You never really know what's on the tests, but she does have seperate study sessions. She knows her stuff, and before I didn't even care about law and now I'm going to law school next year so...yeah she's cool if you don't put too much stress on your grade.

I really enjoy this class. It was a challange, but I feel all classes should be a challenge. This class has been the most useful in my career after graduation, and Pam was always available for her students. She almost made me want to become a lawyer. SEMO is luckly to have her.

Dr. Gershuny has a good personality and its a pretty fun class. However, her tests are basically a guessing game, but she curves great! There is a lot of out of class activities, such as group outlines, but its not too bad.

Very good professor,very helpful, very knowledgable. caringalthough i didn't like the test, there online and multiple choice, and randomly selected from 500. but they are curved. would recommend this teacher.

The class is sometimes boring, but the professor tries really hard. She grades on a curve which helps a lot. Not much homework, but she demands class participation.

Took this class online. It was the first semester it was offered online, and she had never taught an online class before. So she was very fair in the grading. I got an A. Pretty easy class. Would recommend the online class. Only met her once.

This is an awesome class, and it counts toward the elective hours for an accounting major. I've also heard its a big help when it comes time for the CPA exam. Take her class, she's a great teacher and a great person!

Professor Gershuny is a great person. On top of that she is also a good professor who knows her stuff! At first she seems a little different, but she presents the information clearly and is willing to help you, grades fairly, and makes the class fun. Go to class, know the material, you will do well.

The class was a pretty easy A. The curve is a monster(good I mean). Gershuny knows her stuff, even though her opinion was different from mine, we still got along great. She has nice legs too!

She's really easy. All you need to do is study the book companion online and you'll get an A. She's really nice and seems to be an easy grader. She tries to spice things up by showing movies or playing games. The movies actually show the lesson...I just wish we would watch the movies all the way through!

She is an awesome professors! If you have to take bl255 try and get her. She cares if the students learn life long skills that will help them in their future. There are no free rides in life, it is what you put in it!

this class is interesting...i would recommend it over any of the other business law classes...this has been one of the only classes where we get to watch brief movie clips and can be entertaining. you need to pay attention in class and review the lectures to help on the exams. she is a really cool professor and an overall decent class...

I loved this class. The teacher was really nice and very willing to help. Brought fun ways to teach the subject to class such as movie clips and squeaky dog toys. If you can get her, take her. The tests are kind of hard but she throws a good curve on them.

She was amazingly helpful and she really cares about teaching the material which is not very hard to comprehend if you attend class regularly. She is very lenient when it comes to assignments and she provides very fun ways to teach all of the material.

Took the class as a web-class. Great communication. Loved the powerpoint videos and the movies we were to watch to go along with the chapters. One chapter and one quiz a week. How easy is that? Only took two tests. One of the easiest classes I've ever had.

Dr. Gershuny is very nice and helpful, with very available office hours. There's never homework, but you are expected to read the chapter and take online quizes (not for a grade)that will make the exams much easier.

She was very helpful. Did not come across rude ever. This was an online class and you had to read in oder to be able to do the assignments. They were in depth assignments. But if you read the chapters you will do fine. I felt the video lectures were helpful. I would recommend this teacher to anyone.

Professor Gershuny was great. My first paper her feedback was outstanding and made me want to write another just like it. She was compassionate when there was a death in my family and understanding when my working full time interferred with my school. Her flexibility in my course work allowed me to stay current in all my other class.

I didn't want to take this class - flunked the first test. She tutored me in her office really nice offered me tea and chocolate whenever I came in. Went through the whole test with me and switched my team to get me more help. I got an A on the final.

I loved this class! She is a great teacher and knows a lot. Her experience in her field makes her very interesting to listen too! I recommend her! (Try to participate in class, she likes that)

The class itself is pretty tough. Only 2 grades, midterm and final. She explains everything well but gets frustrated if you dont participate. She is willing to help anyone who wants help. Tests are pretty easy if you study!!!!

She is fair. She is wonderful. She is funny. I wouldn't say easy A at all but if you listen in class you will do well. She knows her stuff and makes her subject fun to learn.

Everyone must take her! She is one of the best professors that I've ever come across. The classes she teach are not always easy but she does her best to help her students. Not many people know this, but her teaching assistant is pretty much answering our emails. She grades everything, and she is Really helpful when i go to her office.

She told us at the beginning of the semester that she cared more about what type of candy to buy for us than answering our questions. The midterm was next to impossible because she didn't teach the first half of the semester. The second half she actually taught and people were actually learning. She isn't THAT bad of a teacher.

