nice professor

pam is a very good teacher. she's friendly and nice. she's lenient and easygoing. she'll help you out ever step of the way. if she give you a certain format to follow,just follow it through and you'll get the grade. she'll reward you for doing your best.

I took her for Business Writing. It was a very valuable class. Simply put, you will write better after this class. She is a good teacher and very helpful.

A wonderful person! She is so helpful, and always there if you need help.

A wonderful professor. She's helpful, smart, funny, and glows with the love of teaching. If you need help, she's more than willing to meet with you. I can't see how anyone could fail her class. She doesn't tolerate any fooling around. Make sure you go to The Writing Center.

Pam is pretty funny and makes class fun. When I missed class she called me to see if I was OK. She's like a mother hen sometimes, but that's OK.

Pam Cross emits a glow. I notice it most when she smiles. Maybe it's more of a aura. I think the same glow would beam from Brad Pitt if he covered his face with diamonds. But Pam doesn't look anything like Brad Pitt. She's more of a cross between Angelina Jolie and a sexy female Jesus.

Ive got her for a teacher now and she's driving me nuts, but mostly in a good way. She is like my mother except she grades tougher. I like the way she give reading questions to guide us.

Crazy in a good way. Lots of energy. Clear in all her assignments. Follow her directions or else. Class is pretty easy but I am also learning a lot.

Class is over. I will miss this class. I learned a lot about the environment and current events. Pam made it easy for us. She is more concerned with her students learning than with her own ego, which is a lot different from my other professors. She is a bit dog obsessed, though. :)

Am loving this class. Pam tries to make the class easy by reminding us again and again what she wants. Write in active voice and put most important information first; avoid negatives. She clearly loves what she does. Lots of energy, too, which is good because it's early.

Pam can be tough with her grading on essays, but her comments are great. She hates adverbs. Who hates adverbs?

I love Pam. I can't say it enough. I loved the crazy dog loving and she is one of the kindest people ever. Very fair grader and absolutely hilarious. Very fun class!

She smells lies and will pounce on you. I like that she gets papers back right away, even though she didn't think mine were that good. Go to the Writing Center.

Mrs. Cross is tough but fair. Very organized in her assignments. I am learning a lot. She wants you to work hard but she works hard too.

Pam will nag you, that's for sure, but I'm learning a lot. I love how she helps us readers, giving us reading questions and reminding us that a trip into a text is like a trip to the supermarket--go with a list. More likely to get what you need.

I'm naming all of my kids "Pam." That's how awesome this professor is.

I love Pam. I was dreading going into the BASK reading but she made it a lot of fun. She makes you think and is always friendly. She makes class interesting. I would take her again and I'm considering being an English major now because of her!

I am in Pam's class now, and we just finished writing a research paper. I have hated this process in the past, but I did great on this paper, mainly because I followed all of Pam's models and worked with a tutor. We have some slackers in the class, but Pam should hang in there because some of us want to learn. Good teacher.

Show up on time, do your own work, go to the Writing Center, and Pam will love you. Screw up she'll still love you, but you won't love your grade. This I know first hand. Good teacher.

Otherwise helpful and sweetheart. Cares but too much. Wants papers done certain way so forget what you've learned previously.

Pam is the best. She's really helpful and caring to her students. The tutor class was my favorite course the whole semester because of her. She makes you work for your grade, but she's absolutely willing to work with you and help you out. There is a fair amount of blackboard discussions and homework, but if you put in the work you'll do well.

Pam Cross taught me a lot this semester. I am definitely more connected to world events because of reading the NY Times. I like that all her assignments are on a blog and that she gives killer review sessions before tests. Lets you revise big assignments, too. Loves dogs and the NY Mets.

Pam is just exceptional, absolutely amazing. She is there for you when you need her and is always willing to work with you. You need to buy books for the class, but they are not expensive at all. All great reads through the class. PAM I LOVE YOU.

I had to take a transfer seminar, and took her writing in the workplace class. She's kind, caring, and funny. We banter on Facebook about politics despite opposing views. She is very helpful at giving writing feedback. She HATES negations. So avoid them at all costs.

Professor Cross always will always let you know why you got the grade you got on every assignment. Professor Cross will tell you how improve your writing if you ask. Professor Cross can be tough on her students when she feels the students are failing to live up to their potential.

She is a very involved professor who truly cares about her students. There is a lot of fun to be had in her class but it isn't all fun and games. We do cover some serious topics, but you will walk away from her class with more knowledge and a big smile on your face.

I had Pam for a summer course during EOF right before my Freshman year at Stockton. Needless to say, Pam is my favorite person on this campus. Pam taught me more about how to better my writing than every teacher combined in my four years of high school. Pam is caring, a great motivator, and different in a great way. take Pam, you won't regret it.

Cross is an excellent teacher, probably more lenient on grading by far. You do have to make attendance, and ask questions. Her assignments are pretty well- rounded if you have a great story to tell and can complete work . Offers phones be given for extra credit and outside events Listen to her wishes and she'll be on her good side. Loves her dogs!

Loveee Pam!! Best professor Ive had so far. You do have to read though! The books we read are pretty interesting. Her class isnt bad at all as long as youre on top of youre work. Shes also very understanding and easy to communicate with! Quizzes arent bad either mostly opened but its really clear to understand!

I learned a lot this summer. No clue why anyone would give Professor Cross a bad review. She is a pretty easy grader and gives lots of feedback and encouragement. Her assignments are clear, and she always gives examples. Also taught us about active reading and improving the clarity of our writing. "Think of your reader's needs."
