OMG Prof. DeRosse WAS SOOOOO COOL!!!! I totally recommend her to anyone who wants an easy A! she was soo funny, and just explained things in an easy way- her final was a joke too- all it was, was recycled exams that we had taken throughout the semester.

when you dont take attendance in your class chances are the student wont be attending the class, but guess what?? she don't take attendance yet the lecture hall is always full, def. a great professor!!!

This teacher teaches well but is not so easy. No Curve, only 2 extra credits, 3 of 4 tests count. Bad thing is reading the textbook is a MUST, and some material she says shes not going to teach but we have to know it anyway.

A very interesting professor. She really knows her subject well and presents the material in a clear and informative way. Her lectures are never boring and her tests are very fair.

One of the best teachers in QC. Tests are not hard,drops lowest of 4,gives makeups,final is mostly Q's off previous tests,does not count attendence but room still full daily. You would have to be either really lazy or a real spaz to fail this class.

very self explanitory teacher, tests are info. right out of textbook, final is very very fair, just Qes. off some of the previous tests. her classes are very intesresting and very willing to come to class eventhough attendance is not checked.

had her for two of my psych classes, one of them being psych 101. that class was the reason why i decided to major in psychology. a GREAT teacher, very fair and her lectures are very interesting.

great class.. i thought i would be completely lost in statistics, but she makes it very understandable.. great professor.

The lecture is easy, and she lets you know what will be on the test. Her grading is hard, and you have to memorize all the formulas where other professors let you use your notes.

Definitly take her class! I took Stats and dropped it with another teacher then took her class and got an A. You will definitly learn the material without a struggle.

She is the coolest teacher in psychology. I had as a graduate student then as my professor. She treats you fairly. The course was exciting and some graduate students are so uptight that they can learn from her.

She a complete WAAAPPP !! Meaning not only is she good looking, but she know how to teach this course. Very competant, enjoyable, and is funny. Not enough can be said about this professor.

this class is deff an easy A there are a few quizzes a midterm and a final, the midterm was sweriously a joke, the quizzes are most of the time the same exact problems given for homework. Deff reccommend her!!!

There are no tests just quizzes.. she does give homework... but collects them at the end of the semester.. THe quizzes are extremely easy and are either the exact copy of the hws or similar... THere is also a midterm and a final the midterm was a peice of cake havent taken the final TAKE HER EASY A

Makes a really difficult Stats class easy to understand. There are weekly assignments that she collects at the end of the semester but it's to your benefit to do them b/c her quizzes are basically the homework. A mid-term and a final which are pretty easy. Do your work and go to class, otherwise, no matter how good she is, you'll fail!

Anyone who says she is not a good teacher probably failed her class for not doing the work! She is very fair and clear about her expectations. If you want a good grade all you have to do is work for it. All my friends have taken her and I haven't heard any complaints.

She is a delightful woman with a charming personality. Gives very ambitious assignments which is appropriate for this level course. Shares her experiences with real-world research projects and sparks a lot of interest. The exams are fair and there are no surprises. The assignments are interesting and she meets with you to guide you.

She is a great prof. Very energetic and lively. Can't wait to take her for an upper level course where there is more time for discussion!

Have her for the lab section, and she's really good. she knows what she's doing. lets you leave a soon as you're done, but makes it clear that you may have to stay for the entire class period. She's always late because she doesn't have a parking pass, but that usually doesn't effect the class time. She's really nice and wants us to do well.

I love professor Derosse, she gives alot of work but you learn alot in her class. also during the lab and lecture as soon as the classwork was finished she let us go as opposed to some teachers who just keep you just for the hell of it. I got an A and i will defintely take her for adv ep psy.

OMG i love this women, she is so knowledgable, great sense of humor, makes the class extremely enjoyable, I would recommend her 100% I took for exp psy and adv exp psy and I got an A for both classes. take her trust me you will not regret it at all!

One of the best teachers, she was clear in her explanations and her tests. If you have problems she will help. Do all the homeworks it really helps with the test.

One of the greatest teachers i have ever seen alive! She is always clear, helpful, intelligent. Also, very passionate about her job. Just a lovely person. The only thing i regretted after the end of the semester is that i can't get back in time and take this class again, it was, in fact, the only time i've ever wanted to get back in time.

Just finished her course and came on to post good comments and was absolutely SHOCKED to see the 2 prior negative posts! This woman and this class was amazing! I learned more in 3 weeks than I may have learned from all the other psych profs combined! She posts the slides the day of the lecture so DUH - some get posted the day before the exam!

