He is nice and all, but he gives 0 feedback, and when he does, it doesn't even make sense. He gives students 0 motivation to come to class and takes points off your assignment if you don't show up that week. Get ready to write many papers and get random grades for them. This is a very easy class, but If you want to learn something don't take him.

Dr O is a good person, but his teaching style is still old way. Make sure you are ready to write lot of papers, and you are going to get zero feed backs and similar grades for all the papers. Make sure you are keeping up with your grades because he got different grade book other than D2L

This class was simply alomst impossible. This class was needed for a credit but I wasn't aware that most of the homework in cengage wouldn't be 100% accessible to MacBook users and that should be more clear. ALSO, the homework tok HOURS. I am not exaggerating when i say that because homework doesn't bother me but this was absolutely ridiclous. DNR.

If you're taking online, be prepared for Dr. O to not respect breaks. You'll wake up on the Monday morning of classes starting back with multiple zeroes. He's very short when you try to access him and he normally responds too late, by the time you get his feedback or response there's not enough time to finish your assignment. Too old school for me.

Unrealistic to think anyone with a job or family could keep up. Communication was lacking, help was non existent. Powerpoints provided and materials to learn the course were not what was actually on the tests. This was by far the worst class and professor I have had since being at GHC and then only one I have not gotten an A or B in.

Any time I emailed him with questions his responses were very low effort, as if he only read the subject line, and didn't offer any real answers. Double check ALL due dates as some don't show up in calendar. I got all 0s for week 1 bc they were due at end of semester and never showed up on the weekly assignment calendar in Cengage.

This Professor is very lazy. This professor did not communicate with the class hardly at all until it came time for the course surveys. Then I received seven messages related to the survey. This shows the professor is only after survey responses. PS His few updates show how lacking his intelligence is because his spelling and grammar is quite bad.

Do not expect to hear from him during the course. Myself and other students have tried emailing with no response. The course is through Cengage and it is at your own pace for the most part. Extra credit was offered but was not instructed where or how to submit. Instruction is horrible. I will not take this professor again. EVER.

This professor did not help at all in the course. He doesn't teach. He just throws you in a cingage program that gives you lots of math problems due weekly. Although, I will admit. If someone this lazy can get his phd, then there is nothing stopping me from getting mine. So for that, Thanks Professor O!

the mandatory conference Oris assigned was on a 13th when I had to fly out of the country on the 11th. I emailed asking if there was anyway i could make up for this conference in anyway possible. This was the first time he had ever emailed me back and he just said "NO!!". Save to say, I will NOT be taking a class from this professor again.

Avoid this professor. Unprofessional, lack of communication, and not an ounce of teaching. Uses a platform that costs $150 to grade and teach the class for him. Expect a thousand homework, video quizzes, and exams. Not worth taking this professor even if he's offering eight week classes, trust me. Very unresponsive and passive aggressive in emails.

All work was done through cengage and there was a lot of it, 4-6 assignments a week, has mandatory class every other week that is just him reading a PowerPoint word for word. He makes students take the course evaluation and if they don't he won't grade the final. I highly recommend taking another professor for micro and macro econ classes

Literally do not take this professor. There is like 15 assignments due every week all in which take at least an hour for every assignment. The professor is writing his own reviews. FIND ANY OTHER TEACHER. BE WARNED.

WORST PROFESSOR EVER!!!!!! This guy doesn't TEACH, he's very UNPROFESSIONAL specially when it comes to emailing. He doesn't understand what we tell him. Not sure how he became a professor. He gives us loads of work that's due every week. There's multiple mistakes on these assignments and he does not care which affects our grades. I NEED THERAPY!!!!

He puts up fake positive reviews about himself that's how bad he is.... Please I beg anyone that reads this, Do not take him, there are other options, this man will get you stressed for 8 whole weeks. The work load is crazy. He doesn't do anything, the assignments are self graded and he emails like an elementary schooler. Therapy is expensive too.

This guy is a sad excuse for a teacher. He just throws you into a cengage program ($140) and assigns you ALL THE HOMEWORK IN THE SYSTEM. He will not help you. I've never seen such a hack. He's writing his own positive reviews. But that should be pretty obvious. Just look for the ones that look like they are written by a kindergartener.

This class is very hard let alone how difficult it is to deal with this professor, When you email him, half the time he doesn't respond, and the other times he says something that doesn't even answer the question. He says this is a self-taught class but there are so many mistakes on these assignments and he doesn't even help. Terrible Teacher!

I met with the Dean, and she said that other students in our class are reaching out to her because of this teacher and how awful he is. I can write a whole essay paper on why this guy is the worst professor known to mankind. Just do not take him, this class is very hard, especially at the end of the course.

The syllabus and Cengage have 2 different due dates and the syllabus is all over the place and doesn't even match the same class. He never emails back, and when he does respond, it's like a little kid responding.

He writes all his positive reviews and it doesn't even sound legit. He is so bad and my classmates have made a groupchat and we help each other because he doesn't help and doesn't even respond to emails.

AVOID! Without a doubt, the worst professor I've ever experienced. 0 communication skills; would rather play blame games than help resolve a problem. He does not teach, he refers you to YT videos. If there is a problem, he automatically deflects and refers you to Cengage customer support. It was so bad we went to the dean of the college for help.

I would give a negative review if there was an option. There are so many assignments due every week and they take so long to complete. Taking his class made me cry every week. I wouldn't recommended his class ever. Cengage literally does all the work, he doesn't do anything. Don't take any class with this professor.

For those who are considering taking this class especially if they decide to take the accelerated course, the workload is almost unmanageable and seems impossible to get done in the time constraints that are given. The professor just refers you to check your cengage assignments instead of resolving the issues. I would not recommend this class.

The positive reviews are fake. The professor is writing them. Its so weird that someone would do this, but its probably because so many students have so many issues with him. I don't think English is his first language, but he is so snarky when its likely him who doesn't understand. It makes it almost impossible to communicate with him.

Don't waste your time with this professor. Listen to the ratings that weren't done all on the same day.
