The class itself is very hard but she is very helpful. She gives you all the tools you would need.
She was horrible.... i felt she knew nothing about anatomy. Everything we asked her she had to look up. Never seemed prepared for class and used tests from other teachers that had questions we never went over.
Dr. Pannozzo is extremely fair, approachable, and always ready to help her students. Being the lecture portion of A&P 1, the course content focused appropriately on physiology - whereas the laboratory focused on anatomy. All tests came directly out of the text, so it was extremely important to do the assigned readings. Nice lady - Fine teacher!
She is a great teacher. you understand every thing she says. and if you don't understand something if she know she is not above asking other student. she gives extra credit. and is helpful for your grades she reviews the test a day before and understands the material is a lot so tries to cut it back for you, she is wonderful. I got a A in class
she is a good teacher, tells you exactly what you need to know for the practicals, one quiz not multiple choice which was hard, second one better, with some extra credit which was nice. She is a very helpful.
Great Professor!!!!!!! I enrolled in her Concepts in Biology lecture and lab class over the summer. She has a friendly smile and willing to stay after class to answer or go over any questions. I highly recommend her!
she is horrible, if you ask her a question she has to look it up first. she doesnt know her stuff. her tests are impossible and she doesnt help. if you take her good luck passing
THIS TEACHER IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, PLEASE NEVER TAKE THIS WOMAN FOR A&P 2 LAB...SHE DOES NOT KNOW THE MATERIAL AND SHE CANNOT TEACH. VERY RUDE, VERY TOUGH, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON HER!!!!!!!!
Unlike the previous submitter, I found Dr Pannozzo to be a good biology professor. She knows the material well, and is willing to go over anything with you in her office. If you are looking for an easy A, you may want to look elsewhere. If you have a real interest in biology, look no further.
im gonna have to agree with the submiter in the bottom..this teacher is amazing! she gives u all the notes u need her exams are mulitple choice and honestly its really not that hard to get a decent grade...shes not like alot of biology teachers that gives test that are hard!!! shes amazing i would recommend her!
She is a great professor. If you're lost on the material feel free to stop by her office and she'll go over it with you. I totally recommend her.
She was an excellent professor, I thought I was never going to pass this class at first, but having her as my professor, I understood everything well and I did great in the class even though I lost a week and a half. Great teacher!!
She's a smart woman but SO RUDE! She lectures every class and it can be excruciatingly boring! Difficult tests, tough attend. policy. The ONLY good thing is she offers some e.c. If you're just trying to get the credit, I would recommend NOT taking her, if you're a science major, you may be ok. She's def. one of my least favorite teachers EVER.
DR pannozzo is such an amazing teacher! unlike the previous submitter, accusing her of being a **** when she really isnt, dr p is always there for her when you need her. yes her tests are madd hard because she is extremely detailed..so if u really are interested in biology or E.c then go ahead but if u cant handle it...then dont take her!
I disagree with any good review listed here. I have had nothing but trouble with this teacher. She has provided the worst experience of my academic career. Genuine person, but the notes are vague and pointless in regard to the material she tests you on. No reviews. Worst of all she talks down to her students, instead of treating them like adults.
Greatest teacher i've had! shes so nice and teaches the material very well if you study and go over her notes you can pass this class everyone in my class loved her to bad shes going to lake worth next semester :(
You're expected to know alot of information...tests are NOT easy. If you take her, be sure you're able to sit quiet and not say a word for an hour and 15 minutes because she talks the entire time and calls you out if you so much as ask someone for a pencil. I did well in the class but she certainly made it difficult to do so.
She is truly a great teacher!!..actually one of the best teachers i have ever had. She always knows what she is talking bout & she will teach u exactly what u expect from a great professor. She got very clear accent. Her tests are absolutely text-based & easy if u listen her...in fact she'll make u attentive to her.I took her in sum & got A.
