Mrs. Dunagan is a great teacher. Her class is never boring. Your write like three papers ( 2-3 pgs)and do one group presentation. You will learn a lot from her and the chapter tests are group tests. Also be talkive and speak your opinion on the subject. She likes knowing what you think about the sunject.

Mrs. Dunagan is a wonderful instructor. She incorporated current events into class discussions many times and acted as a mediator. She explained the text and various handouts we received clearly and accurately. Political bias never once entered the classroom; she truly keeps an open mind. From taking the class you can tell she loves teaching.

She is the only teacher that has ever made Government fun!! Her class is awesome and I really enjoyed it!!

She was very willing to stay after class and talk with me. She created relationships with each of her students and wasn't condescending. She was very forthright, and helped you see things from all perspectives.

If you want to be in a great class for gov't take pam dunagan, she is the best instructor i have had at northwest vista.

Mrs. Dunagan is one of the most educated instructors at NWV she gives you all the help and information you need to receive an A in the class. Her discussions are both informative and a way to vent on the current govt situation.

This woman was sent from heaven! She is the best teacher I have had at Northwest Vista as well as the most intelligent. She puts effort to help you understand. (the group tests don't hurt either) Even after the semester was over she still helps me by giving me interviews for papers in other classes.

Her class dicussions are very interesting and there are very little assignments and exams. Everything is a group effort which is great. Very nice and understanding woman. I will be taking her for all my Governments!

She is the most nicest teachers you could ever ask for. We only had one test (group test) and our final was optional! We don't even read chapters so I would hold off on buying a book. (I shouldn't have bought one) Overall, I highly recommend her. If you show up to class and study for your ONE test, you will finish w/an A, forsure!

I now know more about government than ever before. To hell with memorizing dull info. and regurgitating it on a test...if you take this class, you'll learn about what government means to YOU and those around you. Why focus on numbers (grades) when you can focus on knowledge...that's what I love about Mrs. Dunagan. AND she welcomes ALL opinions!

Mrs. Dunagan was the best teacher. I learned so much from her and she inspired me. Her class was not at all boring and I learned a lot about Gov't. I would say if you do the work, you get an A. And her tests...group tests...the best!!

all of the work was group work, which was kind of annoying at times.. but she really understood the subject and helped us understand it too.

I took Mrs. Dunagan's internet course and I truly ENJOYED it! It was very easy and all you had to do is the required postings, readings, papers and your quiz. If you do that you will make an A. Also, you learn so much more with this instructor! I am so thankful I had the opportunity to take her course and will take more of hers.

this class was very easy. we had to do 4 postings, one 2-3 paragraph writing, and a short quiz each week. Got a 100 on every writing and test except two or three of them. She had family trouble, thats the only reason why she fell behind with the grading. Would recommend if you need a easy class. we didn't even touch the book so don't buy it.

she was easy to take. i took her online course and the work was easy. Essays were due every two weeks and what I loved about them was they were based on your opinion so there was no getting them wrong. I would recommend taking her class if you are pressed for time and cannot attend campus courses.

She is a very helpful and easy teacher. I have her for the online course and as long as you do the discussion each week and do the papers that are do every other week, you should make an A easily. Great teacher, take her! Makes class interesting.

When I sighned up for this class, I had no idea what to expect. However, Ms. Dunagan made this class very interesting. This was an internet class that you could not blow off easily and you had to keep up. She presented all of the assignments in an easy to understand matter and I knew what to expect up front. This class was great.

Pam is an outstanding instructor. She did a wonderful job teaching us basic federal government and embedded real-world economic and election-year issues into her teaching. I would definitely recommend taking her class to anyone. Truly a World-Class instructor.

DO NOT BUY THE BOOK! class was very enjoyable, everything you needed for exams you got from discussion in class which was always very open and relaxed. Great teacher, willing to listen to students, always able to provide alternate explanations if needed

EASY professor. Rarely assigns homework, and when she does it's writing a paragraph due on blackboard. All tests are done in groups, and they're all short essay questions that are easy if you show up to class. Only used the book once, so don't buy it and borrow the library's if you do need it (rare). Keeps discussions fun, plays West Wing on DVD :)

Very laid back. Watch west wing to learn about filibusters and stuff, no tests. You do learn a lot of interesting things about government. I highly recommend this teacher.

Loved this class! Alot of time was spent talking about current events and doing easy group projects. She did a great job of relating government to real life. She gave opportunity for extra credit and grades 89.5 and above are exempt from the final exam. She wants her students to learn the basics of Gov without the excess.

Great Teacher. I would definetly take her class again. Work is easy and you don't really use the text. She teaches with relevant present day info.

Awesome teacher!I learned so much from this class!It is an easy class if you read! SO READ! The book was like $30, new!We had 3 quizzes, one project (not a presentation), and one finale demonstrating how the supreme court works and one paper. The homework was the readings to prepare for the discussions. In all great teacher!

I took Mrs. Dunagan for maymester and she knows her material. The assignments were easy considering the short amount of time we had. I highly reccommend taking her, she's not a hard teacher whatsoever. Do your homework and its an easy A.

She taught the online Summer I Government class, and moved things along quickly and smoothly. This was one of the best online classes I have taken. Very highly recommended.

