Ok class- a bit boring

not the most interesting lectures, but I've heard worse!!!! If you use her study guides your'll do great!! Dr. Flores is beyond fair with grading. If you study you'll get good grades. Overall very good Prof. I would take her again!!:)

It's a really easy class just go by the study sheets, hella lot of reading though,she must say um ok like a million times a class, nice lady nice $**.

she is a good professor but you have to do her work i was very lucky that she was fair in grading. you have to put your time in the work and reading. good professor over all

she was really good, tests were hard so make sure you take plenty of notes and reading the text would probably be beneficial too, i wouldn't know. she says "okay?" after every sentance. she's VERY informative and explains everything to make sure that you understand.

Professor Flores in an intelligent and friendly woman. Her exams for Child development are very brutal. I heard that she gave review sheets but for this class it was a negative. i went into her exams not knowing exactly what to expect. her lectures are not that bad. her 9 articles are a killer.

Class was very interesting bc she would relate problems to everyday life making it easier to understand. I loved the stories about her patients. She was awesome.I'd love to have her as a professor again.She grades in a curve.Failing grades are passing depending on the highest to lowest test score.

She told my class stories about her kids. She's nice. No homework really.

She is an extremely friendly person, down to earth, and is pretty interesting. Her tests are a little tricky and can be a killer if you're not on your toes, but homework is at a minimum which is a plus.

AWesome teacher! If you have the opportunity to take her, TAKE HER! shes easy and her tests aren't as difficult as some people are saying, they are pretty straight forward if you come to class and take notes. The class is very interesting, and she uses many personal stories to explain the material which helps keep interest.

Dr. Flores is not only hot but she actually knows what shes doing and she is a master at her craft. She makes class fun which makes it much easier for the students and she is extremely intelligent and i learned alot from her.

I LOVE PROFESSOR FLORES ... she teaches well, tells you what you need to know and everything is straightfoward

She is a wonderful teacher. Tests were difficult with info taken from text. Must read the book! Made a big effort to help you do well on the tests. Would definitely take her class again.

I actually REALLY liked her. She had great stories and she was a good teacher. The class pretty much flew by. I didn't open the textbook once and I got an A. It was a really good class, just pay attention and take notes. Tests are curved and she offers extra credit.

i loved her but other people in the class did not at all. just read the text, study and take notes. you need to put in the effort but its a great class and i recommend it

love her. makes class so interesting - time flies by. She curves the tests big time! no homework..never had to open the text book. TAKE NOTES AND PARTICIPATE THOUGH. AND you get three points extra credit added to your average just for going to every class

She is a great teacher..good stories..makes work easy..gives outlines for the test n u can get a good grade. She is a very pleasant n outgoing person. She doesn't bore u out ever.She may dress a lil weird but she is really cool.

This is the BEST PROFESSOR EVER!!! i <3 her sure she says like and okay a lot. but she rocks if you fill out the dido and study it you WILL get a 100 on her test there's no way you can fail this class. if you do fail then you should just drop out...seriously drop out

SWEETHEART! loved her! but the one thing you have to over look is she says "k" and "um k" after evvvvvry sentence! but an absolute sweetheart!

Professor Flores is wonderful! She has alot of interesting stories that relate very well to the topic being discussed. She's also funny which makes class that much better, would definately take another class with her again. Her tests are simple the short responses are extra credit on the exams. Her exams are 80% lecture, 20% textbook.

Good prof. You must read the text book! Tests questions are straight from there. Gives lots of opportunities for extra credit. Only this is she says mmkk after every sentence. At first its hard not to laugh.

Took lifespan human development in summer 3, very quick course, def need to read the text for it. Exams have some tricky ?'s. She is a very good teacher, need to pay attention to details. She is very attractive, but her poor fashion choice was very distracting. Would recommend. Very pro breast feeding. Lots of parenting advice and stories

I'm not a big fan of this class. She just talks the whole class time. She makes you attend two different events on campus. It can be anything and you have to write a reaction paper. This is a easy class to pass.

She's a very smart professor and has a ton of experience. She shares her life experiences that pertain to her lessons. Test are based off textbook and notes; however, I didn't use the textbook after the first test and I got an A. Take good notes and pay attention u should get an A. She takes attendance only for financial aid purposes.