She wasn't such a good teacher. She was all over the place and when you aksed her a question she answered something comepletely diff. or sometimes she'd make yu answer it. Her notes were very disorganized. She gives two test, both were str8 fill in the blanks. Avoid her if possible.I got an A in the lecture but a C in her lab.Weird huh?
avoid her if possible! shes not helpful at all. cannot awnser a question without reading the book first. very unorganized. only 2 tests and no extra credit, so if you dont do well on one, your screwed. and shes not helpful at all, over half the things she said would be on the test were not. try to take the class with anyone else before her.
you'll learn yes. but fail her tests. The tests are rediculous. You cant ask her something without her having to look it up. Would i take her? nope. I had to retak you e-mail her askuing your grade she doesnt answre till semesters over. Attendance is a must, NO BREAKS and you have to stay the whole time do thomason. he was a MUCH better teache
She is just one of the many professors who know their subject and want to pass it on to her students. Her class and her tests are not easy. She has a lot of information and expects you to know it. We are in college and things are supposed to be hard. She will prepare you for higher level courses intended for the medical field. Class was worth it.
I really do not understand the point of showing up for class. Literally, all she does is read from a powerpoint presentation. Any professor who values the art of teaching knows this method is not productive. Knowing the material and knowing HOW to convey it are two different things this professor does not understand.
GOOD LUCK, THATS ALL I GOT TO SAY. READ READ READ TO YOUR FULLEST UNDERSTANDING OR YOU WILL FAIL HER CLASS. MAYBE EVEN AFTER READING YOU WILL STILL FAIL HER TEST. ENJOY.
I might as well have taken an online class! All she does is read from her powerpoint slides and those are available online anyway. Her tests are extremely difficult. Nice person...bad teacher.
She is hprrible. do not take her. she doesnt really teach, she just reads slides. she moves too fast to keep up. and puts you on the spot and makes you feel stupid when she calls on you. her tests are unreasonable. overall worst teacher i have taken.
Lectures and her knowledge do not go into the depth that tests cover and the book does not do the best to convey the depth either. You must read the chapters and have a COMPLETE grasp of the information to do well on the tests. There is alot of EC opportunity but its labourous. There is a chance to do well but you must work for it.
She's awful.. Please take another teacher. Your grade for the most part is based primarily on your exams. About 5-6 chapters of detailed material, 100 scattered questions with A-E multiple choice in 1hr and 15 min. There is no test review and she is the only Bio teacher that I know of who requires a service learning project. TAKE ANOTHER TEACHER
Tough and not always clear. She's very nice, but if you don't work in her class, she will get frustrated. It's overall a good class though.
Nice person--bad teacher. Her lectures consist of reading to the class from power point slides. Requires you to do a service learning project. Very tough tests, must do TONS of reading and studying if you plan on passing this class. Good luck!
She was very unhelpful more then half of my class dropped then half of the half that stayed failed so if you take her you might as well just teach yourself.
where to start! do not take her.. she made one of the easiest classes the most difficult that i have ever takin. i got a better grade in honors health with a teacher who didnt speak english!! tests r absolutely ridiculous!! 6 chapters a test PLUS 3 handouts.. she is insane!! she didnt really no how to teach ither. i wouldn take her if u wana pass!!
Not a bad professor the problem is that the class itself if very difficult because there's a ton of in depth information to be learned. The best advice I could give is to study the text book thoroughly and be sure to go to her with any questions, that's the only way to pass her tests. She gives extra credit for volunteering (which is not that bad!)
I took Professor Pannozzo's Honors Environmental Conservation (BSC1050H) and found to be quite helpful. The test are passable; just study what she tells you, also if you get perfect grades on everything else you can still come out with an A in the course. She is polite, helpful and gives credit for attendance. With hard work success is possible.
even if u stay 4 hours in her class she will stil count u absent if you don't get on time. she will take 5 points off for every class that ur late and there is nothing u can do to convince this teacher that u tried to get on time. not even a police ticket, she takes attendence five minutes before the class starts.
Great teacher. She expects you to learn what is taught. She teaches you alot of info but her tests are not that hard, in my opinion uses the easiest info that she taught you. Your in college and if you want to be treated like a kid this is not the class for you, but if you want to be treated like an adult take her! Would absolutely take her again
ok class she teaches off a power point which is easy to understand. her class consist of a lot of reading and studing to pass tests. a service learning project is required in her class she is very hard on attendance, she takes attendance in the very begin of class if your late than she marks you absent. and class can be boring at times but nice lad
its not high school. "u dont leav til i tel u to leav." evn if ur done 2 hrs earlier. she lectures off powerpoint wich shudnt happen. we can read ourselves nd learn better. the finals r ridiculous! random questions nd only 2 mins to do each one. u cant do bak! wich jus pissed me off coz sum things click wen u go bak. but if u hv no choice, go ahead
Who ever said that she is a nice lady, that is a lie, she is rude and very disrespectful at times, she makes you stay the whole time in lab..if you don't like to do homework DON'T TAKE .She needs to go to teaching seminars so she can teacher better, and she also teaches off the powerpoint, which i hate, at times she isn't clear about the hw assign.