Summer session 1 with her just ended and it was overall a great class. she is very clear and the test are directly from the slides. Topic of the class was interesting and she kept it fun. I learned A LOT for a 4 week class. I am surprised to see neg. reviews b/c it is only a 4 WEEK CLASS so yes some slides will be posted the day before an exam.

Love her class (sex beh). She was clear; 3 exams and optinal (extra credit take home exam). She said, I'm not here to grade you. Im here to learn you how to think. :) Love her and def recommend !!!

She is a good professor and she really wants you to pass and helps you out with alot of extra credit! the only thing i can say is shes kinda messy with stuff. but besides that she is a really easy Psychology Statistic professor!

I would take her again, just not this class, since its Writing intensive, I am not a good writer (4 Papers + 4 test). The test are off the PPT slides(she tells u). She doesn't go overboard with the material, which I liked, and teaches at an even pace. This class requires time & effort and you will need it for advance experimental. Good Luck :)

Prof DeRosse is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful; she wants to see everyone do well but you have to make an effort and put in the time. Generally speaking, not a particularly easy course but definitely passable. Ask questions, follow her ppts and study - you'll do well.

She is a nice lady who is specific in what she expects of you. You will hit the ground running and never stop writing until the end. She is available to answer your questions but does not return grades quickly. All in all she is pleasant and personable and knows how to teach.

She's a great stats professor. Lenient with homework even though she doesn't give a lot. She takes it slowly and is there for you after class because it gets confusing. Tests are straightforward (no tricks). Study your homework and slides and you should be fine. If you dont, then it's difficult to do well especially if math is not your best subject

She's a great professor. PSYCH107 consists of knowing a lot of formulas so she gives us majority of the formulas during the test. She let's you know which ones she's giving you. She's very knowledgable and respectable. The course is intense but she helps you stay calm and collective so that you're ready to take in the knowledge. She makes it fun!

Proffesor Derosse is great. She is very helpful and knowledgable in the subject. There is A LOT of work for this class but she explains and preps you for every assignment in detail. As long as you put effort and do your work she will acknowlede that.

Probably the best PSYCH professor I've had at QC so far. I look forward to taking another class with her at some point. This class is very hard and a lot of work, but you will definitely be learning a lot. She gives great feedback on papers before they are due so you can improve your writing and grade. Very down to earth.

Professor DeRosse is the best. She absolutely cares about her students and if they are learning and understanding the material. The whole class is you basically writing your final research paper. She works with you step by step for each section of your essay and is always available if you need her help. Take the class seriously you will do well.

Prof. DeRosse is a fun professor. She makes you really work for your grades, but it's good because you'll be prepared for your next classes esp. if you're a Psych major. You learn APA style writing thoroughly. You can't miss class because there's always a lot at stake for every meeting. Lectures were alright. Look forward to labs!

change your schedule and take this professor for any of her classes , even take her weekend class. its very worth it, best psych teacher

This class is not an easy A. Professor Derosse is strict but fair. In each class you will work towards the final paper.

She is an amazing professor! Her class was INTENSE but it is worth it! You will definitely learn so much from her. She gives amazing feedback and is extremely helpful. You really need to put it in the work in order to receive a good grade.

She's tough but sweet. You WILL work for your grade. She seems intimidating at first but don't be scared to ask her for clarification if you don't understand something. The assignments are hard and she makes you work for your grade but I felt like she was encouraging and really pushed you to see your full potential. Def not an easy A, but worth it!

I'm not sure why this professor has a low rating because she is a really good professor. Out of the two professors that are available for Psychology 321, she is the best one! Her syllabus is very clear and she tells you EXACTLY what she wants, word for word. She even gives you a template that outlines what she wants written in the papers. TAKE HER!

There was a lot of writing and research assignments so be prepared to complete those. They aren't hard just time-consuming. she provided outlines and examples of what she wanted for each assignment to make it easier for us. she made it worth coming to campus on saturdays at 8am (the class never went until 3pm, usually ended at 12).

Professor DeRosse is awesome. There are a lot of assignments to complete. I believe as long as you do the work she gives, you will be able to get a good grade. Attend all the classes for good grades. Keep in mind that you can ask for extensions on the assignments she gives you to complete in class, as long as you stay till the end of class.

I was so nervous about taking this class during the summer but Dr. Derosse made it more enjoyable. There were group based assignments but they were very easy and fun. Would take again, was very sad to leave the class
