She is super nice! And extremely helpful! GIVES LOTS OF EXTRA CREDIT! I'm still in this class but I'm going to come out with an A+ DOWN SIDE: I'm scared I'll get onto harder material later and not know what I'm doing because I've relied on her help too much.

AWESOME teacher. I took a night class just to have Ms. Jordan. I recommend EVERYONE to take her class and have told EVERYONE I know who is in Calhoun to take her classes. Ms Jordan is fair, caring, and has a awe-inspiring attitude to motivate students to learn.

Highly recommend this teacher. If you don't get the material, you either aren't paying attention or aren't doing the work. She makes the class easy to learn as long as you are an active participant in learning (doing the work). I would recommend her for any class she teaches.

WOW!If you are BAD in Math or dom't like numbers at all, Take Accounting under Mrs.Jordan, she is funny, helpfull and will WORK with you. she loves Accounting and will help you see it can be usefull to you in you everyday life. Took the tax class online with Mrs. Jordan. I highly recommend this teacher. She is fair and wants you to do well. I hated the subject matter but I've had her before and she is by far my favorite teacher, hands down. Do your work and you will do well.

Mrs. Jordan knows what she's doing and does it well. I suppose that is because she appears to love teaching. She has a pleasing personality so the times passes quickly. I spent quite a bit of time on this class but am taking her again next semester. I definitely recommend her.

Ms. Jordan was an awesome teacher in the classroom however I had her for inline BUS 248 in the summer and she didn't explain the material in her recorded lectures as well as she did in class. She basically read straight from the book. All the tests are scantrons and 25 MC and their is a project.

Mrs. Jordan is a good teacher as well as a great person. There is an online homework assignment before every test, just pay attention in class or read the book and you'll pass. The DQs are simple and if you understand basic math then this class is easy.

Mrs. Jordans class is no joke, there are homework assignments and a test for every chapter. The work load may seem overwhelming at first, but her lectures explain the material very clearly. Read the chapter before each class, dont procrastinate on the assignments, and youll be fine. Also, the final isnt cumulative so thats nice.

Mrs Jordan is a wonderful teacher. She does assign very intensive amounts of homework as well as tests every third class. Her tests are much easier than her assignments and test structure is always given clearly. However, she teaches the material clearly and enthusiasticly. I am already enrolled in her accounting 2 class for next semester.

I decided to work towards a degree after being out of school 21 years. Mrs Jordan inspired me to push myself and not give up. Very thankful to have her as teacher my first semester back in school.

I was afraid to signup for her class, because of the review. she is amazing ,no Cengage, read chapter quiz ,1 to 2 Hw each chapter and 4 test, she can tutor you if you need help, she put plenty of practice test ,give a study guide for test. she is very kind, and you never get board in her class, she kind fast for me. This has been my hardest class yet. I'm still in the process of taking it online, but wanted to say her videos are fabulous. LOT's of assignments that are very long and time consuming. She's the only choice online, so I'm glad she's been good. Responds to email quickly and is respectable.

Those reviews scared, but my friend told me to take her, and I'm glad I did. she very kind, and sh will help you if you need help, but you must work, nothing comes easy. this is a hard subject, please don't ask hard or easy, you have to work, no Cengage HW, YAY but there is HW from the book. that to help force learning. study guide available.

Mrs Jordan is a wonderful instructor. I took her 241 class last semester on campus and this semester I took 242 online. For each module there was a quiz, homework and exam. She gives you a practice exam as well as practice homework. If you read, study and do your homework you can pass each exam. She is more than fair with grading.

I love Mrs. Jordan .she care about her student. she gives you a practice test. if you do them you will do good, reading quiz. I do not mind her homework because that will help in your grade. I regret not taking her this semester because it was online. but she provides a video.I'm stuck with a horrible teacher that I fail my test.

Favorite class and professor so far. This is a very hard class, but she is willing to help and wants you to succeed. Responds quickly to emails, little slow on grading. Gives extra credit occasionally. Amazing lectures! Helps you with any problems you might have. Highly recommend. Would take this class again.

Mrs. Jordan is a solid choice. She is definitely passionate about the subject and wants you to succeed. Her grading plan is the best and the practice exams are very similar to the real exams and she allows a cheat sheet. She definitely makes you work for your grade. I am looking forward to BUS 242 with her next semester. Ignore the bad reviews.

Mrs. Jordan is a gem! She gives you everything you need to ace the class, gives great lectures, and CARES about her students. She lets you use cheat sheets on exams and gives great tips on how to study. Do not procrastinate in this class. I am sad this was my last class with her. I also learned a lot about professionalism. She's also a fair grader.

There was 3 group projects over the semester. All of the work was on Cengage. Ms. Jordan is super nice and helpful and give a lot of bonus work. She was great!

There's no way you should fail her class, The only reason I got a C was because I missed a group project. She gives extra credit, and the homework and group projects are your bread and better. Test can be complicated, but they don't make up the majority of your grade.

Class is hard but Mrs. Jordan gives you numerous of materials and supplies to help you pass! She is willing to help but she does expect you to put in the work for the class.

Mrs. Jordan is an amazing teacher. I personally am not interested in accounting, but I do need it to get my degree and Mrs. Jordan made this class easy for me to follow along. She makes class interesting and she is a great communicator and very caring. She sets you up for success so if you don't pass it's literally on you.

she is very unique in her own way of grading. I would take her class again, if you take good notes in her class you will pass. Her group projects are worth more than exams so make sure those projects are done well. She is very awesome and takes her time with each student and gives good explanations 10/10 would recommend!
