This is the first English class that I took in a number of years. I had some fears; However, Mrs. Wilson made it quick and easy for me to learn. She was helpful and always and an enthusiastic way that she taught. Overall, I really enjoyed her teaching.

She is a GREAT teacher! Always prepared and helpful! Eberybody in my class loves her! DOn't belive in what other people say. She's all good! One of the Best English Teachers I've ever had!!! Very easy class. and VERY interesting too!

Great professor, always prepared, and grades your papers quickly. She tells you what's going to be on the mid-term and final, which is very helpful. She is a little too nice though, she should grade a little tougher, but that was on a creative assignment, so I understand. Very interesting class

This is a very interesting class. Wilson is extremely nice and helpful, and I learned a lot from her class. It's very easy to get an A in her class, and people tend to have lots of fun. Wilson makes me love English literature.

Ms. Wilson makes class fun! She keeps her students interested in the stories and poems we discuss. Just keep up with the reading and you should do fine. She is very helpful when it comes to preparing for the midterm and final as well. I hope to take her again.

Ms Wilson rocks! I just love her teaching style. Very interactive. Make sure you do your readings before attending class, that way you will understand better. Also, Hamlet is required for this class. At first i thought it was hard, but she made it real easy and fun to read! Lots of videos too!

I enjoyed her class very much. It didn't feel like a english class, but a time to relax because of the pressure of the other classes. I enjoyed the poems and the short stories. And she got me interested into theather. Now that's something.

She's a really good teacher. Things that she teaches is very clear. She will spend most of her time helping with the things you don't know. She treats us like friends. I will definitely recommand that you take her if you want a helpful teacher that is good and nice.

Learn punctuation with her. It's a blast. She's really hyper and gives you lots of preparation heading into a test - homework, practice quizzes, and in-class work.

Her class is so much fun and interesting; you won't get sleepy. She encourages everyone to participate but does not point you out. She is respectful and helpful to everyone, also very understanding. Must always be caught up with your readings!! She is a GREAT English teacher, did I mention she even wrote a book? Highly recommended!!

She is full of passion and cares a lot about her students. She makes the material interesting, and helps you a lot when you go to see her. 1 take home essay and 3 in-class essays. She grades tough on the take home essays, and easy on the inclass essays.

Great teacher! She really helps her students and you can ask her anything you don't understand. There are daily journal entries but they're pretty easy... sometimes she'll skip the journals and go straight to the material. Extremely fun class.

Ms. Wilson is very nice. I cannot hate her just because I got a C in her class. Her class is chill but requires very good writing skill. She doesn't like to hear eng 1c teachers asking how the heck this student got away with eng 1B? so she might have set her expectation and standard for eng 1B even higher now. Be warned. not an EASY class.

Hand down one of the most passionate, hip, and energetic professors in the English department. Ever since taking her class, I now have so much more respect for literature, poetry, and Bollywood movies!!! Her class also made me a better writer in general as well as a critical thinker... TAKE HER!!

I was terrified of taking her Eng1A class because the last professor I had did not teach me anything useful. I was not confident with my writing. All of my writing insecurities changed by taking her class. She is very helpful, patient, understanding and caring. She sets you up to succeed and feel confident. A lot of work but worth it. I love her.

She honestly suppriesed me on how much I enjoyed her class. I thought it would be an anyoing class to take. She proved me wrong. She clrealy states how she wants people to write their sentences.