just stay on her good side
I loved her. Yes she was very hard, yes she read of the power points but I thought she was very friendly if you do the homework and pay attention in class you should be fine. The tests are not that difficult they are just long and you some may be worded tricky but she is over all very fair and more then willing to help. I would highly recommend her
Great teacher. Fun class. Just show up on time do the homework and study for her TWO tests and you'll pass.
she is nice but a terrible teacher. if you ask a question she cant answer it. she makes bio 1010 extremely hard. her tests are terribly written. and you have to come to class on time or youre absent. and she makes you do a service learning thing on fridays for 3 hours. its mandatory.
well the class is easy . and you learn about the environment....I learned alot.. u have 4 hw assignments and they are not difficult to manage.. you have to do a service learning project and write a paper .. once again people not hard at all ... Take it it's an easy '' ''B'' and i did horrible on the midterm and final exam.. BTW. ATTENDANce counts
can be rude and rushes you at times. homework not well explained and you have to be there about 3 minutes early because she says she goes off the wall clock which is ahead.. quizzes are very hard .. dont take her unless your out of options
She is one of the best teachers I had in my entire life. In short I love her. It is really worth taking her class.
VERY enthusiastic about her subject, which I think makes it MUCH easier to pay attention. She's obviously smart & knows her stuff & is willing to help her students pass. She's also very attractive and funny.
ok she is really fun, smart, and it is really helpful i had her for BSB1011 lecture and lab the test are hard but if you study it is eassy. this teacher its not for a C student!! overall she was great!!!
She is an excellent Environmental Conservation prof. Very confident, passionate, thorough, offers extra credit, and gives a lot of notes. I'm about to take her for Bio + Lab. As expected in college, you do your work, study, you get good grades. She doesn't just hand out A's, but I got one because I tried. Wonderful professor, I'd take her again.
the class involves a lot of notes, but is very easy. you graded on just showing up, which is super easy. only three very easy homework assignments. plus her exams are not accumulative. her exams are very easy, but she gives no study guide.
Very good teacher. She will help you in every question you might have. Biology is very easy if you take it with her because she explains extremely clear the material.
Pationate about the subject that she teaches.
VERY NICE PROFESSOR! THE BEGINNING OF THIS CLASS WAS VERY INTERESTING AND FUN UNTIL IT WAS A ROUTINE THAT YOU WERE SIMPLY GOING TO CLASS TO WRITE NOTES AND LISTEN TO AN HOUR AND 45 MINUTE LECTURES. THERE ARE 4 HW ASSIGNMENTS WHICH ARE VERY EASY A'S BUT NO TEST OR QUIZES IN BETWEEN. JUST A MIDTERM AND FINAL WHICH COULD EXTREMELY DROP YOUR GRADE.
I took her for lab and definately be prepared. Only a midterm and final. Be sure to do your homework correctly and take your time doing it. Homework counts a lot in this class...more than the tests. She is very picky about how you answer questions on the tests and hw. I wouldn't recommend her AT ALL!!
Worst professor to work for pbcc. She is unclear with her homework and midterm and finals are a pain in the butt! You have to really love biology and believe in evolution to pass this class, she is ridicoulous. If you need biology I 0r II with the labs, AVOID HER!!!!
very nice, understandable, good teacher, but presents the material and work in a difficult way, NEED TO READ AND STUDY to keep the class easy and out of your mind
Horrible!!!!!!! She is a good person and she knows a lot, but as a teacher she is not that great. I had a lot of expectations from this class and now I definitely hate the topic. Sorry but everybody is not good as a teacher. DO NOT TAKE HER CLASS.
First off, the subjects she teaches are difficult. I took her 3 times for bio + lab, and environmental conservation, loved every class. She gives extra credit & has power points available online. She's consistent, prepared, dedicated, knows her subjects, and loves her students. Lazy people always bring down teachers' reputations on this site.
She is honestly a great professor. You can tell she loves what she teaches! If you're a non-science major and looking for an easy "A" to get done and over with your...THIS IS NOT FOR YOU!for people like me who dont really care much about science, it wasnt a great pick. Especially since she only gives 2 EXAMS like 4 hw assignments and a FINAL.
