Tough Class, Tough Test, but you learn a lot, if you put the effort in. Definately not a class if you want to skate by, but if you want to benefit out of the Tuition you pay and learn something take him.

This course covers a lot of key material that will help you out in the long run if you pay attention. Crazy number of assignments but it isn't all busy work. I would recomend this class based on his sense of humor alone. Also, its required.

Great teacher, great class if you truly want to learn how to learn.... I got an A in his class, and it is possible, despite what others say... if you learn to think differently! Don't memorize... understand, and it will be a piece of cake!

His class is a little time consuming and challenging. You can still pull a good grade in the class. He makes us go to a field trip to Biggs Harley Davison. What are all you ****es babbling about? If you cannot handle his class then you should not graduate.

Ofer was too much fun over the semester! He was not hard to understand and he was more than willing to take an extra couple of minutes to clarify a topic. Also, the anonymous posting board was a blast. There was a lot of really interesting reading there. PS. IAA was tough but worth it in the end. A+

Ofer is a great professor. He REALLY tries to make sure you understand the concepts and is very easy to get ahold of if you have any questions. I've never had a professor that was so passionate about teaching. Plus, he was really entertaining and made class as fun as he could. :o)

444 is a major pain regardless of your professor. Ofer grades hard, but is fair overall. Very enthusiastic, tries to get you to be, too.

BUS 444 is a difficult class no matter what professor you have. Ofer is a great professor and is always available to help his students. Up to a certain point it isn't the professor's fault if you don't "get" the material.

Funny quirky guy, runs a fun class. Sometimes you have to repeat something a few times before he hears you. Always avaialable outside of class. Lots of writing, Tons of reading. Do the PO's they aren't graded/free points. Allows for creativity in assignments. Intensive course but not too difficult.

The class will be hard no matter what prof. you take....it's just a lot of work in general. But Ofer is AWESOME. He makes the material fun and has a good sense of humor and is always willing to help in and out of class. I recommend taking 444 with him. The class is a bummer, but he makes it a little bit easier.

Ofer is an great teacher. This class is hard no matter what and I am glad I got to take it with him. He really cares about his students and wants to help you 100%. He is also funny and quirky which makes sitting through a 2 hour class that much more bearable. He really seems to enjoy teaching students. :)

He is grest in class. Although is unclear in response to questions outside of class. He is somewhat strict on grading, but extremely nice prof. I'm glad that I took the class with him overall. Overall I would recommend him.

Great professor - very clear and also fun. Teaches you to think. Go everyday, pay attention, participate and take notes. Ask questions if you don't understand.

Ofer is great. I like the class' format. We do the readings and then go over them in class. He grades tough, but I can't complain 'cause I got an A- on the midterm. The grades are spread through a ton of team projects, but I enjoyed them, so I can't knock him for that. Good job Ofer

This class was great! Very difficult and a lot of work, but I learned a lot from the material. There is no B.S.ing meilich as he has already developed an opinion on most issues you will discuss. There is no easy A in 444, but ofer is very quirky and really keeps the students interest. Overall, he does a great job and i would recommend his class

He is one of the best. It is hard work. You would have hell all the way but it is worth it. Take him:) You would become another person in the end and you would think differently.

More work than other profs but its not as difficult. He makes you think outside of the box and apply concepts to the real world. He is def a goofy guy so class is entertaining for such a hard course.

I dont think I would take any other professor for capstone.He is very hard, yes, but all you have to do is attend try to answer some questions in class and do well on most of the quizzes and try to do all the PO's.I got a B and thought I was going to get a C, hes is very passionate and positive about learning you will learn a lot and he is funny.

Totally great teacher. Guy below was just threatened by Ofer's sense of humor which may take some brains to understand. Great class, learned a lot, very out of the box thinker, and although some concepts were a bit over my head, he tried his best to make sure everyone kept up with the pace of the class

Ofer is a great teacher. He is very entertaining and he teaches with passion. I have never laughed so much in class before. Take this class over summer if you can! You have to work hard, but it is not too bad, he is very fair.