You will never get bored in her class. she makes you so interested in every topic she talks about. Her notes are a little unorganized. She tells a lot of interesting stories about her experiences, She's very smart, offers a lot of extra credit. She's comfortable to talk with and gives fair tests Just study, know your stuff and read the text

Great professor! She really knows how to connect personal life stories to the material learned in class. She gives review guides for her tests but you really need to read the text and prepare for her class. The short response on her tests counts as extra credit so it really helps to boost your grade a little if you're bad with multiple choice.

Awesome professor, Take notes, and make sure you study, and you will pass. There are only 3 tests in her class... that's it, no homework, no papers so your whole grade depends on those 3 tests. She is very clear and her lectures are great. Pay attention and you are sure to pass.

She is one of my favorite professors on campus. Always giving examples of the subject in a funny and entertaining manner. Gives lots of extra credit assignment. Reading and taking notes on the text book is an excellent way to pass her tests, plus it is part of the extra credit assignments. would deff take again

Dr Flores is very intelligent, I absolutely loved her lectures and found it interesting.. goes really in depth. Your whole entire grade is based on 3 tests, and theres a curve I believe. Textbook is a NEED. However, she comes to class late everyday at least 5-10 mins and keeps on talking after class.

Very interesting professor! She managed to make my 8am 3 hour lectures fun. You do have to read the textbook to help with exams. She gives a lot of extra credit if you put in the effort.

Professor Flores is a really good professor! Her lectures are a bit long but she goes through the lesson pretty quickly. She is really good at getting the point across but the only thing is when it's time for an exam, it felt like she didn't help prepare the class too much, but the exams themselves are fairly easy and she gives extra credit.

I never get excited for a class but this class. I have her once a week for 3 hrs and its not too much of a drag! good luck!

Interesting lectures and she tells you exactly what she wants for the test. I thought the tests were somewhat difficult but I was well prepared because of professor Flores.

Prof Flores Is easily the absolute best professor I have ever had. She is so well educated and gives clear examples she draws from her expirecnce in private practice. If you are truly interested in psychology or even a psychology major SHE IS THE PROFESSOR FOR YOU!

Prof Flores is hilarious! & yes, she does talk about her personal life but not in a way to boast or go off topic- EVERYTHING is directly related & relevant to what we are learning. & this also makes it a heck of a lot easier to understand concepts. 3 tests & 1 reflection paper easy A.

One of my favorite classes this semester. She tells lots of interesting stories that all relate to the topic. Tests are fair, get the textbooks and do all the chapter quizzes and check points and you'll pass no problem.

Relates a lot to personal life but everything is related to topic being spoken of in class. Research paper is an easy A. Attend class, study for tests and you'll be good for an A!

A lot of people complain about stories and too much talking. Just making sure, stories are like examples to make you understand better, she doesn't start to tell stories out of nowhere . She answers to the questions. Also has a great sense of humor. Btw, she actually gives you study guides for tests and tells you the chapter you need to study.

Professor Flores did give a lot of assignments but that is to be expected during the winter/summer session courses because they are short in time. She gave plenty of opportunities to increase your grade and was always helpful. She answered every email in a timely manner. I would definitely take a course with her again.

She gave the textbook for FREE! She cares about what her students think. She values our opinions. Majority of the time we go over the textbook. She goes through the class to ask how we feel about something. We don't always finish a lecture when a test is coming. 4 papers, 4 tests. The fourth test can replace a bad grade on a test. A solid choice.

She is a very nice teacher. She gives the textbook for free which is a plus, meaning she obviously cares about her students. Honestly the tests weren't hard if you study but if you're lazy you might not pass. For every test she gives you a chance for extra credit (10 extra points) which is long but worth it!!

This is the second course I have taken of hers. She is a real gem. She provides the textbook for free. Who else does that?! 4 tests, last one is optional and cumulative. She really cares about her students and she wants her students to do well. Honestly, can't ask or look for a better psych professor.

She's nice and uses lots of real-life examples, including personal stories about her kids. However, we often run out of time, so not everything is covered in class. No Test Review. Most of the time is spent on questions and discussions. She's very smart and passionate about psych. If you don't do the homework reading, you'll fail. Very easy class

She is very passionate and intelligent. Often, uses her children as examples and has a lot of good stories. If you don't do the homework on time, you will fail. No Late Work. The hw is not hard, just time-consuming. Unfortunately, there's no test review, but if you do the hw, you'll be fine. I enjoyed her class, and was inspired by her.