She is a great professor. She really knows what she's teaching. You must complete her homework correctly for full credit. She grades you on attendance as well. I would take another class with her because she always respond back to my email immediately.
I find this professor very knowledgable but extremely unclear on what she requires on test questions and homework. Expect A very fast paced class with lots of DRAWING homework.
PBSC needs to get rid of this instructor. Worst professor ever, so I don't understand what people are talking about. Mrs Pannozzo has an attitude problem, and is not helpful at all. Her exams are not fair, and when questions arise about something that might be wrong she gets really angry. I would NOT recommend anyone to take her class.
Professor Pannozzo's class can be difficult, especially her test, however if you do all the homework and extra credit and attend every class meeting you should pass! She is knowledgeable and will help you!
Worst reputation of all the teachers at PBSC. She is a trouble maker, and likes to create conflict where there is none. I recommend that you stay away from her classes for your own good. There aren't many people out there that would rate her very high on this scale. She is probably rating herself because I don't know anyone in the class who would
I disagree with any good review listed here. I have had nothing but trouble with this teacher. She has provided the worst experience of my academic career. Her notes are vague and pointless in regard to the material she tests you on. No reviews. Worst of all she talks down to her students, instead of treating them like adults.
Please don't take this teachers class in the summer. Her test are 110 questions each and homework is worse.
Professor Pannozzo is a highly educated and well mannered person. I took her Environmental Conservation Honors class and I learned so much and more! Her assignments and tests are fairly easy and if you have any questions she is willing to work with you (she responds to your emails very quickly). I will be taking her Biology class next semester. =)
Worst teacher ever! I would seriously recommend that you take another instructor rather than sit in her class. The exams are not fair, and her grading isn't either. The instructor is very argumentative, and is very insulting in her demeanor towards the class.
Ugh, she's alright, I would say...but I wouldn't take her again, I don't understand how I would get an "A" in lab, and then get a "C" in lecture, never gotten a C before at all. I suggest reading the textbook, seriously, quizzes are easy but nothing like the tests, just a heads up. Worst Dual Enrollment class I've taken.
If there is one thing that you can take from all the comments here is do not take her class if you do not have to! Has a very bad attitude and will treat you like a child. Homework is a gift and a curse at the same time. Seems like a teacher there just to pick up a check. Doesn't care about students. And I am passing the class..
DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS. She switched to my teacher a week before school started and it ruined my lab class. She is the opposite of helpful. She gives homework, but is very picky grading it. Quizzes are not bad but the tests and midterm are terrible. God forbid you get one letter wrong on a 20 letter word you get marked off. DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS.
Horrifying!I have never had to spend 5-10 hours per week doing drawings. This is not art class! She docks typed homework for some students & gives her fav kids better scores in sloppy pencil. She is jealous & demeaning. FYI-It is posted on her website that she has a PhD when in fact, she does not. She is "woring on it." Fraudulent & mean.
I'm not sure why people are writing that this professor is nice? She is extremely rude and seems bothered by her students most of the time. She does know the material, but expects students to be experts like her. I am aware this class is hard and studying is required, but her tests are over-the-top. I would definitely never take her again.
I think she is very smart and knows alot about the subject but she expects alot from her students. She goes over everything with you in class and gives you notes but her tests and quizzes are so detailed and very difficult. I think she is ok but I do not recommend unless you want to work extremely hard to recieve a good grade.
This professor is really rude, she knows her material , but is not the kind of professor that you can approach with a question , her test are really hard, and she treat her students like they are in high school , and her homeworks are really hard is all this sketching and dont let us print the images from the computer , please dont take her .
I had her for Environmental Conservation, and I will never take another class with her. The first day of class she told us that she expects us to read a minimum of 1 hour a night in the textbook. I'm sorry, but my life doesn't revolve around her class. I don't have time for that.
She is very hard, dont take her. Her tests are ridicolous
She is nice but makes things so much harder than they need to be. She expects everyone to know as much as her. This class is challenging but she makes iit brutal! Avoid her at all cost! Unless she is the last one. You will learn alot on your own. But you will kill yourself in the process.
Wow this class was a nightmare. There are only 4 assignments and 3 tests so don't take this course unless you know your going to get everything right the first time. I really wanted to like this class but it was dreadful, simply dreadful. Be prepared for death by PowerPoint on a regular basis. My advice, save the headache & take a deferent course.
