He is also very patient with his students and does not get easily frustrated. He is also very communicative via email and is always willing to meet before or after if you need extra help! I took Dr. Adele for both Lab and Lecture on campus. Lectures are pretty straight forward make sure you listen and read all the power points. We also had discussions on Blackboard that were pretty interesting to write about. Study guides are given and he will go over them with you. He is always available if you have questions or concerns.

Dr. Adele makes this class very enjoyable and manageable! Follow his instructions and you will be sure to pass! Study the guides he gives you and do the discussion boards. He is quick to respond when you have questions and really cares about you doing well. I would absolutely take him again!

What ever the professor says on the first day of class, make sure to do it. If he says to study the study guide, STUDY the study guide. Discussions are easy but requires alot of reading. You also have so many extra materials that he provides to help you understand the topic more. Ex video, powerpoints, textbook and lectures.

This professor was very understanding when you couldnt make it to class and everything was graded on time. He kept us up to date on our grades throughout the semester! Take him you wont regret it!

I had a great experience taking Dr. Okechukwu's class and never had an issue getting in contact with him if I ever needed a quick reply. His lectures were very informational and he is always open to questions. He encourages questions in lecture by saying, "No question is a dumb question." If you put in the work in his class, you will earn the 'A'.

Easy to follow class. Consists of 4 tests and a few discussions. The study guide that he provides is all you need to study for the test. Grades attendance and you also have to participate in the lectures. I would definitely recommend this class.

Although this class was not meant to be online it turn out to be a really good class. There is a lot of information that the professor applies in real scenarios. I learned a lot. You have to put your time and you'll pass.

I wasn't sure what to expect of this class especially because it would be during this pandemic but Dr. Adele is an amazing teacher. We meet once a week to go over the ppts, we are given discussions and tests. He communicates well with us and will respond to emails at a decent time. Dr. Adele will be straight forward from the beginning explaining you everything that you need to know to succeed on the class. There are 4 test, a discussion board for every other week that there is not a test. His lectures are really interesting and with a nice touch of humor. Very communicative by email. Study, do your discussion board on time.

Dr. Adele is the best Professor I have EVER had. I have learned so much by listening to his lectures and I love how he uses real life clinical scenerios in class. He gave us a study guide that is very helpful for the tests. There are 4 tests (60%) and each test with 100 questions. You need to write and post 6 discussions (40%) and reply 3 discussions for each subjects. Be aware to use APA for citation and reference for discussions for getting grade A. He’s an incredibly knowledgeable professor who prepares you for a future in medicine by asking critical thinking questions mid-lecture. Attending class was inspirational because he knows so much on each subject. I usually am more reserved but participating in this class was so rewarding because even if I answer incorrectly, I get enthusiastic out of learning and achieving the correct answers. If you like having a hands on lab take MCB2010L with Dr. Adele. His lectures are interesting and educational . In order to pass attend class everyday, complete the assigned questions and online lab stimulations, and study the study guides for the mid term & final. I'm currently takin professor Okechukwu for both my lab and my lecture classes. His lectures are very interesting and well explained. He makes the class content very clear and he walks with his class over what's needed to do to pass this class. Micro is a heavy class on its own but so long you study and know your stuff, his class is the best.

I took his MCB lab while I was in the hospital, and I still passed with a B. I am now taking his lecture and got a 92 on my first exam. He is strict on his grading criteria but if you can't pass him then that's your fault. He is strict but lenient and straight to the point. If you put in the work its an easy A. He is the BEST.

Highly recommend taking Professor Okey! He gives 2 in-person exams (midterm and final) and lab manual pages to be turned in on test days. Make sure to stay on top of those pages because it's a lot of work, but super easy. Answers can be found in the same lab manual book and online. Attendance is mandatory only on days he highlights in the calendar.

I really liked this lab class the professor was great and helped step by step during the labs. As long as you complete the lab book and study the study guide for the 2 exams you will be fine and don't forgot to complete the extra credit. Professor Adele was great I recommend this class 100%.

For the lab, a manual is required and before every exam you have to turn it a set of manual exercises. He gives study guides for his 2 exams, if you study his study guide you will be fine.

Professor Adele is truly amazing, not only he will make you feel comfortable in his class, but extremely knowledgeable. Test are quite easy and lots of extra credit as well. Pretty much no homework, only simulation that should be done online every week which are easy 10 min assignments. Would definitely take again :)

Dr. Adele does care about his students, and nowadays, it is hard to find a professor with this quality. It's not a tough class, but it's not easy either because there are lab homeworks and quizzes. Attendance is mandatory. However, he offers various extra credits (5% max). He always transmits positive energy! You can feel he loves to teach.

Dr. Okechukwu offers ample opportunities for success, providing study guides and extra credit. Contrary to a previous review, there was no hurricane on test day, only a flood warning, and the decision to hold classes was the college's. Effort is key to succeeding in this manageable class. Misconceptions about extra points for reviews are unfounded.

Dr. Okechukwu is a great Professor and gives you every opportunity to pass his class. He sends out study guides and as long as you review those you should pass the tests. The class was a hybrid class. The textbooks are required and attendance is mandatory. He gives you the chance to do extra credit to get an additional 5% in the course.

He does give extra credit, and a lot at that, and no one got ec for these reviews. I didn't like the lectures too much, I had to learn a lot on my own, but I think that he was a good professor for the lectures he gave. Tests were easy, you really can get by through route memorization of the study guide.

Dr. Adele is extremely good at teaching both lecture and lab. He does give out weekly discussions and quizzes. The tests and midterm are based on the quizzes, so be prepared to study. Honestly, this was not a hard class. It should be easy to get an A in this class because his test are based off the quizzes (50 questions). I got lazy and ended up with a B by passing only 2 tests. I feel like this course was very self-driven as he had ran out of time to teach at times so we had to finish the lesson ourselves.

Awesome professor! He's very funny and cares about his students. He helped me with my career path because I was confused and he has a lot of knowledge. Lots of homework but very easy. Only two tests and each has a study guide that has the same exact questions as the test. TAKE HIM, you will not regret it. Easy A!

Regarding the review under me, you have all semester to study for the midterm and final and he literally gives you the questions. I made a quizlet and within a day I had all the answers memorized, it's an easy A if you're willing to sit for 2 hours and learn.

Best professor I've taken at MDC. He is genuinely so caring and kind. He makes his lectures so much fun and ties them into his real-life experiences of working at the hospital. Although he gives a bit of homework he gives you a lot of time to complete it.

Dr. Okechukwu has actually been my favorite lab professor I have ever had. He is so personable and tries different ways to help his students excel in the class. He explains everything in great detail, and gives you the study guides for the exams. If you study and do what you need to do for this class you will pass.

If you fail his class its 110% your fault. I commute almost 3 hours to attend his class and I would do it all over again.
