This is for MATH 1342 Statistics. Really good professor and is always willing to help if you just ask or go to his tutor sessions. There are a bunch of online assignments for this course, but as long as you stay on track and be consistent with your work you'll be fine. Overall, a good course and I highly recommend taking.

There are a lot of homework assignments but they aren't to difficult. Only problem is it can be hard to understand him sometimes, and he over explains simple things. (Recommend his tutoring)

Professor RB is the best professor you can get. He truly knows what he's teaching and cares about your wellbeing. He gives lots of opportunities for extra credit and isn't strict with homework due dates, he assigns the homework and it's up to you to be responsible and turn it in before the final exam. He made this class easy to understand. Lovely.

Professor Borroto is great, I wish I could take him for all my math classes, he gives all of his students so much attention and even stayed with me for nearly three hours for tutoring, totally would recommend taking him!

Professor Borroto is probably the best math teacher I've had at Lonestar. He genuinely wants his students to succeed, and will stop to help anyone that is struggling during class. The material was never difficult to understand, he posts extra learning content on D2L and offers tutorials outside of class. There's plenty of extra credit, great proff.

This is a review for his NCBO course taken alongside the 1342 6week program. Professor Rivera is just as active and available to teach you in both the regular graded class as well as the NCBO class. He is very thorough and gives tons of online help to give you a leg up in basic mathematics if you were behind. Once again, AMAZING professor!

I have never been too good at math but seeing how much he cares about us doing well pushed me to challenge myself and get a good grade. He gives an opportunity to join a review session before every test and is always quick with communication if you have questions!

Professor Rivera Borroto was a great professor. He is very understanding but you also have to put in you're part as a student and that was a lesson that was learned the hard way. Do all you're work and you will be set to be sucessful. Professor was great in terms of communication , he gets back to you as soon as he can.

i don't really rate professors but Professor Oscar was amazing. His class was extremely easy and straightforward.

He is a caring professor. He wants you to pass and has many opportunities to raise grades. The work load is heavy with all the videos and homework assignments on MML. Try your best to keep up with syllabus or it will overload you.

Math 1314 was great with this professor! Lots of opportunities to improve your grade as long as you keep up with your work and participate. I would 1000% recommend this class for anyone planning on taking math 1314.

Professor Borroto was so kind and supportive. I was able to learn the material easily through his lectures, and he gives us so much extra credit. During exams he even gives us little snacks to boost our spirits. Math is not my specialty, but if you are ready to learn he will certainly help you.

Professor Rivera Borroto extended the due dates for all tests, quizzes, and homework open until the final exam date, which was very neat if you were behind. He also gave a lot of extra credit opportunities and worked through the reviews for the exams with you through Webex.