Professor Pannozzo expects you to know as much as she does and she is the editor of the lab book. She is very smart but I studied for weeks for her tests and read the book in its entirety and failed her tests. She tests on small details even though the test is on like 8 chapters. I do not recommend.
I typically dont comment on here but Prof. Pannozzo is the exception. She is an extremely difficult grader. She is rude and has ZERO compassion. I was late to her first class and she told me to drop. The homework can take up to 4 hours with all the drawing. Dont ask too many questions, she get frustrated with that. I dont recommend her at all.
This professor is a VERY difficult professor. Be expecting LOTS of homework that involve drawing every inch of the human body. You need time to study for this class at least 2 hours everyday. But the homeworks help your grade. She is not a pleasant person and you can never miss a class or you will basically fail. I do not recommend her.
I took Dr. Pannozzo for Biology I and II and yes, the subject is hard but she isn't. She will explain everything very clearly and she will be there for you in her office hours. EXCELLENT PROFESSOR!Tests and quizzes reflect 100% of what is covered in class. and READ THE BOOK! You won't pass if you don't read the book.
She's a good lab teacher. pretty easy to get an "A"
She is difficult but awesome and easy to understand.
Very good teacher who cares a lot about what she teaches. Powerpoints are readily available on her website and she will answer ANY question you have regarding the subject matters. Her tests are very hard, even for someone like myself who tests well. Good teacher, but I wouldn't take again for future Biology classes.
She is not a good teacher. Focuses on slides and says what is on the test but then adds aditional items. She words her tests so that they are tricky. The study guides are useless. I would strongly suggest avoiding her.
She is very passionate about what she teaches so it makes the class very interesting! Her test are not hard, just do the review questions at the end of the slides and most of the questions are common sense. Her homework is very easy... you just have to come to class and you will pass.
I failed her class but it was my fault. I would suggest that you actually read the chapters that she assigns. She is very passionate about science.Although I am not a fan of science she made it very intresting.I plan to take her again. You will learn alot. There is not extra credit or dropped test. bet thing to do is study
When i'm telling you to do her homework I mean it. The highest I got on a test was a 70 and the highest I got on a quiz was a 78 yet I got a 84 in the class. Why? I did every homework. There are 2 tests and 2 quizzes but 14 homeworks for 20 points each. Shes HARD and could be rude at times. She expects a lot from you. I studied all night.
I took biology 1 with her, I fail the class with a D. she only gave 4 tests.... the tests are very hard. in a class with 36 students only 1 person had a B because it was his second time taking the class. if you just wanna learn then she will be great for you however if you want to pass the class I would not recommend you to take her.
Her tests are sometimes long but if you study could be easy for you. She very intelligent about her material. You are required to do a field project and very easy home work to help you grade.
Completely rude and cold. Not friendly or warm towards students whatsoever. Terrible people skills. Witch if you ask me. There is no justifiable reason for the amount of work required in this class for only 1 credit. DO NOT TAKE HER unless you like making life harder on yourself. She is the worst lab instructor.
If you are looking for an Easy A this is NOT the class to take. You do not recieve study guides, and she barley uses the book. Yet, your tests are based on the book? Learning & studying is completely up to you.. She isnt a teacher to hae relationships with students, very cold and expects you to already know everything
She is very passionate about the subject that she teaches. I don't agree with the 'cold' comments at all. I thought her lectures were very informative and her powerpoints were great studying tools. Extra credit is offered throughout the semester. No hw, 5 tests. Alot of material to cover but if you attend and pay attention in class, its pretty easy
This class had WAY too much material to cover in a semester, but I think that the professor did a great job in providing this material in a manageable way. She does get a little irritated sometimes with students. Overall, very knowledgeable, passionate and organized. Lab homework due every class and only two tests. Test were difficult.
I will tell you right away, this class is NOT for the faint of heart! Taking this course requires a lot of reading from your textbook. Be prepared with perpetual power points because she rarely uses the textbook. This course is not an easy "A" .You have to determined and completely focused when you take this course. If not, then withdraw ASAP!
Worst professor ever... Only 4 test no extra credit or dropping lowest test. Test are really hard even if u study and completely different from what she teaches.
