. I can't really say enough about her. She is very thorough in her lectures and she genuinely cares about her students and their grades. She will take the extra time to explain difficult concepts and ideas. Overall I wish I had her for every single course offered in university. Thank you Dr. Moussa.

This is my first year at MacEwan, and I was so worried from labs. I had Dr. Nour, and she was very helpful during the 4 in-person labs, she goes through the experiment over and over with every single student. Highly recommend her!

I love Nour. She is kind and she tests on her slides. If you take good notes during lecture you will do really good. You also receive a participation grade by your attendance at seminar, which is an easy 100%.

Nour is awesome. She is funny, caring, and knowledgeable. She gave me some good advice about my general academic career too, very helpful. I recommend her for any bio courses at MacEwan. The lab reports were involved and time-consuming; 107 is a difficult course overall. Nour is willing to help if you're struggling.

Overall, I enjoyed her class. She was very passionate about the subject and shared some of her own research with us. She also provided very clear expectations and study guides for exams and assignments. She was not very good at answering questions during class however, and does not post full versions of notes so try not to miss classes.

Literally love her so much, I don't know what else to say, she really knows what she's talking about and loves to chat with students about exams/assignments/class notes etc. She marks fairly for the assignments and exams but she's by far one of the best bio teachers I've had!

Biochemistry is one of the hardest courses according to people, but she honestly made this course one of the easiest. Her lectures are insightful and reflect the exam content, and 10% of your grade is only to show up in class. She marked fairly and gave extensions if needed for assignments. The exams are heavy, so be sure to study the slides well

She cares about her students a lot and is always eager to help. The book was not mandatory just make sure you pay attention in class and focus on understanding rather than memorizing the materials. She gives clear guide on what is expected on exams. The exams are tricky not gonna lie but you will do well if you put in some effort.

She is one of the best professors I've ever had. She teaches the material well and repeats herself to make sure everything is clear. She is always eager to help.

She is the best professor I have had for a biology lab. Dr.Moussa is always willing to help, and she takes her time to make sure that the students understand the concept. She replies within 1-2 days if you email her, but I would recommend her office hours. Her marking is fair, she gives partial marks if you deserve them.

Tests were fair but content heavy. Nour cares for her students and has a deep interest in teaching biology and ensuring it makes sense for all students. She connects a lot with students and cares for their future success outside of the class. A very good biology prof.

I was in her Biology 101 class last semester, and I finished the course with an A+. She explained the class content in such a clear way that I could easily grasp and understand every lecture, and she was always happy to answer any questions students had. I find she is also an easy marker. This class was an easy A+.

Loooooved Dr. Nour for Bio 205. She's so welcoming and just so kind. If you're ever confused or something is unclear, she'll stay back or she'll even walk with you while she's explaining to you, its amazing! I switched uni's and miss her )

Professor Moussa is by far the best professor I have encountered in MacEwan University. She dumbs down difficult topics and really takes her time in explaining concepts. As long as you go to class it is pretty easy to understand the course material. If you have any uncertainties you can come up to her and ask questions after class or during class.

Her lectures are very good but it is extremely annoying that she doesn't post her notes online and you must attend class to fill in the blanks. Her tests are also all knowledge application style so cheat sheets are basically useless.

You have to attend lectures to write the missing notes because she explained to us from the beginning that she will not be posting the slides due to a copy right between BIOL107 profs. Ms. Moussa is a great professor. Lectures are heavy, it would be a wise to attend to fill in the gaps in your notes. She allows us to take pictures of her slides, because she can not post them due to intellectual rights which she had mentioned at the beginning of the semester.

She is so sweet and cares so much about her students. She helped me whenever I was confused and her tests are not difficult to prepare for.

Dr. Moussa is definitely my favorite professor that I have taken a class with at MacEwan. She is super sweet and calm. She clearly states what's going to be on exams and gives practice that is almost identical to what is actually tested on the exams. Lab is pretty boring, and attendance is mandatory, but that isn't her fault. LOVE HER!

Taken in the spring term, we spent 4 hours a day with Nour. She was funny and kept things casual, made things clear, and never made me feel stupid for asking questions. She graded easily and insanely quick. Her lectures were clear and she knows what she's talking about. She is very good with accommodations. She gave us treats at every test!

Not sure what all these negative comments are about. I thought she was pretty nice and good at teaching. She explains difficult topics in more digestible ways with drawings on the board, videos, and external sources to help. We are allowed a double sided cheat sheet for the exams and final. Explains stuff again if you just ask her to.

Lectures are very engaging and you can get so much from office hours. literally dont listen to what ppl are saying her exams are so easy and her written is literally the questions in the notes. exams are super easy and she is very responsive if you show you care about the course. don't listen to what these people are saying, shes the goat!!!!!!!
