I took English 98 with her. She does get mad sometimes because many students behave like in high school. Other times she got mad because students did not bring the required textbooks to class. On the other hand, she does have an accent, and sometimes her assignments instructions are hard to understand. Do all assigned work, and you will do well.

This class is amazing! Very educational. English has never been my favorite subject. She made me change my attitude to grammar. I never learned so many grammar rules as I did in her class. Professor Vienna splits up the assignments into small assignments, so it is manageble and you get feedback for everything. We had a couple of essays which were both broken down into asignments and then chunked together to form the essay. It makes it easy and enjoyable to write. I loved taking english 120 with Professor Vienna. I took this class right after I graduated high school and it was easy. She lets you resubmit assignments if you don't get a good score on them. She also offers office hours twice a week. One thing that is annoying is she changes due dates a lot. But I enjoyed her class and will take 124 with her.

The assignments are minimal, consisting of only a few engaging papers and a limited number of discussion contributions. Dr. Vienna has a relaxed grading style, making it easy to manage. However, I recommend that she reorganize some of the modules for better clarity. Other than that, it's an excellent course overall.