Ofer is an awesome teacher! I had heard horror stories about BUS 444 with Antinou and Gannon.....I'm REALLY glad I took this class with Ofer over the summer. The class is alot of work, lots of reading, quizzes everyday but Ofer made it an awesome class. I recommend taking him 100%!

Took BUS 444 two Semesters ago. If you are worried about this professor. BE NOT AFRAID. Work smart not hard!

I was really scared to take this class. Don't worry if you take it with Ofer. 11 quizes, 2 presentations, NO FINAL, NO TESTS, one big paper. There is a lot of reading...but nothing difficult. Just read his power pts. Don't buy the book. Waste of money!

He is open-minded, fun professor

way better than the horror stories from the other professor. this guy is funny, and very educational. how people don't pass this class is beyond me. there is a quiz each class and you need a remote. the test is late in the semester. there are 2 group projects as well. one of the best teachers at cal state because he makes the subject interesting.

Lots of work, but you know what is expected of you. There are 2 group projects that are time consuming, but not difficult. Midterm is hard, but he curved it. He is always responsive and willing to help. He is a hard grader, but expects you to known the material which is understandable! I enjoyed his class and would recommend him.

I graduated four years ago. Three things that stand out: 1) This is what a university level 4th order course should feel like. I learned more than my money's worth and worked hard. 2) "Indeed" 3) Judging from friendly advise, and then seeing it with my own eyes, take Meilich instead of Antoniou at all costs.

Great teacher, long lecture but not boring.

I think Ofer gets a bad rap. He is a funny, genuine guy who wants to see his students succeed. There are no presentations, midterms, or finals. Instead, much of the class is focused on groupwork, as well as weekly writeups and quizzes. Be sure you get a good group. He is probably the best professor to take for BUS444 (behind Cata Ratiu).

Best to take Ofer for Bus 444 over the other professors, trust me. There's a lot of work being a capstone class, but the majority of it group work, and you actually learn a lot. The material is pretty interesting and Ofer's pretty hilarious. Definitely recommended.

Super dorky professor. He'll make you laugh all class. There is no midterm or exam, but like 12 papers so be prepared to read/write! You have to think of a lot of product ideas. His class was super beneficial because he uses real world applications. He gets you excited for next class, leaves little hints. Would take again, he's fun! Lots of work

Professor Meilich is possibly the best professor I've had overall. He seems genuinely interested in ensuring you are learning the material. Allows you to improve grade on written assignments within a time frame. Allows Cheat-Sheets for mid term, no final. Fun class, always making jokes. Respect his class and his time and he will do the same to you

Ofer is a great professor who is passionate and willing to accommodate to students. Bus 444 is a tough class so expect to put time in. Ofer outlines exactly what he expects from students and as long as you pay attention you will get good results. One of the more meaningful classes I have taken. Cant recommend him enough.

Took his 4 hour evening class once a week, was very entertaining. He is engaging but the material is tough. If you're a business or management major you have to take this class anyways, so I'd recommend taking it with him. He actually cares about you as a student, wants you to get a good grade, and will explain whatever you want on quizzes/tests.

4 hours of this class is too much but that's not Ofers fault. You literally have 1 assignment +1 quiz a week, a FEW group projects, and that's it. if you actually engage in class discussion you'll realize that Ofer makes the topics very entertaining, but people don't realize that because they just sit on their MacBooks. Great professor &easy class.

I am confused by the bad reviews because he was genuinely one of the best professors I've had throughout my time here. As long as you put in the effort to study, pay attention to lectures, and follow instructions on assignments there's no reason why you can't get an A.

Overall, a great class and teacher that has a lot of insight into what he is talking about! Won't lie, at first I thought it would be difficult due to the mandatory attendance and quizzes, but as time goes on it became one of the best classes ever taken at csu. His lectures are funny, engaging, and he really tries to make connections with students!
