She is a super nice professor. Pretty flexible with turning in things late. We watched several movies and only had to write 3 papers. But she gave homework almost everyday, mostly writing journals. If you put in some effort and show up to class you will get a good grade.

i love this instructor. she is always in a good mood, sharing inspirational quotes with us in the beginning of the class. she stays after the class meeting if you need and answers all your questions. and i do like the topics for discussion she chooses for us. a good class!

Dr. Vienna was a really nice teacher. She was super understanding when it came to missing class, as long as you notified her ahead of time and have a pretty good reason. She was a little slow in the beginning because our first essay(Holy Grail) took almost 2 months to finish. Didn't learn much, but a nice teach and an easy A.

Dr. Vienna is my favorite professor at Mesa college. She is amazing. There are a lot of group interactions and peer evaluation sessions that prepare you for better writing. She also gives great feedback . The most important she accepts the late papers and encourages to write another draft if you need to improve your grade. She is super nice.

Great teacher. At first, it was difficult to understand her & some of her direction was not clear, but if you ask her to explain it she is happy too. Some students did not like the class, but these students didn't do the work & ended up dropping. If you show up, do the work, and hang in there, then, you will pass. I would take her again.

As a writer i feel more confident after taking this class. I do not feel that sense of writer's block that i had before.I also feel that i became more fluid in my writing style .I enjoyed the research we made in this class as well as how to make it fit my needs. She's very wise but if you do not keep up you can get lost. Her class is cool because it involves lot of critical thinking. There are many papers but if you try your best and eventually turn everything in you should get good grades, and she accepts late work!

easy assignments, she assigns a lot. seems to be an easy grader, can extend deadlines if msg in advance. follow the rubric she provides and you'll get an A without a doubt. mostly useless reading where you learn nothing(a lot of it), 1st half of semester packed w/ work, 2nd half there's less, still made me want to kms

Do yourself a huge favor and take Dr. Vienna! She really knows her stuff through and through and she will move mountains to help you succeed. She does a great job with her assignments so that they all connect together to make your essays strong, cohesive, and easy.

Extremely easygot almost 100% on almost all my assignments, even if they werent my best work. Only issue is that her directions were sometimes super unclear and became a bit confusing, but she grades so easily that it doesnt matter. Turn in your work and youre guaranteed an A.

Professor Vienna has by far been the most understanding and caring professor I've had during the pandemic and navigating online school. In addition, it's clear she values her job: encourages participation in class, available for flexible office hours, responds quickly to emails, etc. Would take again!

Doesn't grade too harshly, flexible with due dates as long as she sees you're putting in the work. Not super thorough in the feedback notes she gives but she's always made herself available to me and holds zoom office hours so that works out fine.