She was a pretty good teacher for the first 45 min of class, but then she realized I was not taking notes and said take notes or get out of my class. I already took microbio, A&P 1/2 and my end goal is medical school so I already knew all this stuff. I told her this and that Im staying, after class she wrote me up for not taking notes. DO NOT TAKE
I took Professor Pannozzo's course a few semesters ago. I'm currently in Bio 1 for science majors since I changed my major and it was required, and I still have to use Pannozzo's powerpoints in order to have any idea what's going on in my class. Best professor and class I've taken. Tough grader but if you participate & study you can get an A.
Class is powerpoint lectures with occasional videos. Grades based ONLY on tests! About 50 multiple choice questions per test, based on 3-5 chapters each. Supposed to have 4 tests; my class didn't have time for last one. Final was 100 multiple choice questions, all from previous tests. Pay attention in class, read the book & do it's practice tests!
Excellent Professor, she is the best! You will need to study to pass. If you want to learn she is the one to take. Go to class, read the book, study the review question (optional) at the end of each chapter and you will pass.
shes good 4 hw assignments and 4 test including the final power points available to you on her staff page and i would take her again
She really cares about the subject, knows what she's talking about and she lectures with enthusiasm, though her notes don't exactly correspond to her tests. Tests are based on the book and there are only 4 the whole semester and that's the only grades. If you depend on classwork for your grade and are a bad test taker, that's the only negative.
Worst teacher ever. Shes a nice person but she honestly sets tests up for failure. I Regret taking her.
Very nice professor but her class is TOUGH. Expect A LOT of reading and very long lectures. There were only four hw and four tests. If you rely on classwork to keep your grade up don't take her. But her notes do match the tests. If you read, you'll be do fine.
there is four test and four homework assignments. the test can be challenging if you don't study unless you have background knowledge, but then you probably wont get an A unless you study. She explains the HW if you have any questions. just be there so you dont miss anything because the class is pretty fast paced.
DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS if you're looking for an easy A. Although the class was informative the rude remarks she makes when students ask simple question took away any respect I could've had for her. There are 4 tests and 4 hw's and a mandatory volunteer event. Turn in the hw on time or she won't accept it at all
She actually knows what she's talking about. The lectures can get a little boring. Tests and homework are easy as long as you do the assigned readings.
She is excellent at teaching, very organized and tests are based on study guides. However, it is up to you to learn as much as possible from each question in the study guide. Her tests are like taking a GRE or MCAT (maximum difficulty) due to the wording, however very clear. Getting an A is possible but really got to work for it.
IF YOU WANT TO LEARN BIOLOGY AND REAL LIFE COMPETITIVENESS YOU TAKE THIS CLASS. IF YOU WANT AN EASY A AND NOT LEARN CRAP THEN YOU TAKE AN EASY PROFESSORS BECAUSE YOU WONT FIND THIS HERE
She is a nice person but she sets up the class for failure. Only four chapter tests with each five to six chapters in each. She sometimes gives extra credit but she never adds in the points. Her tests are hard no matter how hard you study. She will put stuff that she did not go over in class, the wording is confusing. I will not taker her again.
Lab is very straightforward. You look at specimens write stuff about them, draw them and that's it. Midterm and final exams are difficult and long and are fill-in-the-blank. Overall interesting but can get boring due to the length of the lab. Can be rude sometimes.
If youre looking for an easy A: DO NOT TAKE HER. 4 tests. one extra credit opportunity. Tests are very difficult in both knowledge and wording. I suggest to take your time. MUST READ. im currently passing (B) and never opened my textbook. i learned everything via power point slides. tests have roughly 3-5 chapters in them each.
I enjoyed Prof Pannozzo & her class. The lecture was PowerPoint & video based with a lot of info but not hard to grasp. She would talk with the class, clarify, & review on occasion. Tests were 50-60 Q's, not too difficult (just read the PowerPoints, take notes, & read the book if needed, but I didn't need to). I love bio & she didn't disappoint!
Prof Pannozzo is a great prof who knows what she's talking about, but the lab wasn't super easy. You view PowerPoints, look at specimens, draw, take pics, & go home to do the weekly homework (wasn't too difficult). STUDY for the midterm & final practicals! Make flashcards of specimens, pictures, & key details to help. Long class, but interesting!
She has such amazing lectures. She got me very interested in biology. The way she taught got me to connect all of the concepts and understand the material. It is a hard class, and you really need to be devoted to biology to do well (B or higher).
Pure lecture, not a conversation. Doesnt respect students just talks at them. Ive had great professors and she isnt one.