Not an easy instructor, but I wouldn't have missed her class for the world - I learned LOTS. For her online BL255 class, be sure and watch the video lectures, read the book, watch the movies and you'll be fine. I will definitely look to take her classes in the future.

Very great teacher! Seems a bit "blonde" at times, but is actually very intelligent in her field. If your interested in law take her class. It is easy if you do what is asked. She is more about getting you to think as a laywer then learn book facts. I had her for BL255 & UI316 and loved both! Take her and don't pass judgement too quickly.

She let us take the tests as a team so we could raise our grades. She tutored me during office hours on all the test questions. all you have to do is read the chapters, watch her video lectures, and ask for help in office hours.

Tough class, she is unorganized but tries hard to make law interesting, which is hard to do. Read the book because her tests include small details from it. Make sure you go to class too - she'll add stuff from her lectures. I never knew what to expect in class but I learned a lot of good information.

At first you will HATE her but after the midterm you will be fine. She tells everybody in the beginning of the class you won't pass if you do bad on the first quiz. I got a 3 out of 10 on the first quiz and got a B out the class. Best teacher for BL225 you kind of have to come to class cause she doesn't believe in the book

I loved Mrs. Gershuny! You could tell she was trying to be stern but her laid back personality showed it! Advice: dont take this class for granted. You get a couple A's on your first few quizzes and then start to relax. That's a no-no. She is very understanding and supportive. Funny also. I actually laughed at her jokes. And that is rare for me.

Outstanding - Dr. G understands adult learners and provides what you need to know to compete in today's global business economy. Dr. G is the very best, helped me get over test fear and always returned my calls.

This class was very hard in the beginning, but if you stick through the whole semester it is worth it.

It is evident that she is well articulated on the facts of law. She helps the students who participate in the forums so you'll want to make sure and participate in those. If you show you're interested and persistent you'll end up with an A or B. Don't take the videos lightly though -several test questions from them.

Can be unclear about what she expects, but if you seek help from her, she is more than willing to help guide you. She gives about 1/2 of quizzes in class and 1/2 online. If you do well on the quizzes, you don't need to stress about a midterm or final b/c she gives the option of substituting your average quiz grade. There is work & lecture videos.

Most humble prof you'll ever meet while in college. She understands students (like no other teached I've had) and is always there to help. She gives students her cell # to contact any day of week. She is what all profs should be. Presetations a lot of research and group work. Texted me back even after class ended to help me w questions

The best part about Dr. G is teh adult way she treats you. She goes way our of her way to help anyone. She will explain until there are no more questions. Hands out her cell number. many wont do that and she will text you back. what more can you ask.

If you need help, in this class or anything within her power, she will help you. Wants you prepared but very approachable. VERY inspiring and supportive. Had for BL255 also and did not appreciate her near enough. I cannot say enough good things about her. Can't think of any negatives. Super sweet and giving. Wish she could teach everything I need!!

Definitely take Dr. G! She is absolutely the best teach. I'm telling you, you won't regret taking her. At first, when i saw the syllabus and the workload, I was really worried. But then, there were good surprises along the way. I'm going to leave it at that. Defeinitely take Dr. G whenever her class is available.

Although she was a little hard to get ahold of sometimes, when she did answer me she gave me good responses and help with issues I was having. She would have you call/text her with any issues rather than just email, with being in an online class I really loved that about her. She also gives you the option to practice essay questions... DO IT!

Kind professor, will catch you if you plagiarize, super easy class and you'll get a lot from it. Probably one of the easiest online classes I have taken, which is a big deal. Work at your own pace.

Great prof. Class lectures are very useful and you can tell she makes her own ppts. She explains material well and makes it very easy to understand. I slacked off but if you attend and do the practice quizzes online its easy to get a good grade.

The homework is the biggest downside of this class. Lots of assignments per chapter and it's all only 10% of your grade. However, Dr. G is really a caring professor and knows her stuff. If you go to her lectures (she has zoom lectures a few nights a week) you'll pass the tests.

Super great at communicating with us. The class is semi difficult, but if you show up for class and do the work it will be super easy. If you have any questions you can contact her by her phone number which is a lot easier than email. Also go to her office hours!

Dr. G you are amazing professor! I can honestly say that i learned the material. You have such an energetic personality, I will take your classes and be a Blaw minor! You make everything clear and easy to understand. You are super responsive to emails and texts!!! And you answers everything with kindness and insight!

Homework 2/3 and test 1/3 of grade. Just turn it in by the deadline and it is super easy to pass.