I took this class online. If you keep up with the discussion modules and actually read/watch the videos for the paper, it is an easy A. I took the 8week summer 1 class and there was 8 papers and a final. All in all, easy class. I would take her again if I could

Pam is an awesome professor! She really does know her stuff. The work is NOT all over the place, she is clear on what is due & even post a reminder online EVERY week. She is nice, willing to work with you. Test were not hard & neither were assignments. She does keep you informed of grades on turn it in. I'd recommend her!! :)

Professor was awesome! I was very pleased. Course was not particularly easy, but if you do your stuff, you'll get an A. Students who make an A are exempt from final. Exams were a little unclear but she gives lots of extra credit to make up for it. Very willing to help any was she can. Great professor!

She is the sweetest lady ever! There is some what a lot of group work. Attendance sheet passed around every class. She doesn't require a textbook. Easy A for sure, take her.

Very sweet lady. She is not one of those hard core professors who gives too much work. She teaches government in a fun way, and she will not bore you in any way. I highly recommend her for Federal Government.

She is really funny and kept me interested throughout this semester with videos in class and her lectures were interesting too. DON't GET A BOOK. She even said herself that the only reason she required one is because the department made her. Easy A if you pay attention to the material and turn things in on time.

Work load is very minimum, easy grader, hardly any hw, does not require book, and few reading assignments.

I was not interested in Government prior to taking this class, but needed it as a requirement. Dunagan made it so interesting. She opened our understanding to the importance of being aware of politics and its effects on the future. I am considering taking another class. She is great!

Professor Dunagan is a sweet lady that is passionate about government. She teaches in a fun way that requires small group projects, a couple online quizzes, and reading assignments. Don't buy the book, attend class, read the short articles she posts online, and you will easily get an A.

Awesome teacher! If she can make federal government engaging you know she is good. Only thing I didn't like was the two group projects, I don't want my grade depending on the skills of others-those 2 projects were my only B's in the class. She teaches things you most likely never heard of which is cool. Not strict and willing to work with you.

Actually loved this class! I always disliked all pol. science classes. Love Mrs. Dunagan! She was so helpful and made government very interesting! Class/tests/assignments were extremely easy! Great government class you will really learn something I thought the work that she gave and the discussions were really interesting. Not a hard class just a bunch of discussions and a few timed quizzes but overall is an easy A.

I felt the exercises and assignments provided were interesting and engaging. I didn't like how every discussion had to be 250 words plus a 150 word reply x2 every wk. All the assignments were clear and pretty easy. She is passionate and willing to help when needed. Accessible through email quickly. Easy A. I learned a lot about politics/opinions

Pamela Dunagan is a very intelligent and caring professor. I took her for U.S. Government and the class was very easy. The exams are open book and take-home. She is sweet, soft spoken and very understanding if you can't make it to class. I highly recommend.

Professor Dunagan is the sweetest lady I've ever met. She's very lenient and extremely understanding. I took her flex course and it was the easiest course I've ever taken. There were in class assignments and weekly chapters to read, but everything was easy. Not a hard grader at all. One major project, but very easy. I recommend taking her!

I took her online flex class, Great professor and very little assignments. Text book was needed for a few things but aside from that we wrote 2-3 papers and watched a video and looked over super short powerpoints. The class was very easy and informative. Def take her class.

Ms. Dunagan has a heart of gold. Her class is and easy A if you show up and do the homework. It's pretty manageable. She does do group work, but grades each student separately based on effort. She also brings up alot of interesting topics! Cool class. I would take her again without thinking twice about it.

This class was a bit of a breeze. There were no tests, but there are assignments in the online textbook. Read her presentation criteria! So many people got points off for doing things she said not to on their presentations.

Everything is online modules. If you can't make an A in this class, something is wrong.

I took flex II online Texas government, and it was the easiest, most straight-forward class I've ever taken. Every week, you just have to read a couple chapters from a sort of online textbook, answer questions as you read, and post on the discussion board, and it's all due on the next Monday night. She grades easily and responds quickly.

Nice lady but can be a little tough on essay assignments. Feedback is great, you can tell she takes her time when grading. Loved the voice recordings !! Even involves real life situations that make you consider the future. Would take again. 10/10 Easy A

Assignments consisted of multiple choice questions from an e-book that you could answer multiple times if you got the question wrong. Discussions are easy, and she has two or three essays. Easy A.

Each week we were assigned 2 chapters from an online book that you must purchase. The assignments are a guaranteed 100 if you actually do them because you can change your answer as many times as you need. Along with the 2 chapters, we had a discussion or paper due each week (that aren't on the original schedule she provided). Overall not too bad.

Took the hybrid course. Super easy A. Her grading can be questionable but just make sure to met the requirements. She's understanding and willing to work with you on missed assignments. Would defiantly take her again.

Professor Dunagan is a very kind and understanding professor. When I had fallen behind in class due to circumstances I couldn't control she gave me an opportunity to make it up and pass. She's very honest with her students and makes the material easy to understand. This class is full of discussions and group work! I highly recommend this class.

online flex, 2 assignments a week. Easily done in about 2 hours if you set aside the time and do your research. Extra credit given on regular assignments for having quality information. had 1 quiz all semester. Easy grader! Fast grader! She's passionate and very nice. Loved Professor Dunagan. She made class super easy to understand and I learned so much in the 8 weeks I was in her class. Her modules are super interesting, even for someone who has zero interest in Govt. She gives great feedback, responds to emails quickly and is so informative. I hope she teaches GOVT 2305. I will be registering for her class.

Assignments are very straightforward.

She was fine. I didn't care about government before, I still don't now. I took her for GOVT 2305 and 2306. Pretty easy class, I really liked the quiz format, all open book. Research papers weren't very long and had topic options.

Most assignments were on inquizitive, couple of papers but the topics were very easy. Not many discussion posts either. Easy to pass this class!
