Ms.Sanchez is a first-class professor. There is times that yes she can be confusing, although,she makes every effort to get her point across.Only way for you to fail this class is by not showing up and missing your assignments, also don't forget your lab hours.

I speak from my experience with Ms. Sanchez I will say she is tough but she gives you all you need to get the information you're looking for. She is very strict but it helped me with structure and dedication. If it were up to me I would choose to take Eng 1a with her aswell. Over all great teacher! She has a Great way of teaching!

Started out difficult based on the general lack of knowledge dealing with grammar, but one or two tutoring session got me up to speed. Essays are interesting, engaging, and help with developing a clear thought process for the paper. Her lectures are generally short and engaging. Fun class and she will work with you, and giving her a heads up helps.

Overall good professor. She gives excellent feedback on assignments and if you get below a C on a paper you can redo it once. I love the Stephen King unit and all of the data Maps we did. We received tons of visuals and used some for our data Maps which helped a lot when you were actually writing your paper.

I took the hybrid Eng-50 class and it was okay. I didn't really know we were going to have to write a paper based on horror. However, it was pretty fun and I would most definitely take it again with her. She may seem like a tough grader, but her feedback is essentially helpful. Owls are mandatory and try to do them before had to not get behind.

I took professor Sanchez in the accelerated course at the beginning of spring for English 1A. It was tough because there's so much work to do, but she's very understanding and still accepts late work. If you take the 2 month course, make sure you're not taking more than 2 other classes because you'll fall behind. She gives extra credit too though.

This class isn't going to be an easy A but as long you do the work in a timely manner and to her rubric you should pass the class (especially for the accelerated class). Homework is the same few assignments per week so as the weeks go on its gets easier to know how to accomplish them as best as possible. You will be reading a lot but it is doable.

I took her for the accelerated 1B class and I would totally take her again. The class wasn't too easy but it very straight forward and should be passing grade as long as you follow the timeline and do the work in a timely manner. Its a lot of reading but the assignments are very straight forward and so are the essays. 10/10 would take again.

Taking Professor Sanchez for Eng 1B was the best choice I made. Although the hybrid course is fast-paced, she makes it seem like a breeze. Lots of extra credit, but if you get behind it will hurt your grade. Kind of though grader on the essays but lenient on the assignments. Lots of reading but nothing too bad or terribly long. If you want an A it is possible to get it without skipping on sleep.

She allowed me to gain an appreciation for English as I was not a fan of it before her course! Her course is straightforward and she is really is there for her students!

Professor Sanchez is one of the best professors I have taken so far. She truly cares about her students success. The course is very organized and the due dates gives you plenty of time to complete work. I wrote 2 regular papers and 1 big research paper at the end but was given plenty of time to write it. Overall I would take her again any day!

Professor Sanchez was so sweet! and has so much energy. I understand that the class was pretty early in the morning but I feel like my classmates didn't appreciate how sweet she was. Make sure to stay on top of assignments and how to navigate through her home pages as well, as this is how you will be doing your assignments throughout the semester.

I took this course in Fall 2023. To earn a B, focus on labs and perform well on the three essays. This was my second attempt at ENG1A, and I wish I had taken this professor for my first attempt. Extra credit is easy to obtain. Most assignments are easy, with a few challenging ones. The professor reviews essays in class before submission.

Prioritize the professor over the timing. Took the class for the short term for the SPR24 term. Class assignments to earn a B, do the labs, and three formal papers. Extra credit is easily obtainable. Close to the end of the class, there is a potluck.

Professor Sanchez is a caring instructor who encourages students. The class has a lot of reading and writing, but extra credit opportunities make it manageable. Using Unstuck AI alongside the textbook can help stay on top of the workload.

She is lenient with the homework but will also get strict and serious the minute a student falls behind. She does her best to have a nice and fun ambiance within in the class and also helps explain things very thoroughly. Overall I enjoyed this class and I have a better understanding of English.
