She is an awful teacher! Would not recommend her. I took her twice first time she was nice, but very sarcastic and NOT approachable. Second time she was so mean, def. has her favorites and if your not one of them your screwed. She tells students to do there best, but come to the finals she tells you your screwed. Very Mean!!!!

This is the worst teacher!!! I took her online english 1101 class and she always changed her due dates for assignments, she never gave extra credit, and she never sent back graded essays so you would know why she gave you a 70. Do not get her for a teacher, about 80% of the students in my class failed!!!

Ms. Vedula's instructions have not been clear this semester. It seems as if she's using old instructions and only updating parts of them. I am a straight A student and like to work ahead. That is impossible in this class. She has even changed the instructions for essays and extended the due date on the day they're due!

Mrs. Vedula is the most unorganized professor i had had. She changes schedules at the end of the due dates. She doesn't like emails. She told us in class not to bother her with emails for a couple of weeks in class twice. She doesn't give clear feed backs on essay's at the draft stages and she may give you bad grade on the final submission.

I just finished taking English 1102 and this teacher is horrible! She does not explain anything and you have to critique your own work. Then she expects you to write a 1000 plus word essay not knowing anything you have done right or wrong. How can you learn when you are NOT being taught?? I passed but didn't learn anything.

She talked to much was very disorganized and literally got on to us every class. Her class was more of a hey come to class and lets work on your paper together was more of a workshop then actually learning. We watched 3 movies. Was a total waste of time. I learned nothing.

There are so many things I could say about her that I hate but I don't have enough room... The pacing of the class was horrible- we'd have small "discussions" about stories and get out of class early for a month, then near the end, she rushed essays on us. She would give us feedback on our outlines by the time after the final draft was due.

To give you an indication of how bad of a professor she is, she claims to not care about her ratemyprofessor page, yet you can tell she has written reviews for herself on here... There are many vague positive ratings all posted on the same day, obviously from her. This is unethical and pathetic behavior coming from a professor.

be aware of this professor before enrolling in her course. She grades extremely hard with little to no direction or critique. I payed for this class out of pocket and have been stressed since enrolling. She is so tough and office hours are limited, she wants you to call her instead of emailing but she never answers her phone. She makes life hard

All I can say is that she is just terrible. Arrogant, selfish! She basically doesnt teach at all. You do all the work. All she does is to grade and she is such a tough grader.

Do not take Ms. Vedula, if you struggle with writing. In her class you should be prepare to teach yourself and work hard. Her feedback is minimal, she does not give feedback on rough drafts. Although, I pass her class with a B. I worry most of time, if I was doing good. I would find out until final drafts were graded, to see were I stand at.

She never gives feedback on rough drafts for essays. She is very disorganized and on 2 of my papers she took credit away from my thesis proposals for things that were not even in my paper. It seemed like she gave me a grade on someone else's work because she was confused.

awful professor she has no syllabus online very disorganized. I've always been a great write made an A in Engl1101 but yet she gives me C's on my essays for minor errors. She has no rubric so I cant even see why I have such a low grade.

U can work on an assignment and do your best and she will STILL GIVE YOU A ZERO. she wont even give u partial credit for your work. sends you disgusting feedback and belittles you. I worked on an essay for 3 weeks 1600 words and received a 75 on it. No scorecard as to why I recieved such a low grade. I passed English 1101 with an A but a C in her class. She is hands down the worst professor.

guys, watch out. Ms Vedula is ALWAYS CRITIZING and she never actually teaches. I did really good on my essay and she graded a C! glad i passed. don't go to her class. you WILL regret it.

Out of my 12 years of being a student, Mrs. Vedula was the worst teacher I've ever encountered. She refuses to tell you what you did wrong on assignments and somehow expects you to learn that way. She refuses to take any accountability and throws the blame back at you. I should have switched into another class with a teacher that actually teaches.

I really wish I wouldve read her reviews before taking her class. This lady is a horrible and I mean horrible professor. Ive never came across a professor that is so bad. For one she is horrible at giving feedback. For someone that grades tuff, sucks at helping people do better. She also takes forever to grade. I do not recommend her at all.

She roasts and embarrasses you in front of the whole class if you come 1 minute late. Does it look like I got the whole day to be sitting in the class 3 hours before it starts? I think ms. vedula does just that. She also takes a million years to grade. And she doesn't even give good feedback how am i supposed to improve myself? DON'T TAKE HER!!!!!

She takes forever to grade and doesn't even read our papers. She asked to go over my essay in class and then decided to take points off after she had already submitted my grade. She also forced us to come to school on a schoolwide fall break and made an essay due.

If I could rate a 0, I would. This is the worst professor I've ever encountered in my life. She is so incredibly disrespectful and she is not cooperative whatsoever. She deducted points for an assignment that SHE misworded, and never explains why it is wrong. She has been unwilling to change my grade due to a support issue, she just sucks.

She's very passive aggressive with everything, her words and how she represents her self. Just from a few simple emails back and fourth she's some how manage to give me 4 mental breakdowns. Its just the way she speaks makes me feel as if all of my work was for nothing, and the could be me being sensitive. But I'm sure others feel the same way.

This professor is always making complaints about her work loads and using it as an excuse for incorrect/late grading. She does not give any rubric for any assignments and gives very random and unhelpful comments when graded. She can make really rude comments towards students in class, and is sarcastic in an unfunny way. I do not recommend her.

She's a very tough grader and does not provide good feedback on essays. All three essays make up 80% of our total grade. She is also rude to some students and class is very draining. For your own mental health, don't take her.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL..... I feel she should look on grade my professor and see what is said about her and maybe she would change her ways of teaching. Better yet GTC should look on here and see what students are saying and make some changes.

She is very inconsiderate and her grading rubric makes zero sense. I had a thesis proposal get graded as much as an essay. As well as I made a mistake because I misunderstood directions and she gave an automatic 0 with no chance to make it right.
